A very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is very safe. View from top floor is also good. Though its a bit far from city center but bus service is great and you can reach city center in 10 minutes by boarding bus no. 10A. And reach from city center to hotel by bus 10B. Well connected and a good hotel for stay.

Great location. Room was terrific. But, the air stopped about 9:30 in the morning. When we reported it they said the room was 27° and they could have controlled it from the desk. We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. Lovely hotel! Great breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. Nice garden with restaurant, breakfast is also served here. Nice but small pool, garden and surroundings are beautiful though. Parking is limited, when the (steep) parking lot is full, guest can make use of a parking garage across the street (free of charge). The city center of Bozen is approx. 25 minutes walking.

Really beautiful property in lovely downtown Bolzano. Reception was with a smile and I was offered an upgrade into a beautiful room because it was my birthday! This beautiful 4 star hotel. Located near the station and the city centre. Well-trained staff. Lovely rooms, good Breakfast. The prices match the service. Thursdays and Fridays are music parties on Friday usually jazz, the place is better to book in advance the cost of the concert is usually 10 euros per person.

I've been at the hotel Laurin several times. I must say that I was always treated very very professionally. Rooms are nice, clean and practical. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast buffet is just perfect, with so much choices (freshly squeezed orange juice is just making the difference between a normal 4 Stars and a place like Laurin!).

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

A great hotel. It’s near the cable car too (which the hotel will give you a free pass to access). The breakfast was very good, with a decent selection of cakes, cereals etc. The warm options are limited (eggs and pancakes) but that’s typical for Italian hotels in my experience. The outdoor area and swimming pool would be really nice in the summer.

The perfect hub for our cycling vacation! We opted for the larger rooms and were very pleased. They were very spacious, with a sitting area inside and a sitting area on the balcony with great views. The pool was beautiful and a good temperature and had these neat bubble/jet seats built in. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from. We stayed overnight while visiting a friend in Bolzano. Nice rooms and hotel overall. There is a spa that is available from 4-9 PM each day but we were out with our friend so we did not try it. Very good buffet breakfast included in room stay, included champaign on the Saturday morning we were there! The only snafu we had is that you only have 10 minutes from your checkout to be out of the carpark...

Nice hotel in the middle of Bolzano. Spacious, modern rooms and very tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. I have a bad experience with paying for drinks from the hotel's Laurin restaurant. At dinner I was offered wine for 4 € but I was charged 7.5 €. Unfortunately, I noticed this at home. Only a few people in our group have noticed this.
