We stayed here our first night in italy since we landed late and didnt want to hit rome. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The shuttle was easy and the room was perfect with a grear view of the ocean. We plan to stay again on our last night!

Not all superior rooms are created equal, the one in the photo is not representative as some of them are too small and dark but very clean. Nice toiletries, good breakfast. Reception said that system was busy at 1am and asked us to come down in half an hour to complete check in. The location is perfect for everything. Overall overpriced.

We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious provided with neat washrooms. All facilities are provided in the room except coffee/tea making kit. But the restaurant staff are very rude and do not behave with customers politely.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Manager Jan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities—especially the pool and breakfast—were excellent. The hotel’s location was also ideal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

A strong hotel - everything is perfect for a comfortable stay by the sea! The breakfasts are simply amazing!! Pillows, a snow-white bed, a TV with an HDMI connector and cute cool guys at the reception! It's simple, and you can come here on vacation either alone or with your family! We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

Excellent location, exceptional staff. Given our very early departure, we weren't able to enjoy breakfast. However, the super-friendly staff prepared a breakfast basket for us and our baby. I'm giving it 4 stars because we weren't able to take advantage of all the amenities offered. We'll definitely return.

Modern hotel within 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and central hub of nightlife. Right on the beachfront. Probably occupies the small chic places of the hotel market place. Good breakfast and nice service and employees all round No pool, gym or other amenities due to size

The location in Ostia is very good. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff at night/early morning were very friendly, as was the one who was there when we arrived around noon. The best thing about the hotel was the maintenance man. We had a problem with a door, and he resolved it quickly. I recommend the hotel for its value. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, about €35 by taxi.

Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

The front desk staffs are very kind. It takes 20min from the international airport by bus and walk 10min on foot. The breakfast is OK, there are lots of tea flavour choice.

A really nice hotel providing cozy rooms for transfer passengers of Fiumicino Airport. Although there are not many facilities inside the rooms, guests can still find everything essential. Conclusively, it is a clean and quiet place to rest.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! They arranged my transfers from the port to the hotel and then to the airport! The room was comfortable was unable to get the ac to work. The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. A few kilometers from Ostia Antica, Ostia and Rome is this little gem of a hotel. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We were pampered on our honeymoon. Only stayed at this hotel for one night. Close to Stella Polaire station, but it was very difficult to find a place to have lunch around 3pm. The hotel staff is very friendly, I was very helpful with booking a taxi. The taxi to the airport cost 30 euros. The room safe did not work and at night I was woken up every time my neighbour flushed the bathroom :(

I liked that it was across the street from the beach. The staff at front desk was friendly. This property and surrounding properties are old and could have been up kept a little better. The room was a bit stuffy. The bath room shower is extremely small. It was difficult to bend over to wash feet. The shower area could have been a little cleaner.

Definitely comfortable because it is located on the seafront, but otherwise it is a dated structure with an uncomfortable bathroom where the spaces are tiny, the room is comfortable enough, however, to reach it there is no lift, only stairs .....

Clean boarding house but very comfortable with most of your needs within walking distance. The bar is open 24h at the corner and the cake shop has amazing baked goods and coffee. I would come again but with a car to cover a few things not in the walking zone!

Simple guest house, very clean and with a great price. The adjacent bar and restaurant are very comfortable, with a truly surprising quality / price ratio. The parking inside the bar, available for the customers of La Villa del Patrizio, is very convenient. The street is a bit noisy, but it doesn't disturb too much.
