Upon arrival the reception staff were always warm, friendly and obliging. Kindly humoured me with my haggle for a better price for our 3 night stay for 2 rooms. Clean, well put rooms serviced daily. Bar fridge restocked daily with various items. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. On site parking.Other than location being a little obscure, this hotel is a hidden gem. Would recommend to everyone.

This hotel was just fantastic! This was the second stay of my wife and I's honeymoon, and it was extremely welcoming. The pizza was fantastic, and the hotel breakfast given was the best I've ever had from a hotel, period. Additionally, the rooms were extremely well cleaned and set up and were lovely! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone curious to explore Reggia di Caserta or any other part of Caserta. In addition, it is conveniently incredibly central to Caserta, being only a 6 minute walk to and from the train station.

Peaceful, beautiful and the greatest service. A bit far from the crowd... Just the perfect place to kick back and relax!!! Breakfast is supper awesome! Everyone is super nice.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Loses one star because of the location -- it's literally the wrong side of the tracks and adjacent to the railway line which was quite busy with freight services long into the night. Might want to avoid anything on that side of the hotel if you're a light sleeper.

Great place. Very welcoming staff. Clean rooms, beautiful building and secure parking. The breakfast was included and was fantastic (way better than any other included breakfast we have had at other hotels). Highly recommended.

Hotel plana is lovely place where you can make a relaxing break for day use (as in my case, only three hours). There're different kind of room: mine was little but nice. I found a friendly staff. One flaw: this hotel is isolated from town center and you need a car for moving.
