Friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice view and location, nice bar inside and outside

Top staff: very polite, kind and helpful ... I found the bathroom of the single room a bit cramped for the size of the shower and the arrangement of the sanitary facilities ... instead the bed was very large (1 square and a half, which is usually not finds) and most of all comfortable

structure in line with what is published (location, cleanliness, services ... good) shame about customer management. We made a request, it was granted but we were not informed of the price increase. following our dispute, the management's response was "if you don't have the money to go on vacation, stay home". I have never claimed that the customer is always right, but education is essential
