This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing fancy about it, but I didn't have any of the issues other reviewers did. Only down side is the location, it's a bit tough to walk anywhere from there, though I was able to walk to the Ostia Antica park, you can wind through the back streets. Overall good experience!

This hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. My room had a balcony which had a great view. There are not many options within walking distance for food, but the hotel staff helped me order from a nearby restaurant which was good. The staff were certainly helpful and we were easily able to arrange transport to the airport through them.

Pretty close to the airport, about a 20 minute ride with no traffic. The room was OK, no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner and breakfast is about 7 euro per person. Breakfast was decent, standard for Europe. They do offer an airport shuttle which cost the three of us about 35 Euro. I think you can get an Uber for that cost. I was very happy with the choice! The hotel personnel was very welcoming and helpful (I will mention JAN and Daniele) - very good Customer Service. OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. Standard triple room was a disappointment with minimal space. Upgrade to a junior suite was a must. There are only two of them so we got lucky. The view from the "Olga" suite was nice. We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". The rooms are nicely decorated, but could use a new coat of paint.At first glance, well cleaned, maybe the window should be cleaned...The bathroom.....well.... Is the toilet cleaned, shower ....oh my God....It takes a small eternity...

It was a great visit there. Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our stay...

We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! They arranged my transfers from the port to the hotel and then to the airport! The room was comfortable was unable to get the ac to work. Right on the beachfront road with plenty of restaurants around and an acceptable breakfast provided. Also free parking. But many of the appliances in the room are of cheap build and a bit broken. We especially missed a well-functioning air-conditioner as we were there during a hot period. Survivable but not enjoyable.

Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

Excellent hotel and most importantly absolutely amazing hotel staff. They organize and give tips on the route wonderfully. The hotel is not new, but well-kept and clean. Suitable for while away the time before a flight or if there is a long layover. The hotel has a cozy cafe - there are also good restaurants nearby.

The neighborhood is very pleasant. If the transport workers are on strike, it is an option to take a taxi to the airport and from there take the Leonardo train into the city.

This is a 4 star hotel but I’ll give it a 5 star rating - location is great, if you’re trying to just do the beach and local area it’s got a view of the water. Clean quite modern rooms with helpful hosts. Transportation to FCO can be arranged in their van cheaper than a taxi. They were also willing to meet us as long as we called. Best breakfast of many stays in Italy. I recommend this BB more than any of the same price range hotels around the airport.
