Not to happy about front desk telling us it was 40 euro to go to the airport on arrival Then told it was only 35 euro the next day?

Three stars for room space, operational facilities etc. four stars for the vibe. Not bad! Solid 3.5

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Manager Jan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities—especially the pool and breakfast—were excellent. The hotel’s location was also ideal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The facilities in the room are old and broken, but the price is low, there is nothing we can do about it.

Exceptional service & very helpful reception desk staff. 24hr bar a real bonus. Lively Pizza restaurant next door open in the evenings, also serves other dishes. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool area. Parking. Breakfast basic lacking fresh fruit.

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. Standard triple room was a disappointment with minimal space. Upgrade to a junior suite was a must. There are only two of them so we got lucky. The view from the "Olga" suite was nice. The staff was friendly...

We had a buffet in the room downstairs, which is really elegant. The food and drinking was great. Highly recommended. The car parking is big, but a bit far from the hotel.

We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". The rooms are nicely decorated, but could use a new coat of paint.At first glance, well cleaned, maybe the window should be cleaned...The bathroom.....well.... Is the toilet cleaned, shower ....oh my God....It takes a small eternity...

It was a great visit there. Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our stay...

We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

A really nice hotel providing cozy rooms for transfer passengers of Fiumicino Airport. Although there are not many facilities inside the rooms, guests can still find everything essential. Conclusively, it is a clean and quiet place to rest.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! They arranged my transfers from the port to the hotel and then to the airport! The room was comfortable was unable to get the ac to work. Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

A few kilometers from Ostia Antica, Ostia and Rome is this little gem of a hotel. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We were pampered on our honeymoon. Very clean room, very comfortable bed and breakfast with heart shaped cookies ❤️ We returned on another occasion for a seafood dinner. Quality and exquisite food.

Definitely comfortable because it is located on the seafront, but otherwise it is a dated structure with an uncomfortable bathroom where the spaces are tiny, the room is comfortable enough, however, to reach it there is no lift, only stairs .....

The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. This hotel is a little quiet boutique hotel with clean rooms, a decent breakfast included, great parking, and located near a bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Two restaurants were near and a grocery. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here our first night in italy since we landed late and didnt want to hit rome. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The shuttle was easy and the room was perfect with a grear view of the ocean. We plan to stay again on our last night!

Not all superior rooms are created equal, the one in the photo is not representative as some of them are too small and dark but very clean. Nice toiletries, good breakfast. Reception said that system was busy at 1am and asked us to come down in half an hour to complete check in. The location is perfect for everything. Overall overpriced.

Our room with sea view 103 was gorgeous & high end. A/C was strong. Would have been nicer to be a little higher. Perfect for 2 adults but would be crowded for even a family with a baby. Breakfast was fantastic. We visited the roof top a few times. It needs landscaping, umbrellas, lounge seating, a bar - maybe it's new? I completely forgot to ask about the included beach amenities so we missed out....

Small modern hotel on the Ostia coast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was amazing; outstanding selections. The hotel has an agreement with a private beach area across the street. The chairs and umbrellas are NOT included and cost extra but it was totally worth it to not use the public beach area. Airport shuttles are an extra charge but nice and timely. Great find! The location is fabulous and the staff was super nice! Ended up beings great experience for a night before an international flight. Walking distance to a really cute area with lots of restaurants and shops. Right across the street from multiple beach clubs. Other highlights were the showers /bathrooms were very clean and updated. A strong hotel - everything is perfect for a comfortable stay by the sea! The breakfasts are simply amazing!! Pillows, a snow-white bed, a TV with an HDMI connector and cute cool guys at the reception! It's simple, and you can come here on vacation either alone or with your family! If you have your own car, you can! If tourists want to take the local bus, they have to pay 7 euros in cash on the bus, and only 1.1 euros when buying wine at the wine shop! It is very inconvenient, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the supermarket!

Excellent hotel and most importantly absolutely amazing hotel staff. They organize and give tips on the route wonderfully. The hotel is not new, but well-kept and clean. Suitable for while away the time before a flight or if there is a long layover. The hotel has a cozy cafe - there are also good restaurants nearby.

I visited during a family trip. It was a guesthouse that was renovated from a luxurious house. All the props were high-end. The hotel owner was old, but elegant and spoke English accurately. This is a small villa hotel located in the suburbs of Rome. It has beautiful scenery, pleasant courtyards with green trees, flowers and swimming pools. The front desk is run by an old lady who is meticulous and kind. The managers are all middle-aged ladies, friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the interior is antique. It is a very good experience.

Nice location, amazing beds, everything was very clean and proper. There was also a common area where you could make breakfast, get a coffee and use the fridge. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I even booked an extra night. My only advise for foreign guests is DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR ON THE PUBLIC PARKING. They broke into my car, smashed the window and I got herassed and followed for 600 km. It's An Apartment This is an apartment that has been converted into an AirBnB with the bedrooms as the "hotel" room. So the balance of the apartment is common area. The apartment is very nice and well-located, next to the outdoor shopping and restaurant area. The automatic entry works great - make sure you read ALL the info.

The property was great it was in a good location the view was amazing. The downfall is the area around the property was extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere, I was afraid to walk on the beach barefoot as there was so much trash and broken glass. There was also a lot of remodeling going on and lots of wall banging early in the morning. The staff was not on site and the communication was done...

Over all it was pleasant. Not a hotel but a room in a shared apartment. No check in desk.

It had everything we needed, separate bathrooms for both rooms was a huge plus. BnB owners was really kind and helpful.

The room I booked is a bit small, just right for one person. The bosses are a couple, and they are very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at their home, and there are also some historic sites and museums to visit nearby.

The owner picked me up from the airport for less than a taxi. The apartment itself is very cozy, a wide bed, new plumbing, a very quiet room. Getting to Rome is not as difficult as it seemed.

Overall it's average, the hot water is not easy to use, there was no hot water in the middle of the first night, so I couldn't take a shower. The shower hardware is also average, the water output is very small, I can only say that it's barely ok to stay here

The place was lovely. We got there late and enjoyed a wonderful swim in their lovely pool. The owner gave us a ride to the airport the next day. The owner was kind and helpful and interesting to speak with.

The location of the place is 10 minutes from the sea by car, instead the room had an old mattress where the springs made me back pain, the breakfast poor, little choice, the first day only one white yogurt (although we had booked for two), the juice box of one flavor and one glass, nothing salty, the only good thing was the coffee, great.

A lovely couple runs it, felt completely at home. We stayed in the Aggrippina suite, spacious and incredibly clean, and super close to the ruins. Would love to stay again!
