It's unacceptable that it's classified as a business hotel! This is a low-quality motel, both in terms of furnishings and cleanliness, and the staff is questionably trained. The bathroom tiles had a visible layer of dirt, and there were stains on the room fabrics of questionable origin.

We have made mistake in dates. Hotel promised refund, witch never happened. After asking for the refund in app there was no answer. I can't recommend this hotel.

Great location for Fiera de Brescia and in my case, the start of the Mille Miglia car race. Rooms are basic and not great, with a weird bath located behind the headboard of the bed???!?, but the location and helpful staff make up for it somewhat.

Hot tub was amazing
The air con but was pretty week but....the bed was great, the hot tub in the room was amazing. Staff were lovely and plenty of free parking. Loved it

The hotel lobby, rooms and bathrooms are relatively large. I booked a duplex family room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. Parking is also available. The location is a bit remote but it is suitable for self-driving

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends. The location is not the best if you don't have transport available.

Less than 2 star hotel
The room was not according to the website pictures, meaning an old and dirty, no soap and very dark.

The staff were very friendly and the room was nice but the air conditioning was broken. It was quite hot when we stayed and they gave us a fan for our room which helped a little.
The breakfast and coffee were nice.
I found it strange that you can’t get anywhere on foot. This isn’t somewhere I’d recommend unless you travel by car as it’s impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel, you’ll need to catch a taxi.

I was dissatisfied with the hotel. Photos on Booking do not correspond to reality at all. The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The rooms don't smell very good. The roof leaked when it rained. The bathroom doesn't work as it supposed to. Water does not leave the shower for several hours. The breakfast is just terrible. There is no hot. Some sweets, yoghurts and sandwiches. The only thing I liked was the responsiveness of the staff, but even with all this, a woman came across who began to be rude. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Since the price is not small, but the quality is terrible
