There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

The room was not cleaned well and the cups were not washed

Beautiful structure, excellent for rest. Well insulated rooms... the only flaw was the ventilation system... that you can't turn it off and it continues to go all night even at minimum.

Rooms are clean and big enough for family of 3. Gave for4 stars for rooms cos... balcony view on ground was literally no view. We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. Lovely hotel! Great breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. Nice garden with restaurant, breakfast is also served here. Nice but small pool, garden and surroundings are beautiful though. Parking is limited, when the (steep) parking lot is full, guest can make use of a parking garage across the street (free of charge). The city center of Bozen is approx. 25 minutes walking.

They switch off all lights starting from 3 p.m, so you walk into a very dark hotel with a depressing atmosphere. It's invincible, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, especially the orange juice, and the stay is very comfortable! It's very close to the train station, which is very convenient. There are also food nearby, all very close. Finally, I didn't step on the thunder! It's great

It's a two-minute walk from the train station, very convenient, with shopping and dining nearby. The hotel's swimming pool is very clean, and the garden is beautiful (it will be even more beautiful in spring). The restaurant breakfast is also ok, an old hotel, satisfactory. Luggage can also be stored for free.

It was the best hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly, and above all, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a wide selection. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

The hotel is old some areas remodel and gorgeous like all the common areas. Main floor. The room was basic, shower not great and there was only two outlets in the whole room. Not worth the money in my opinion. It’s a vibe if you are into that.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice part of Bolzano. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the wifi was very weak, pretty much unusable in the room but fine in the lobby and restaurant.
