Great location, attentive staff and actually a rather history place.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.

I stayed here with my family of 4 as a layover between getting into the area from London and heading into the Dolomites for the Rosengarten Traverse. It’s a perfect location immediately next to the bus and train stations and next door to a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops (including an outdoor sports store to rent via feratta gear). No complaints about this stay, conveniently located close to the sudtirol mobile bus station and train station means an easy trip with luggage. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the center of historical Bolzano as well. Rooms were as expected, nothing extra fancy but the bed was comfy. Pretty good breakfast served on site.

We had a very positive stay at Hotel Regina in Bolzano. Our room was clean and spacious. We reserved the quadruple room. I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean. I loved the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared apple and orange juice. Descent breakfast, worth the price. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely a recommend budget place to stay.

Really beautiful property in lovely downtown Bolzano. Reception was with a smile and I was offered an upgrade into a beautiful room because it was my birthday! The hotel restaurant for lunch was the icing on the cake. Only minus was that the car park was full when I arrived. Had to get creative with parking legally. Other then that, beautiful hotel!

This beautiful 4 star hotel. Located near the station and the city centre. Well-trained staff. Lovely rooms, good Breakfast. The prices match the service. Thursdays and Fridays are music parties on Friday usually jazz, the place is better to book in advance the cost of the concert is usually 10 euros per person.

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

Lovely Hotel. Everything is clean and new. Service needs a little training, but everyone was very kind and supportive. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bolzano. Spacious, modern rooms and very tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. I have a bad experience with paying for drinks from the hotel's Laurin restaurant. At dinner I was offered wine for 4 € but I was charged 7.5 €. Unfortunately, I noticed this at home. Only a few people in our group have noticed this.

Super modern and clean Hotel. Grandiose rooms 101 and 102 we had a on the average, well-stocked Minibar. The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Great rich Breakfast buffet. We have supplied all around, and it felt comfortable. To recommend very much!

The room condition is good. I reserved two rooms for 4 people. I liked that the room was larger than other places. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is very warm. I like it when the sunlight comes in. It was a very satisfying one night stay. There is a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Very quiet room and nice bed. We slept really well here(first night). It is a very peaceful stop over place. The service in the kitchen can be a bit faster…… but maybe it is because every dish was made from scratch. Not child friendly though.

Lovely hotel! Great breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. Nice garden with restaurant, breakfast is also served here. Nice but small pool, garden and surroundings are beautiful though. Parking is limited, when the (steep) parking lot is full, guest can make use of a parking garage across the street (free of charge). The city center of Bozen is approx. 25 minutes walking.

Breakfast was superb and a real highlight of the property. We stayed 7 days and by the 2nd. the owners already knew our preferences in breakfast. Speaking of them, what a polite couple! Our old rented car run out of battery one morning and the owner promptly phoned his son, who brought a cable to start the engine. We felt like home! No surprise the hotel is always full!

Lovely hotel. Karl and his wife are so nice and considerate. The hotel is the lovely mountains of Bolzano surrounded by nature. Karl is also a fabolous cook and the breakfasts are to die for. They give you a bicycle to go around the city which is great and the road to the city along the river is wonderful. On the flip side, No A/C and the toilet paper leaves much to . This is a charming hotel overlooking Bolzano and sounding landscapes with terrific views South and West. The hotel staff are eager to please and extraordinarily hospitable and kind. There are plenty of hiking trails surround the hotel, and the sauna and pool are a must for relaxation with a view.
