Great hotel. It was clean, nicely updated and felt safe. I want to give praise to Chiara (spelling) at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, needs were met and welcome. She also helped with translation issues and calling taxis. Very happy with this hotel

Staff is amazing, always super friendly and willing to help! The location is great and a 15 minute walk from some great restaurants. There is also a train station nearby to hop on in order to get to the city centre. Prices are great and the breakfast included is a bonus, they also have laundry on site !

Great budget option for a stay in Bolzano. It's a 15-20 minute bus ride away from the city centre. Rooms were clean, nice & quite spacious, but also a bit wear and teared. Staff super friendly & great breakfast buffet.

The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast was incredible and they had lots of things to buy in the hotel, especially because there is not much close by to buy anything. The location really became a bit of a hustle, as it is about 35 min from the old town city center. There is a bus running, but we often had to take a taxi because of the times.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. They have a good breakfast for the price. We arrived by car and did not have any problems to find a free parking lot in front of the hotel. It is located in a industrial area I would say, because the view from the room was not nice and only roofs from shops etc were visible. The location has the charm of a village, but it s just 20 mins walk to old city of Bolzano. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Very helpful deal with the parking place and Bolzano tourist card.

The Hotel room was very nice, good view on the mountains, the breakfast offered everything you want and the owners are very friendly. I can strongly recommend the pizza place around the corner, good pizza and perfect Veneziano.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?

I visited this hotel while cycling Adige River route starting in the Resia Valley and finishing in Verona. The food was very good. After a long day in the saddle the Spa was a welcome treat. Would stay here again

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. Not a great selection of bread in other words, but fine if you're not picky. Also had yoghurts, fruits in syrup, some luncheon style meats and cheese and coffee.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. I stayed here with my family of 4 as a layover between getting into the area from London and heading into the Dolomites for the Rosengarten Traverse. It’s a perfect location immediately next to the bus and train stations and next door to a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops (including an outdoor sports store to rent via feratta gear). No complaints about this stay, conveniently located close to the sudtirol mobile bus station and train station means an easy trip with luggage. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the center of historical Bolzano as well. Rooms were as expected, nothing extra fancy but the bed was comfy. Pretty good breakfast served on site.

I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean. I loved the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared apple and orange juice. Descent breakfast, worth the price. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely a recommend budget place to stay.

Very simple rooms. We had room 5 which was very quiet. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. We also got the Bolzano card included which we used non stop for cable cars, public transport and museums

Breakfast was superb and a real highlight of the property. We stayed 7 days and by the 2nd. the owners already knew our preferences in breakfast. Speaking of them, what a polite couple! We found this hotel very last minute and I have to say that it was the best choice ever! We had a warm welcome and the service and breakfast was a delight! Location and views are also great, you can see the wineyards from the terrace! Definetely recommending this one!

Lovely hotel. Karl and his wife are so nice and considerate. The hotel is the lovely mountains of Bolzano surrounded by nature. Karl is also a fabolous cook and the breakfasts are to die for. They give you a bicycle to go around the city which is great and the road to the city along the river is wonderful. On the flip side, No A/C and the toilet paper leaves much to . But overall great be desired

Nice midsized Hotel with Restaurant and Bar. Free parking right behind the Hotel. Modern clean rooms with nice view into the valley. Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Thomas). Well located right next to the main road. This means there are trafficsounds, but the windows are well isolated. Additionally at night there is no mentionable traffic there.

I am missing an AC since in the rooms it's very hot when it's sunny weather and the ventilator doesn't help much. This is a charming hotel overlooking Bolzano and sounding landscapes with terrific views South and West. The hotel staff are eager to please and extraordinarily hospitable and kind. There are plenty of hiking trails surround the hotel, and the sauna and pool are a must for relaxation with a view.

Good staff, poor location, overpriced. Staff are generally very good, with the exception of the bar manager who is a little precious. Located in industrial estate, there is very little to see or do. Cabs or cars are necessary as walking into town takes an hour. Due to little competition around prices are marked up.
