Agora' Palace Hotel

Could not be better. The staff was beyond amazing. I became ill while staying in Biella and had to extend my stay by three days. I felt well taken care of by the staff in all respects.

The front desk staff, in particular Marta and Sophia, were exceptionally helpful to me. I was very grateful for their concern and care. Even housekeeping kept me well supplied with extra towels and supplies.

The room was bright and comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice desk and chair and well appointed bathroom. The restaurant served excellent meals.

The hotel location is next to convenient shopping. It is right across from a little park and adjacent to the Old Town part of the city which was fun to explore.
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Every aspect of our stay here was exceptional. Amazing service from all the staff we encountered - everyone was super friendly, could not do enough. The hotel is super clean, rooms were fabulous, beautifully maintained. Restaurant dining fab, delicious menu, super wine’s & cocktail’s excellent service. Breakfast bountiful, great variety available for everyone. Book with confidence- this is an exceptional hotel.

A fantastic hotel with really friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed for more. I could add lots more detail but I would be repeating myself. Love it and we will be going back!!

Modern hotel with underground parking in the centre of Biella next to the Gardens. Very rich breakfast buffet with more that you could imagine.

Was worried about location far away from Milan. But the staff and service were excellent and the food was wonderful. Very accommodating with 10 guests and changing dates no problem. Had a wonderful time in this town.

We have stayed here twice now, both times for 5 days, the hotel is in a perfect central location. The large rooms have a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and are very clean. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Biella is a very nice and safe town, with lots of small individual shops and some very interesting old buildings. The old town is well worth a visit with the funicular and a very nice restaurant in the square. This is definately our preferred hotel in Biella and we will be back!

Excellent stay! The staff members were amazing - very professional, helpful, and kind. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, beds, and space. The carpets are a bit worn, but that didn't affect our stay. The parking was under the building and was secure. Convenient location - you can walk to a large grocery store next door or to restaurants. Breakfast was included and was a well-stocked buffet with many selections (and even some gluten-free options). Recommended!

Perfect hotel for anyone staying in Biella! Excellent and friendly service from everyone (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff). You can genuinely tell that they want all their guests to enjoy their stay and make you feel at home.

Would recommend to anyone coming to Biella.
