Exceptional service & very helpful reception desk staff. 24hr bar a real bonus. Lively Pizza restaurant next door open in the evenings, also serves other dishes. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool area. Parking. Breakfast basic lacking fresh fruit.

We stayed here because we wanted to see the Archaeological Park at Ostia and then go to the airport the next day. The room was fine, no complaints. Bed was comfortable, lots of convenient shelf space, modern bathroom with a nice walk in shower (no tub). This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing fancy about it, but I didn't have any of the issues other reviewers did. Only down side is the location, it's a bit tough to walk anywhere from there, though I was able to walk to the Ostia Antica park, you can wind through the back streets. Overall good experience!

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. Standard triple room was a disappointment with minimal space. Upgrade to a junior suite was a must. There are only two of them so we got lucky. The view from the "Olga" suite was nice. The staff was friendly...

We had a buffet in the room downstairs, which is really elegant. The food and drinking was great. Highly recommended. The car parking is big, but a bit far from the hotel.

We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". The rooms are nicely decorated, but could use a new coat of paint.At first glance, well cleaned, maybe the window should be cleaned...The bathroom.....well.... Is the toilet cleaned, shower ....oh my God....It takes a small eternity...

It was a great visit there. Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our stay...

We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

A really nice hotel providing cozy rooms for transfer passengers of Fiumicino Airport. Although there are not many facilities inside the rooms, guests can still find everything essential. Conclusively, it is a clean and quiet place to rest.

Beautiful little hotel right in the middle of the action. Room was small but met our needs. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were outstanding. Will stay here again on our next Italy trip.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! They arranged my transfers from the port to the hotel and then to the airport! The room was comfortable was unable to get the ac to work. Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

A few kilometers from Ostia Antica, Ostia and Rome is this little gem of a hotel. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We were pampered on our honeymoon. Definitely comfortable because it is located on the seafront, but otherwise it is a dated structure with an uncomfortable bathroom where the spaces are tiny, the room is comfortable enough, however, to reach it there is no lift, only stairs .....

The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. If you have your own car, you can! If tourists want to take the local bus, they have to pay 7 euros in cash on the bus, and only 1.1 euros when buying wine at the wine shop! It is very inconvenient, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the supermarket!

The room is big, but too old. There is a kettle and a small kitchen. The other room is in the corner building. It is very spacious and has three beds. We three people should have booked one room instead of two.

Excellent hotel and most importantly absolutely amazing hotel staff. They organize and give tips on the route wonderfully. The hotel is not new, but well-kept and clean. Suitable for while away the time before a flight or if there is a long layover. The hotel has a cozy cafe - there are also good restaurants nearby.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. Katrina welcomed us warmly, helped with every request and question. Helped us get organized for our trip the next morning. There were seven of us and we booked three rooms. At breakfast there was a table for 7 people, I think they did it for us without asking. Thank you. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very pleasant. If the transport workers are on strike, it is an option to take a taxi to the airport and from there take the Leonardo train into the city.

The location in Ostia is very good. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff at night/early morning were very friendly, as was the one who was there when we arrived around noon. The best thing about the hotel was the maintenance man. We had a problem with a door, and he resolved it quickly. I recommend the hotel for its value. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, about €35 by taxi.

This is a 4 star hotel but I’ll give it a 5 star rating - location is great, if you’re trying to just do the beach and local area it’s got a view of the water. Breakfast is just fine and good and filling, just not super fancy. Rooms are small but well decorated and comfortable; the bathrooms do not leak water from the shower and are clean and modern. Clean quite modern rooms with helpful hosts. Transportation to FCO can be arranged in their van cheaper than a taxi. They were also willing to meet us as long as we called. Best breakfast of many stays in Italy. I recommend this BB more than any of the same price range hotels around the airport.

The location of the place is 10 minutes from the sea by car, instead the room had an old mattress where the springs made me back pain, the breakfast poor, little choice, the first day only one white yogurt (although we had booked for two), the juice box of one flavor and one glass, nothing salty, the only good thing was the coffee, great.

A lovely couple runs it, felt completely at home. We stayed in the Aggrippina suite, spacious and incredibly clean, and super close to the ruins. Would love to stay again!
