Great location for Fiera de Brescia and in my case, the start of the Mille Miglia car race. Rooms are basic and not great, with a weird bath located behind the headboard of the bed???!?, but the location and helpful staff make up for it somewhat.

The staff were very friendly and the room was nice but the air conditioning was broken. It was quite hot when we stayed and they gave us a fan for our room which helped a little.
The breakfast and coffee were nice.
I found it strange that you can’t get anywhere on foot. This isn’t somewhere I’d recommend unless you travel by car as it’s impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel, you’ll need to catch a taxi.
Probably not up to standard for a 4 star hotel…

I was dissatisfied with the hotel. Photos on Booking do not correspond to reality at all. The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The rooms don't smell very good. The roof leaked when it rained. The bathroom doesn't work as it supposed to. Water does not leave the shower for several hours. The breakfast is just terrible. There is no hot. Some sweets, yoghurts and sandwiches. The only thing I liked was the responsiveness of the staff, but even with all this, a woman came across who began to be rude. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Since the price is not small, but the quality is terrible

Worst hotel I have ever been to.
First of all, you can not access the hotel walking unless you walk on a highway with a lot of traffic. UNACCEPTABLE. We were lied with the reviews of the hotel. Apart from that, the room was not properly cleaned, the floor was greasy and sticky, it also had several things broken (shown in the pictures), and the shower had mold as well.
Air conditioning didn’t work.
The backdoor was as well, broken.
The location of the hotel was supposed to be excellent, but instead we find out it’s poorly connected to the city center, and very dangerous to access the hotel. Overall, I don’t recommend this ‘hotel’, because it doesn’t even deserve to be called hotel.

Stayed there over the weekend, Friday to Sunday. The bathroom was clean but old with stains in the shower and corners, the air didn’t work in the bathroom, which made it like a sauna after the shower
The airconditon in the room didn’t work at all. We told the Rezeption after the first night that it’s super hot in there and she wanted to send technicians to check but they didn’t repair it. All we heard was sorry at the end at checkout. With 38 degrees outside it would have been nice to be able to sleep without sweating to death …. Not recommend…

A nice small hotel to stay for one night. The interior of the rooms absolutely in my taste. Clean around and affable stuff

The double rooms were small, but had all the necessary amenities. WiFi worked OK, but struggled if there was lots of people on it. Food was delicious and ample. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location in industrial area, but close to a large supermarket. Bus station to city 2 minute walk away

Room, staff, bathroom,parking all excellent. Limited on choice with evening meal and if walking you can,t you need transport to get anywhere. Otherwise for an overnight stay I would definitely return. Staff are so nice and can communicate in English.
