Nice hotel, overall good service, except for the breakfast where you need to wait 20+ minutes for a simple coffee. Reason for one star: The operators seem to need extra money and rent the hotel out to wedding parties without prior heads-up to other guests. Not exactly a relaxing experience if you need to listen to cheap Dutch party music and worn-out trash disco hits all night. Feels more like Ballermann than a spa resort. Also: ants in the room (see other reviews). Absolutely horrible. Stay away from this place, there are much better alternatives!

Not for people who want to have fun. It is very secluded and can be very boring. It's very regimented . Like, they won't serve any food after 8.30 pm. It got boring very quickly. The service at the dinner was shocking. Very poor , they weren't even listening to our requests. One day , they didn't even give us the table . And we were shocked as to what do we do now ? Since it's like in the middle of nowhere. We got up and went to the city centre which was 40 mins away. Also, there are very few cabs available so when we tried to book a cab they said it will be two hours. So pls go in your own car. The reception staff was nice and over all it was okay. But it got very boring as there was no entertainment available. They need to arrange something for people to have fun rather than just sitting at the beach all day long. There were 90% old people so I guess it not for young people .

Incredible Hotel on the Beach.
Wonderfull Hotel that is just incredible . Pool area, Grass, Spa is marvellous. Rooms also great with wonderful View.
Hotel is located directly on the Beach down a cliff. We would reccomend to have a rental Car. Spa and Pool are Saltwater.
Breakfast is also great but sometimes service is somewhat slow delivering coffee.

Only Negative Point: The Prices in the Pool Bar and Restaurant are over the Top 9€ for a 0,3 Beer and 13€ for a Spritz do not reflect the Quality. But it is always quite full so it seems to be ok for many. For Dinnner we always were outside so i cannot say anything to that

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights. Travelling from Canada we were expecting a more updated resort. Their social media portrays a much newer modern space. The location is ideally set right on the beach which is rare in this area. The water is clear and rocky. Water shoes are helpful. It has a salt water pool and lounge chairs. The outdoor spaces are nicely appointed and the sunsets beautiful.

The rooms are dated- bathrooms need updating and extra beds for children are the couch and a cot. Good for young children but not over 10yrs.
The hallways needs some TLC, door frames need adjusting and the restaurants need some air circulation- visiting in July was extremely warm and uncomfortable at meals time without air.

The staff were friendly and helpful even when someone in our party has a severe food allergy. It helps if you are Italian though- English isn’t spoken by everyone.

This is first Resort that looks so much better real than in pictures.. It is beauty that can not be descreibed. One of best Hotels in whole Italy.. Location, beach, pool and hotel stuff just perfect. Cleaning Lady has closed my bottel wine that i forget. So much dedicated to details.. We are coming back 😊

Very relaxing stay: the sympathy and availability of the staff, the sea, the Spa, these points were really perfect.
On the other hand, the hotel highlights "sustainability", "local", "organic" without this being the case. For example, the breakfast eggs are code "3" (16 chickens per 1m²) and the dive staff advised me to give some bread to bring in the fish when I dive...
I agree with other opinions, the food can be greatly improved given the culinary richness of the region
Thank you to all the staff (reception, Spa and servers), to the yoga teacher, it was great!

Beautiful resort and a phenomenal beach. The rooms are pretty nice and well furnished and equipped. Certain services could use some help especially breakfast service in the morning. If you are noisy and waving your hands, the waiter may notice you. Once you order a hot drink, expect to wait for it for another 20 minutes since they have only one barista. And that's unacceptable in a claimed 5 star hotel.
