Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

Overall our stay was excellent. The entire staff was friendly from the receptionist, to the maitre d, and especially the kitchen staff. The attention to detail was unparallel. I really enjoyed my stay at Villagio Baia D´Ercole. It is an awsome location right by the sea. The rooms are super clean, the food is excellent and the animation program was the greatest. The location is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, the shower is very large, the swimming pool is beautiful, a note of merit certainly goes to the truly professional and courteous waiter and the driver who takes you to the sea Vincenzo, a truly special man. What I absolutely didn't like is the poor food, the quality was completely different from the images on the site, really a shame.

Location is right by the beach (30 seconds walk to private beach within the compound; 5-10 minute drive to Capo Vaticano and public beaches there). Food is great if you get half of full pension. Staff is incredibly nice and always happy to help as much as they can! Might be a bit complicated to get by in the region generally without basic Italian knowledge though

Top clean! 10 min by car from Tropea. 10 min by car from Capo Vaticano. Hotel beach is little bit rocky but near sandy beaches: Stromboli and Grottichela (5 and 10 min by car). Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel on a cliff. Calm and with a beautiful view. The hotel has its own beach. To get there you have to go down long stairs. We had a good holiday there. The only negative is that there is nothing around except hotels. You have to either rent a car or like to walk :)

We had great stay at Hotel Residence Sciaron,the staff is nice and helpfull, the surrounding area with seaview and swimming pool is amazing. Our appartment was clean and comfy and had inside all we needed. I highly recommend this place.

The place is beautifully located, bungalows are really comfortable and spacious - we were upgraded, I can't complain. But the food- oh my God, are you serious? Constant lack of food - you have to ask the waiter to fry eggs for you as there isn't anything else to eat. Artificial buns, bread, lots od cheap snacks that only make you fat. And all this in Italy, a country of delicious and natural food....

A nice hotel, don’t expect a 5 star service, but staff tries to be accommodating. I saw some reviewers complaining about food and it’s actually quite tasty - lots of seafood, fresh fruit, fish. The view of the hotel is amazing, but keep in mind that without a shuttle going back and especially up from the beach is quite tough.
