Very simple rooms. We had room 5 which was very quiet. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. We also got the Bolzano card included which we used non stop for cable cars, public transport and museums

First, it is important to understand that the rooms are small and very basic. There is no AC and the building is ageing. The location has the charm of a village, but it s just 20 mins walk to old city of Bolzano. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Very helpful deal with the parking place and Bolzano tourist card.

The Hotel room was very nice, good view on the mountains, the breakfast offered everything you want and the owners are very friendly. I can strongly recommend the pizza place around the corner, good pizza and perfect Veneziano.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?

High class hotel in a quiet part of town

I visited this hotel while cycling Adige River route starting in the Resia Valley and finishing in Verona. The food was very good. After a long day in the saddle the Spa was a welcome treat. Would stay here again

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. Not a great selection of bread in other words, but fine if you're not picky. Also had yoghurts, fruits in syrup, some luncheon style meats and cheese and coffee.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.

I stayed here with my family of 4 as a layover between getting into the area from London and heading into the Dolomites for the Rosengarten Traverse. No complaints about this stay, conveniently located close to the sudtirol mobile bus station and train station means an easy trip with luggage. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the center of historical Bolzano as well. Rooms were as expected, nothing extra fancy but the bed was comfy. Pretty good breakfast served on site.

I stayed here during my trip to south tirol. The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. The rooms and the Toilet were neat and clean. I loved the breakfast, especially the freshly prepared apple and orange juice. Descent breakfast, worth the price. Staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely a recommend budget place to stay.

Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful owners. The rooms do not have a fridge, but there are some fridges on each floor and also a big one on the ground floor where you can store some beverages.

I am missing an AC since in the rooms it's very hot when it's sunny weather and the ventilator doesn't help much. This is a charming hotel overlooking Bolzano and sounding landscapes with terrific views South and West. The hotel staff are eager to please and extraordinarily hospitable and kind. There are plenty of hiking trails surround the hotel, and the sauna and pool are a must for relaxation with a view.

I am pleasently surprised with the room. Everything was clean and well equipped. And the location is good, 800m far from downtown. I would visit it again.

Good staff, poor location, overpriced. Staff are generally very good, with the exception of the bar manager who is a little precious. Located in industrial estate, there is very little to see or do. Cabs or cars are necessary as walking into town takes an hour. Due to little competition around prices are marked up.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are perfectly soundproofed and equipped with the necessary.
