The room is old, the hygiene is OK, and the breakfast is average. It is close to the train station and there are two supermarkets nearby, which is quite convenient

Clean and comfortable, one of the tips would be to walk directly to the city instead of taking the metro. The walk to the city is only around 20mins

It is strange that you can't order an omelette for breakfast at Novotel. The restaurant administrator chased the child away from the TV when he was watching football. Some kind of wrong attitude towards children.
When checking in, we waited exactly for the official check-in time, although they promised to check us in 15 minutes before - we are not offended: zoomers (there were young people at the counter) - they are all like that :)))

Stayed here on a recent business trip, staff on reception were very friendly. Hotel is a walkable from town centre. Restaurant menu didn't really appeal but otherwise a good hotel

This is a proper 4* star hotel all the way through. However, I'm rating it with only 3* because the breakfast served for the 2 weeks I stayed there was very poor and lame. I'm aware of the Covid situation, but I think a hotel of these characteristics can definitely do better and add options. Dry breakfast with no waiter around whatsoever every day: biscuits, dry toast, sample marmalades, nutella... and an apple. I found this cheeky from the management side, as this breakfast could be no more than 1€. Then, muy room was left open with my belongings exposed for a day? I found it wide open when I arrived at night that day. Reception blamed it on the cleaning service... But this means there is no vigilance around. And there were no bathroom samples in my toilet when I checked in and until the next day. These things need to be looked after. It's all about care and details. But all in all, good.

Hi everybody Very bad customer service I am not recommended for friends and family, The management need to training the reception staff. They don't know how to talk the customer. I am really disappointed for this hotel
