Good location and very convenient for commuting to airport

Very convenient to stay overnight while trasit.

Overall is reasonable if you need airport transfers. Other than that, interior of hotel eg reception and room is old though functioning well.

Only good for location. Restaurant was not good. Shuttles run every 15 mins. Our flight was from T1 but shuttle driver dropped us at T3. In the end we found the way to T1 from T3. Shuttle driver wasn’t kind enough to explain, she just kept saying T3, T3… nothing wrong with the hotel about this. Restaurant was ordinary. This level of meal can be provided anywhere. Not special.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The only reason to book this hotel is we arrived at 2330 nighttime and to catch an early train the next morning. Very easy to find the free shuttle bus stop. Right on the opposite road of entrance/exit 3 in Terminal 3. The hotel is super clean. And can get on the shuttle to airport the next morning. We had a one night stay in Rome before we flew back to the USA. We were very pleased with the hotel. The airport shuttle was a free service that was available 24 hours a day. Terrible experience. The room was old, and the facilities were broken. The toilet cistern switch was faulty, causing the water to drip constantly.

I arrived late at night and had an early flight to Rome the next day, so I booked this hotel near the airport. The location is indeed good. I heard they have tennis courts, which I unfortunately didn't have time to try this visit. I'll save that for next time, haha!

And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I don’t know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time!  Really appreciate. We had a great experience here. We booked a last minute room and due to a late flight into Rome, we had to check in at 2am. A staff member was at the desk at that time to greet us and check us in. The room was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Just FYI we found it very expensive to taxi to here from the airport considering how close it is.

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds/pillows. The hotel was small but comfortable for a short stay yo catch early morning flight. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There's shuttle bus to airport with fee that make it convenient for passenger to get to airport.

Visited this place in 2016. Most amazing place I've ever been. I will go back one day. The spa experience was beyond anything I've done before. Staff were so friendly and I felt very looked after.

Fantastic and relaxing experience upon arriving in Rome. An excellent way to decompress after a long flight, here you can walk around I your bathrobe and hop from hot tub, to sauna, to hot tub, not to be missed!!!!

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony overlooking the water for free and had late check out available. If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! Not happy about the fact that I paid for a room with ocean view instead they gave me a room with the view to apartments in the back. Both rooms have balconies. One with ocean view and the other one to the apartments in the back. Not happy at all

We were served by Papi, a worker, on Friday night, and he treated us wonderfully, helping us at all times and making everything easy for us. He is a very good worker and a great person. If Papi could be given 100 stars, he would.

Expect a 2 star, be happy. Room was small and dark, but perfectly functional and clean. I slept very well. No AC wasn't a problem on a cooler evening in June.
