We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The built-in black out blinds were great in helping us get a good night's sleep. The pool was refreshing and not too crowded. We got room service from the restaurant twice and all the dishes we got were 5/5 stars! The only downer of the trip was that we accidently sat in the wrong section for breakfast and got snapped at by one of the workers. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms are clean and big enough for family of 3. Gave for4 stars for rooms cos... balcony view on ground was literally no view. So we were bit disappointed.Small kitchen makes it easy when you have kids with you. . Good service..rooms were cleaned spotless. even the vessels we left behind were cleaned which normally is not case when i visited other hotels. Best location few minutes walk to bustop where you get buses that takes you to city center directly. Amazing breakfast. Wide variety of choices. We had fun in spa and jacuzzi on top floor. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. But still worth every cent spent

Quite nice hotel here, the wellness rooftop is great but the cleanliness on the jacuzzi was maybe questionable. Great suites with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was okay but felt like not so many vegetarian options which was a shame. Maybe unlucky but lots of families with kids around which was annoying at a supposedly romantic and quiet hotel. Price is on the higher end, wouldn't say good value but for a short stay is acceptable.

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. The artistic decor was very well placed and designed. The Wifi was pretty good. Breakfast was very delicious with an amazing view of the mountains. Thank you for the comfortable stay! 😸

A very comfortable and relaxing night. We arrived late in the evening around 21:00 and was warmly welcomed by the lady hotel director who kindly offered us dinner until 21:30 but we had already ate. In our large suite we enjoyed a few dessert items from the restaurant which was standard items but very tasty! The suite was very well appointed with a great living/dining area, lots of storage, spacious bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast in the morning was a standard continental affair and we appreciated the salmon being in the buffet. All staff members we encountered were friendly, professional and willing to help. Check out was efficient and effective and the receptionist even offered a bottle of water for the journey home. Even though we stayed one night I would recommend.

I agree with other reviewers that the hotel doesn't quite look like the photos. The photos make it look super modern and new, but when you arrive, you can see it is aging a bit. That being said, it was clean and we didn't really have any issues with it, but we were only staying 1 night. The restaurant and servers were very friendly and the food we had at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a standard Italian buffet (nothing mind-blowing, but not bad either).
We booked a specific room on booking and then received messages that that room wasn't available and we had to pay 20euros more for another room. Since we were driving, we didn't see the message but found out at check in. I found it quite strange that instead of just giving us an upgrade, they insisted on charging us the 20euros.

Really good service with very trained and good staff, the good reviews, I saw before booking was true.

Booked Panorama Suite for 2 Persons and ordered flowers, when I arrived I found the room does not look anything like the picture, very old furnitures, doesn't have 3 windows as the Panorama Suite shown on their website. The Room was prepared for 3 Persons although we were 2, we couldn't use the sofa because it was turned into a second bed. The flowers i ordered for 39e was not there, they offered me Wine bottle from the bar.
Additionally the room doesn't have minibar, there were no free or non-free bottle of water when we arrived. Tap water is not drinkable specially in the kitchnette
