A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Well connected and a good hotel for stay.

Stayed in the room as a family of 4 in this hotel. Very nice spacious room with walk in wardrobe. Very clean and nice hotel. Only negative is that it is away from city centre otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast was incredible and they had lots of things to buy in the hotel, especially because there is not much close by to buy anything. The location really became a bit of a hustle, as it is about 35 min from the old town city center. There is a bus running, but we often had to take a taxi because of the times.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. They have a good breakfast for the price. We arrived by car and did not have any problems to find a free parking lot in front of the hotel. We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. The location has the charm of a village, but it s just 20 mins walk to old city of Bolzano. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Very helpful deal with the parking place and Bolzano tourist card.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?

I visited this hotel while cycling Adige River route starting in the Resia Valley and finishing in Verona. The food was very good. After a long day in the saddle the Spa was a welcome treat. Would stay here again

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. I've been at the hotel Laurin several times. I must say that I was always treated very very professionally. Rooms are nice, clean and practical. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast buffet is just perfect, with so much choices (freshly squeezed orange juice is just making the difference between a normal 4 Stars and a place like Laurin!).

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean. A great hotel. It’s near the cable car too (which the hotel will give you a free pass to access). The breakfast was very good, with a decent selection of cakes, cereals etc. The warm options are limited (eggs and pancakes) but that’s typical for Italian hotels in my experience. The perfect hub for our cycling vacation! We opted for the larger rooms and were very pleased. They were very spacious, with a sitting area inside and a sitting area on the balcony with great views.
