I had the best night sleep in this hotel after landing in Milan. My flight was cancelled and the wonderful Agnese in reception was able to accommodate my needs without any issues. Location is perfect too, only a 20 min bus ride from the airport. The bus stop it’s very close to the hotel too. Can’t recommend enough!

gives already on the day of arrival reviews for the fact that you from Sluuga noticed with the popelnilismy. with your wife pale reservation not for this week... helped and quickly we were staying overnight for the week. And for that he immediately gets a star...

Hotel in a great location. Classic rooms are ok, although not very stylish. Aircon very noisy. My room had some beeping noises the first night ( they allowed me a new room after I could not sleep at 1,30am but only that first night ) but they did not want to change my room even though I insisted. Thankfully noise disappeared for the rest of the stay. That same night lift was giving issues but they didn’t seem to take my comment into account

There are old and dirty furnitures, dirty bathroom ( look the photos ). I was very angry when I couldn’t use the terrace which is only one smoking and open sight area because of hotel rented it for group activities ( 10.45pm
it still continues with loud music ) , I didn’t find any seat to sit with relax in fresh air. It was too interesting culture. You have to provide your customers to be in relax. Location was good,far away from bus station and train station about 700m. there aren’t also enough cheese in breakfast. I’m not sure willing to stay&recommend
again here. one night is 154 euro + 5 euro tax.

The Hotel's location is perfect.
The staff was great and they were always open to helping us.
The rooms are impeccable and we slept like babies. The breakfast area offers a lot of choice and the quality is tangible.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful desk staff, good wifi, modern rooms. Ask for a room away from street noise. Thin duvet, so you won't overheat like many hotels. Larger than life statues in the lobby. Easy to find from the train station. Large balcony for some rooms. Glad we stayed here.

The hotel is located in a great location in the lower part of town. Half of the rooms are renovated, the others are a little tired, but still perfectly acceptable. We stayed in one of the older rooms during a hot few days in August. Unfortunately for us the aircon gave out on night one, and it was impossible to sleep in the heat, so we ended up changing rooms at 3am. The staff were brilliant in giving us a new room in the renovated part of the hotel, no extra charge. So points there, very happy with the friendly service we received. Minus one star for the breakfast setup (understaffed) and terrible coffee machine in the dining room. Make sure to avoid this and approach staff for a ‚real‘ espresso…
All in all, great value for money, go for the superior room if aircon is required.
