Very pleasant stay, especially nice was the breakfast with a large variety of options and Quality food, plus large variety of gluten free options. Other specially nice was the pool and sauna.

Good afternoon!
We had an unforgettable vacation at the hotel from April 12 to 18. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel — our whole family was thrilled, and we will definitely come back more than once.

Hotel Europa is well located, near the ski slope and the best restaurants in Cervinia. It offers comfortable rooms, a spa and ski rental. The breakfast was very good. The service was poor. Our room number 004 was cold all 7 days. The heating system did not work, only in our room. We complained about this every day, but the problem was not solved. We were offered a small electric heater on the fourth day. These are not services for a 4-star hotel. I recommended and came to this hotel with a group of 16 friends, but I will not come back here.

Wonderful staff at Hotel Europa- i was blown away with how courteous, friendly and helpful they were. This is often hard to find in ski resorts and it was so nice to experience in this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great with lots of selection. Very close to the ski lift. Nothing bad to say at all we'd 100% come here again. Highly recommend for a very good hotel stay in Cervinia.

The hotel is convenient for a resort! Parking, breakfast, dinner at the hotel for very reasonable prices, 3 minutes to the ski lift. Cool room for skis, nice bar, fast Wi-Fi, Russian-speaking receptionist, sauna and small pool + exercise equipment.

Excellent locations, and If I am right, the only hotel to have such huge space in portico and free area in front. Warm water in Swimming pool was good too. We just missed the sauna due to COVID restrictions. Anyway, with all positive why did I put 3 star?
The room was not up to mark. To give an example, the coffee maker is in the table but no way to plug it in. Literally no power points in the whole room, will you believe?
Also, there is no light in the dressing area in the master room. Hope they fix all these and reopen in the winter.
Note; I stayed in a room in ground floor. Remember reading that the rooms in ground floor are not up to mark, but still I took a chance only to see what I wrote above. Seems they were right. So, do check before you book.
