I recommend the hotel.
The food was always fresh, the paste made right in front of you. Themed dinners. Great selection.
The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. In a good mood.
Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The resort area is well maintained. Lots of greenery around (palm trees, pine trees, banana trees, etc.).
The only minus was that they didn't change the bed sheets for our entire stay.

Loved every part of this resort. Food was great, staff was great, close to the beach with a shuttle to take you to and from but the walk isn't too bad if you miss the shuttle. Close to the Ricardi train station which has some service, not too frequent, to Tropea and other stations.

I don’t know where to start … It was our first visit in Italy and my memories are 50/50. Beach, water color is great, hotel food was good, but there were things that other guests should be aware of, reading opinions we booked a „deluxe room”, as adviced by other gusts in options.
When we arrived to the hotel we received „upgrade” to Agave Blu, we had no comment at that moment as in opinions it was good option, but next morning analyzing our situation we decided to ask to be in La Conchiglia but we were said in the reception that hotel is full and „all gest want to be in the resort”, it was really rude, we paid for being in this resort so this comment was unnecessary. Agave Blue is great but hotel including chidren, not reflecting all inclusive services, so to use the offere to had to go back to the La Conchiglia, we paid for the deluxe room to be in the center of resort as stated on the webpage.
After all Lady from the reception agreed to give us a room in the Resort after 3 days but without giving any confirmation just come on Wednesday and you will have other room, “ I guarantee you”.
Then we asked resident for help, resident confirmed changes after number of messages, the day before we reviewed message that tomorrow you will be relocated to “deluxe room” and yes, we were moved to the better place (Agave Blu I great but each time you want to use “all inclusive services” you spend 7-10 minutes one way going for the dink to the hotel) but still the equipment of the room was different from the description in the offer. We were there for 7 day, so asking second time for change was not our interest.
Second thing which made our stay unpleasant was a man from animation team, I do understand he is doing his job but he don’t understand that you may don’t want to participate in his activities, because you are bad dancer or you were on the excursion that day and you need to rest and you just want to be seated and rest, or as in our example your dad just was taken to hospital and you don’t have a humor to party but you still want to chill. We were asked several times “why not?!”, after third response we decided to leave and still feel that we didn’t need to share with animation guy why we don’t what to participate in dances… just saying “no thank you” should be enough…
I believed on that the situation ended but next day we were asked by the animation man that the leaving was rude etc, referring that “no said one times means no” and we hoped that that’s it, but in the evening this man was inviting every guest to the animation and passing us he said “ are you going? No, sorry, you need to rest”, it was unacceptable, impolite and unprofessional, we were on our holiday, we could participate in animations if we want to, but we were not obliged to.
I also want to underline that the team of animation was two people, approach of the girl from the team was totally different and understanding that you may not want to participate but the pool was full of people taking part in her activities, she was great!
So overall stay was like 2-2.5 out of 5

The rooms are basic but clean. Staff on the whole are friendly and helpful. The food is not extensive but we always found something to eat. The quiet pool is lovely. Can't comment on the main pool as we only used the quiet pool and beach but there seemed to be a lack of sunbeds. The walk to the beach is steep but is doable. The beach is lovely.

Arrived late as plane delayed reception told us to go straight to restaurant for food, staff clearing away as it was after 9pm, only able to eat what was left went back to reception to be allocated room and had to find our own way in the dark with no help from staff.
There where no lights outside our room, very little storage when you are there for 2 weeks. King size bedframe and a double mattress on top so have to be careful you don't catch yourself on metal bedframe. Safe in room broken 3 days to be fixed, no kettle 4 days to get one,toilet seat broke 3 days to be fixed, hot water only if you were lucky, no telephone in room no information in room ie.fire safety or map of the complex, no airer as we noticed everyone else had them. Olga the rep was only happy to sell trips but not to help you with complaints food in restaurant was OK but repeated all the time, only one place to eat unless willing to pay extra. Staff where very helful and hard working. While we where there hotel decided to put up notices such as if you leave sunbed for 30mins your belongings will be removed,and then later in the holiday new notice that says no sunbed to be used till sfter 8.30am, no glasses by the pool but bar kept serving in glasses dangerous.Definitely not 4 star as tui advertise, we never usually moan but in this case for the money we paid was not worth it.We will think again before using tui in the future.

I arrived at the hotel on Saturday evening and experienced some confusion during check-in. The room I paid for had a beach view and was modern and comfortable, but the live music at the pool was loud and played until midnight every night. We requested a quieter room, but were offered a downgrade and told we had to decide quickly due to limited availability. The new room had an uncomfortable bed, and we could still hear the music. We received a voucher for the inconvenience, but it didn't solve our issues. Despite the hotel's efforts to improve our experience, including offering free massages and TUI offering a 200 pound voucher, the ongoing noise and discomfort persisted. The day trip we went on was enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort from the tour guide. The spa experience, however, was not as smooth as expected. The masseuse while massaging my partners neck was asking how the room was, feeling all over very threatening. My massage consisted of an awkward undressing infront of the masseause as he didn't leave the room and him undoing my bikini whilst on the table without asking, and after the treatments swiftly getting kicked out. The hotel overall seemed to be not ready for guests with contruction work all around the resort.

The place is beautiful, just in front of the Stomboli you have the most magic sunsets. The rooms are clean and the shower is perfect.
All the workers are so polite kind and helpful with the biggest smile and heart.
The beach is very near and the staff will happily gring you there with golf cars.
There is a train station 15mins by foot away if you like adventures.
The buffet has the largest choice of Italian, full of flavor, food.

Nice resort, contemporary rooms, but one needs to accept straightforward buffet and crowd.Not all facilities have been updated. Mostly groups from Poland, so little Italian ambiance. Pool activity in morning and music all evening. Only for people who do not seek a silent , calm and private holiday.

The place is beautifully located, bungalows are really comfortable and spacious - we were upgraded, I can't complain. But the food- oh my God, are you serious? Constant lack of food - you have to ask the waiter to fry eggs for you as there isn't anything else to eat. Artificial buns, bread, lots od cheap snacks that only make you fat. And all this in Italy, a country of delicious and natural food. If this package holiday had been cheaper I wouldn't mind, but it was quite expensive and I was shocked by the low quality of food. And this is surprising especially in the context of many other guests already complaining about food - and still nothing seems to have been improved.

We rested for a week in this hotel from a Polish travel company. The first problem turned out to be with WiFi. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and it is terrible, and the mobile Internet does not catch. A very poor buffet for a 4 star hotel. Very often we didn't finish eating or had lunch in the neighboring village. There were not always enough tables and waiters. There is no free drinking water. It is very difficult to get to the beach by a slide. In our week of rest, we did not swim. There were very big waves. Our room had a bathtub, lizards and ants that constantly bit us. And also a broken bed. There was no phone in the room.The bed in the room was broken. Entertainment at the hotel is very poor
