A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Amazing place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, with a view of the mountains. The bathroom and shower were perfect. Also had a mini fridge for storage, and a smart TV. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. This is just a review for the restaurant, went for dinner with the family and had pizzas. Pizzas were just ok and by Italian standards not above fair. The oven is not wood fired and rather a standard electric job. Service was ok, and the wine was very good, but you can find much better pizza if that's what your looking for.

The hotel is located near the central station and it is few minutes walking to the city center. The rooms are clean with large bathrooms. Breakfast is of average quality. The personnell is very kind and always helpful.

It was the best hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly, and above all, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a wide selection. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

Parking is limited, when the (steep) parking lot is full, guest can make use of a parking garage across the street (free of charge). The city center of Bozen is approx. 25 minutes walking.

This is a charming hotel overlooking Bolzano and sounding landscapes with terrific views South and West. The hotel staff are eager to please and extraordinarily hospitable and kind. There are plenty of hiking trails surround the hotel, and the sauna and pool are a must for relaxation with a view.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?

High class hotel in a quiet part of town

I visited this hotel while cycling Adige River route starting in the Resia Valley and finishing in Verona. The food was very good. After a long day in the saddle the Spa was a welcome treat. Would stay here again

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. Not a great selection of bread in other words, but fine if you're not picky. Also had yoghurts, fruits in syrup, some luncheon style meats and cheese and coffee.

I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean.
