Great location. Room was terrific. But, the air stopped about 9:30 in the morning. When we reported it they said the room was 27° and they could have controlled it from the desk. Again, a sign would have been helpful. Enjoyed the indoor pool. It had features I’d not seen before. A jet to swim upstream against and a blasting water spout to loosen up tight neck muscles. I wish there had been signage. I didn’t know about them until out of the pool when I saw another guest use them.

Stayed in the room as a family of 4 in this hotel. Very nice spacious room with walk in wardrobe. Very clean and nice hotel. Only negative is that it is away from city centre otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

Being a Four Points, I wasn't expecting much but this was a really nice place. It lost a star because, upon arrival, just one person was managing reception with a big queue. Once we got to the lifts, they were busy and once crammed in, our card didn't work. We ended up going up and down. We went back to reception who insisted that we must be wrong and she insisted on wasting further time by taking us to the lift to show us we were wrong. She then realised and said "your cards don't work". Doh! Room was an executive room with comfy beds and a nice shower.
The Terrace restaurant is pricey and limited, but the bar serves a decent menu at more reasonable prices.
We would happily stay here again.

Although this hotel is not in the city center it is conveniently located to the highway for those driving for day trips to the Dolomites. There was free parking across the street - despite the reviews on here about break-ins, we didn’t have a problem parking there. For those who aren’t driving, it is located within a 10 min walk to the train station which can get you to Bolzano centre. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Would come back!

Beautiful hotel with a spacious,clean, and tidy room, comfy bed, and pillows as well. Love everything about it. Meets all my expectations. The breakfast was delightful staffs are nice. Location is perfect.

The room condition is good. I reserved two rooms for 4 people. I liked that the room was larger than other places. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is very warm. I like it when the sunlight comes in. It was a very satisfying one night stay. There is a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

I actually prefer FlixBus, because they handle your luggage and I had one big piece. This hotel is walking distance from the Bolzano bus stop , and in a very safe area.
The reception desk service was the very best hospitality you will find, special commendation to Francesco. The room was luxurious and comfortable. A+++

On the way south I staid one night at the four points by Sheraton in Bolzano. I went to dinner at the Patio Restaurant in the hotel and had a great experience. The food was absolute fantastic and the service as well. Will do that again, definitely!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. At first we were put off by the street/area but the hotel was welcoming and cosy. We were family of 4 and the room was perfect for us. Spacious, clean and had two toilets. The breakfast was OK but very crowded, maybe because it was during the Christmas period. The restaurant downstairs is top class! Expensive for the small portions but worth trying. We had good drinks at the bar as well. Overall very pleasant 👍🏻

Room normal and of typical size. Tolerant, not welcoming, for international travelers. The "secure" parking lot was full upon arrival, poor instructions given about where to park to avoid tickets or vandalism. EVERY morning my spouse was asked for proof of stay when going for a morning coffee. For any U.S. travelers, it is common for some hotels in Europe to charge per person occupancy on a room. This may be surprising to some guests from the U.S. (50 euro per person)
On-site restaurant (for evening dining) was spartan. Area is industrial. Businesses (including restaurants) close early. However, there is an area nearby that hosts loud and intoxicated students that pass by the hotel. (late and VERY LOUD) If your stay is in the warmer months, and you elect to have open windows to offset the VERY stuffy rooms, this can be disruptive.
Spa and pool area is nice. Quite particular about hours of operation (midday) for the spa area. (also no swimsuit allowed in the spa area.)
This hotel provided a sufficient stay. However, I think there are other options that I would pursue ahead of this establishment.
