Stayed in the room as a family of 4 in this hotel. Very nice spacious room with walk in wardrobe. Very clean and nice hotel. Only negative is that it is away from city centre otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

The room condition is good. I reserved two rooms for 4 people. I liked that the room was larger than other places. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is very warm. I like it when the sunlight comes in. It was a very satisfying one night stay. There is a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel had a nice small kitchen. The pool area was beautiful. There was a sauna that we did not use as we were too busy. We also did not take advantage of their bicycles. The room was spacious. The deck had nice reclining seats with a gorgeous view. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the facilities.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. I stayed here with my family of 4 as a layover between getting into the area from London and heading into the Dolomites for the Rosengarten Traverse. No complaints about this stay, conveniently located close to the sudtirol mobile bus station and train station means an easy trip with luggage. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the center of historical Bolzano as well. Rooms were as expected, nothing extra fancy but the bed was comfy. Pretty good breakfast served on site.

I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean. I loved the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared apple and orange juice. Descent breakfast, worth the price. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely a recommend budget place to stay.

Really beautiful property in lovely downtown Bolzano. Reception was with a smile and I was offered an upgrade into a beautiful room because it was my birthday! This beautiful 4 star hotel. Located near the station and the city centre. Well-trained staff. Lovely rooms, good Breakfast. The prices match the service. Thursdays and Fridays are music parties on Friday usually jazz, the place is better to book in advance the cost of the concert is usually 10 euros per person.

We ate dinner one evening at this place. The service is in good standard. We sat outside and it’s was really cozy. The starter was not our taste because the pasta is a bit too hard. But the main courses are exquisite 😋 you can really taste the freshness of local ingredients and the beef was really tender. A bit pricy but feel like it’s worth it.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bolzano. Spacious, modern rooms and very tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. I have a bad experience with paying for drinks from the hotel's Laurin restaurant. At dinner I was offered wine for 4 € but I was charged 7.5 €. Unfortunately, I noticed this at home. Only a few people in our group have noticed this.

Super modern and clean Hotel. Grandiose rooms 101 and 102 we had a on the average, well-stocked Minibar. The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Great rich Breakfast buffet. We have supplied all around, and it felt comfortable. To recommend very much!

Very quiet room and nice bed. We slept really well here(first night). It is a very peaceful stop over place. The service in the kitchen can be a bit faster…… but maybe it is because every dish was made from scratch. Not child friendly though.

This is a charming hotel overlooking Bolzano and sounding landscapes with terrific views South and West. The hotel staff are eager to please and extraordinarily hospitable and kind. There are plenty of hiking trails surround the hotel, and the sauna and pool are a must for relaxation with a view.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?

High class hotel in a quiet part of town

I visited this hotel while cycling Adige River route starting in the Resia Valley and finishing in Verona. The food was very good. After a long day in the saddle the Spa was a welcome treat. Would stay here again

Nice midsized Hotel with Restaurant and Bar. Free parking right behind the Hotel. Modern clean rooms with nice view into the valley. Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Thomas). Well located right next to the main road. This means there are trafficsounds, but the windows are well isolated. Additionally at night there is no mentionable traffic there.

The rooms were great, the location for the Dolomites is perfect and the owner is so helpful. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. I would stay again if I was to be in the area.

Service is very nice and polite, helps you with whatever you need. There is a bus next to the hotel that drives you to the city. Rooms are ok and clean. I am missing an AC since in the rooms it's very hot when it's sunny weather and the ventilator doesn't help much. A great hotel. It’s near the cable car too (which the hotel will give you a free pass to access). The breakfast was very good, with a decent selection of cakes, cereals etc. The warm options are limited (eggs and pancakes) but that’s typical for Italian hotels in my experience. The outdoor area and swimming pool would be really nice in the summer.

The perfect hub for our cycling vacation! We opted for the larger rooms and were very pleased. They were very spacious, with a sitting area inside and a sitting area on the balcony with great views. We stayed overnight while visiting a friend in Bolzano. Nice rooms and hotel overall. There is a spa that is available from 4-9 PM each day but we were out with our friend so we did not try it.
