very good restaurant. hotel is expensive for the services it offers
Nice hotel, great location, big rooms and lovely bathrooms - horrible receptionist Was literally shouted at when checking in because the procedure is to leave you on a busy road before you can get into the car park to check in. Never ever met a receptionist as rude as Michele

We stayed here the night before our long flight back to Toronto from FCO Rome airport. This was a nice stay for a number of reasons: great location with the sea right across the street, walking distance to restaurants, short 15-20 minute ride to the airport. But the best reason was the kind and super helpful staff at the hotel and their spectacular breakfast in the morning. They were patient and...
Loved this place! The photos don’t do the atmosphere justice, it is really a retro lovers dream. They curated the best vibe down to the music. It made you feel like you were in a 60s film. And the location was perfect, easy to get to with the transport from Rome (for only €1,50!) and right on a beautiful beach.
Really friendly & helpful staff, great location for what we wanted. €1:30 bus to/from fiumicino airport (tickets purchased at coffee shop at airport🤷) lovely front & rear terraces, really enjoyed our stay here.
The property is quite close to the airport, so it's a good option if your flight is at odd hours. The view of the sea is quite refreshing.
The place has a charming old-fashioned atmosphere that brings you back a few decades to the golden age of Lido di Ostia, enhanced by the clever choice of broadcasting popular music hits from between the '20s and '60s. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped; ours had a large sea-facing terrace too. The breakfast is generous (I recommend the traditional breakfast pastry from Rome called maritozzo...
Really nice hotel in from of the sea in Ostia, really clean, confy rooms with sea view at a great price, I preffer to sray here that in Rome City. The breakfast really good, with fruits, pasticeries, eggs, veggies and coffee.

Roberta at the front desk was so helpful and friendly the entire time. I’m really grateful she took the time to help us and give us directions for anything we needed. The room was clean, the location was super convenient next to the pier with lots of restaurants, and I really don’t have anything bad to say.
Not a bad hotel but it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. No swimming pool, no business center, rooms are very basic. Good if you're staying a night but not longer.
The hotel it's quiet alright but be careful for extra charge. If you want something special like a drink or something when you arrive in your room its 40€ plus 20 € tax but they dont tell you anout 20€.They want to charge us when we left with 150€ for something extra but we didn't had anything. They don't deserve 4☆.
Lovely find, very nice staff, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed and can recommend this hotel. 👍
Thin walls. I'm sure the woman next door gave this place 5 stars. My TV didn't work either so we couldn't drown out the noise at all. Otherwise it was nice. Good location and affordable. The restaurant just down the way a bit near the docks deserves a look and the general atmosphere is more pleasant than Rome.
We stayed here our last night before flying home. The staff were incredible. So kind and helpful. The room was was very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the see and marina. Lots of restaurants near by and walkable. Roughly a 40 Euro taxi ride to the airport mostly due to traffic, but only 10 miles away.

Good experience. There is independence and, at the same time, if you need something there is the staff of the restaurant-pizzeria always available (they are the same owners). It is also a tobacconist, bar, bakery. The rooms are clean, spacious, ditto the bathroom, cool due to the presence of air conditioning. Taken enough. The only flaw: when you remove the card from the slot and go out, nothing is...
The room was great for the price - clean, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, air conditioning and small balcony. The location is perfect if you are there to visit the archeological site or go to the beach. Breakfast is served in the bar below and you can choose whatever you want from what they have available (pastries, coffee, sandwich etc). The bar is serving food all day and we ate there a few times...
Room was ok and had basic amenities. We was on the first floor and could hear everything all the people on our floor was saying and was woken various times during the night with door slamming or the handle of our room being tried. Staff and food in the bakery was fantastic. Breakfast you're limited to pizza/pastries but its still nice. Not far from local bus stop into town, its not far but you can...
Clean. Neat. Good rates. Excellent Service. Excellent Chow Right down stairs. All of Rome is a short walk away to the Bus stop and Train station. It's our Second Home when visiting Rome... Shuttle to Fiumicino is 25 euro. Don't bother with a cab. 20 Min train ride to Roma Centrale and you're on a Freccia train to Firenze that only takes 2 hours. It's perfect, unpretentious, and has the Best Calzone...
Clean, comfortable, beautiful. When you arrive, check in is at the bar/ restaurant (Ario). The English speakers at the restaurant are amazing, lovely people. The food at Ario is fantastic, local fare. Just a great experience all around!
It's a place a little out of hand with respect to the center of Rome, but this is a great place away from the chaos and traffic. The rooms are new and very nice. The hospitality is exceptional. I found it really good.

