We book a room for two adults and a child. We spent for two nights 586 euro. We arrived late evening travelling from Milano.. the room was cold, no hangers for clothes, very small stream of water from shower, mould on the wall ( Room 127 see pictures) . The following morning the breakfast was terrible. We couldn’t get a coffe, the service is incredibly disorganised, the food was terrible… In front to the main entrance someone vomited few days ago and the vomit is still there ( see pictures) The TV in the room doesn’t work. The fun of the bathroom can’t clean the air properly. There is not enough water coming from the showers. We complained with the manager that never offer a change of room or a refund. This hotel should never had open.., it is not ready for the customers. The feeling is they are using the money of the first customers of the season to fix stuff up. They are here to literally still your money. Avoid completely this location and if it is the only hotel available in Cervinia don’t come you are gonna to waist your money.

Modern well run ski hotel near the Cretaz Chairlift & town . Very friendly staff & good size family rooms with lots of space for all the ski gear. Great Breakfast & comfortable lounge area for card playing etc

Great hotel in a fantastic location
The location of this hotel is amazing, on days when it's snowed, you can easily ski the 100 yrds to the slopes and chair lifts, when not, well it's certainly walkable, they had great skiing facilities, hiring in hotel which we'd expect, but lockers with built in drying facilities for your gloves & boots which were great and came as part of your room deal, the hotel was a little tired, but I think that was mainly caused by guests walking about in ski boots, although repeatedly asked not to, and the pool and sauna made up for anything lacking.

Good afternoon!
We had an unforgettable vacation at the hotel from April 12 to 18. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel — our whole family was thrilled, and we will definitely come back more than once.
Best regards,
Olena

This hotel was could NOT have been better for our week skiing in Cervinia. Firstly all the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the spa to the restaurant/bar. The room was amazing with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The wellness centre was absolutely amazing and a great way to wind down after a long day skiing and relax before your evening meal. Breakfast was faultless. Lastly the location is absolutely perfect and literally a 50m walk to the ski lift (you also get a locker for your ski equipment included with your stay!). We didn’t want to leave at all.

Hotel Europa works well for skiers. It checks the basic boxes of a four-star hotel, but in reality, it feels more like a good three-star. Rooms are small but clean, breakfast is very good, and the spa is a nice way to relax after a day on the slopes. There’s also a ski room, which is practical. That said, I was expecting a bit of four-star comfort or luxury—something extra—but didn’t quite get it here. If it were a three-star hotel, I’d easily give it five stars. The best part is the location. It’s close to the lifts and many good restaurants. The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner, but with plenty of nearby options, that’s not a problem. There’s a small parking area. It was full on Saturday, so I used the public parking next door. On Sunday, I found a spot in the hotel’s lot, so you can usually manage with a car. A big plus was being able to take a shower after the last half-day of skiing before heading to the airport. That made the trip home much more comfortable.

The hotel is advertised as 4-star, but the location is 4-star. The hotel is 2-star quality, for these reasons: Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, and the cleaning staff told reception I did not look properly (!!!). The carpet at the entrance would get hooked if my vacuum cleaner had to go over it, so don't ask me how their vacuum cleaner skipped those strings of carpet. The bathroom cupboard had no handles, only holes where they once were. The lights were not all working. Night shift staff were abrupt with clients. Despite checking in on a Monday, the shampoo and body lotion were only put into the unit on Thursday (at least I had toilet paper by then, and my own shampoo and body lotion). The breakfast spread was NOT 4-star hotel quality, but the staff in the breakfast room were at least happy to see guests. The bathroom cupboards had severe water damage. The shower hook was lose and a challenge to shower with.

So we stayed at the Europa at the end of March 2025. It’s really well located at the top end of the high street 100m from the Cretaz chair lift at the bottom of blue run 5. Whilst it isn’t ostentatiously set up, it’s warm and comfortable with a nice lounge area and separate bar just off reception. The rooms aren’t huge but they are good enough being plainly but nicely decorated and are kept spotlessly clean. A few pieces of furniture and some carpets could do with an upgrade but there was nothing to spoil our stay. The spa and wellness area was fine with a small pool, small gym and small sauna, which were well used by the guests but never overcrowded. The ski rooms were quite small but large enough as it isn’t a large hotel. The lockers were really good, being some is the best we’ve come across. The breakfast room was fine, with a good selection of food which was well presented with some hot options. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient. The hotel doesn’t do evening meals but it’s positioned so well it’s really very easy to find somewhere to eat in the evenings but it’s best to book Fridays and Saturdays as the town gets busy at weekends. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Cervinia.

Some highs and some lows.. Highs Great location close to the slopes and restaurants Fabulous staff - big shout out for Louisa on reception and our fab waiter at breakfast (I think his name was Malte) who was always so friendly and on my husband's birthday bringing us all fizz and cake with candle. Spacious rooms Great ski room, which was nice and cool Very good negronis in the bar Lows Very strange sewage smell throughout the communal areas. Not pleasant and would stop me booking again if it can't be resolved. Very small bathroom, no working extractor. Awkward shower over the bath Communal areas and rooms extremely hot The hotel booked restaurants for us which weren't actually booked when we turned up! All in all a good hotel, especially it's location, but a little tired in places. If you can sort the awful sewage smell we'd definitely be back.
