There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

Beautiful structure, excellent for rest. Well insulated rooms... the only flaw was the ventilation system... that you can't turn it off and it continues to go all night even at minimum.

Rooms are clean and big enough for family of 3. Gave for4 stars for rooms cos... balcony view on ground was literally no view. So we were bit disappointed.Small kitchen makes it easy when you have kids with you. . We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Maybe just the awkward location in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were amazing - shower was big, beds were big. The artistic decor was very well placed and designed. The Wifi was pretty good. Breakfast was very delicious with an amazing view of the mountains. Thank you for the comfortable stay! 😸

The hotel had a nice small kitchen. The pool area was beautiful. There was a sauna that we did not use as we were too busy. We also did not take advantage of their bicycles. The room was spacious. The deck had nice reclining seats with a gorgeous view. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the facilities.

I have been since 07.09. - 09/11/2020 at this hotel and can only warmly recommend it. Very friendly, courteous staff, beautiful, clean rooms, plentiful, first class breakfast, excellent wellness center, central location. The food at the nearby restaurant is also commendable. We really liked the location of this hotel, just outside of the central area, great walks nearby into the neighborhoods and hills north of central Bolzano and very close to the cable car (funicular). Very relaxing pool. Very good breakfast.

The room was very spacious and well designed. The service staff enthusiastically introduced the history of the hotel. It turned out to be five hundred years old. It felt like living in Harry Potter Castle. The breakfast was a buffet and also had an a la carte option (in the menu) )

Over rated hotel. Not worth the 500 euros per night. Could easily find a hotel for less. Also when booking on this site, the algorithm booked my room for one month sooner. It was absolute hell getting this straightened out and charged me an additional 300 euro. So be wary!!!!

Very good hotel, next to the city center square, warm service

It was the best hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly, and above all, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a wide selection. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

Lovely Hotel. Everything is clean and new. Service needs a little training, but everyone was very kind and supportive. We are looking forward to our next stay.