Very nice hotel. Our room was very modern, maybe some are outdated.. as I see mixed reviews. I stayed here for one night before flying out of Rome early the next morning. I checked in at 11pm with no issues and then was able to drop my key in a box at 5am. The walk to the terminal is super easy, 10 minutes in an air conditioner walkway with moving sidewalks. The employees are professional, lol I needed...
HHonors members so possibly made the difference. Received an email before arriving from the manager and answered all my questions beforehand. Upon arrival there was a smooth priority check in to the room of my choice, nice executive floor access to the executive dining room. Gentlemen server was extremely nice helpful, and worked very diligently, as tourists, mostly Americans would come in and out...
Great location, can walk to and from airport in about 15 mins. Hotel lobby is very nice. Hotel restaurant has pretty good food for a hotel buffet set up. We only cab testify to breakfast. Front desk has cab service to call you taxi or private car service fast. But the rooms are old and dated. They need renovating bad. And our room ac didn’t work and I had to make a phone call and two trips to the front...
Room was nice, good water pressure in shower, comfortable bed. We had dinner one night in restaurant and it was great food, lasagna was a bit overcooked but everything else we had was delicious. Have to give a shout out to our waitress Marta she was excellent! Breakfast was buffet of great flavors both American and Italian options. Pool was large and had lanes for swimming laps. I would have liked...
Always a pleasure staying here. It's our home away from home. Fabulous food, and wonderful amenities make it unnecessary to have to leave when we are flying in, out, or picking up family and friends. Easy access to the train for a day trip into Some as well for only €14.
I chose this hotel because I was coming off a long haul flight with a toddler. I give it 3 stars for convenience but that's about it. The hotel is like a 3 star for the price of 4. The rooms are bare of everything - you don't get a water bottle or even a pen and paper! I forgot to pack a comb - they didn't have it either. The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent although you can't get anywhere...

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight. Will go back for sure!
Comfortable room, super close to all terminals. No food at the hotel when we were there as they were too crowded and had no control over room A/C--had to call front desk for adjustments. Very, very expensive, but convenient.
I honestly don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. It is beyond convenient located right inside the airport, 3min walk from train station and 2min walk to either terminal. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot. Actually had AC. Check in took 2min. One of the more comfortable beds we have had too. And they have a lobby with drink options at a reasonable price. Don’t let the reviews...
Very practical but not very clean. The bed was fine, sheets clean, but no mattress cover. When we got in there was a spot in the toilet (even with the cleansing guarantee ribbon). Then the shower had hairs in it and a lot of mold in the corners, some calcium in the windows. We asked for a new cleanup and it was done but honestly... Didn't change much. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a...
Very convenient being next to the airport and having a very early morning flight. Staff were helpful and our stay was pleasant.
Gets the job done, especially if you have a 5am international flight. Comfortable and quiet rooms easily walkable from Terminal 3. Lounge has hydration and snacks and wifi works. A good airport hotel. Comfortable and clean, less than 15 min to FCO.
Beautiful boutique hotel located near the airport. . Nicely furnished and clean. A lot of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed seafood in Cielo restaurant. Just around the corner.
Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Very good price. Would stay again.
100% recommend!! Had a layover here for an early morning international flight from FCO, and couldn't have picked a better place. The hosts were very welcoming and even have us a packed breakfast the next day when we left the hotel at 4:00AM. Best location for flights from FCO, and still in a lively area, in the evening we walked around and grabbed ice cream.
Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Wifi intermittent. Friendly cats out front. The tortoiseshell is a favorite.

Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road. I say because signage is very bad and the map is confusing and has no 'you are here' sign.
Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.
They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying, and they weren’t even talking loudly. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
My pre teen son and I have stayed on several occasions as it is so well placed for the airport. The staff are always friendly and the rooms always clean. Food at the restaurant is always good, the staff particularly Zak are always professional yet friendly.
Room was old 3/5. Only bathroom renovated. Noisy in general. Breakfast was ok 4/5. Fitness room disaster with old equipment not working. 2/5
I had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Rome Leonardo da Vinci Airport recently, and it was a truly positive experience from start to finish. I needed a place to stay for a morning international flight out of Rome as I was traveling from Abruzzo by bus. Comfortable and clean I only wish the pricing was explained on the phone for the shuttle service as I assumed it was included in the room.
Located 1.5 miles from Fiumicino Airport. Hotel will schedule $6 shuttle service to Fiumicino Airport. Rate was moderate, but important to remember add cost of the airport shuttle - $6 each way.

Better than staying at an airport hotel. POSITIVE * Large modern Suite * Very quiet at night NEGATIVE * No lift/elevator to access rooms. We had to carry our luggage.
