I stayed at this property for a second time, earlier this month (Nov 4-5) due to my wonderful experience a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened this time. Check in/out was good, my room was clean but needed updating, however, I was let down in the restaurant. Unlike several years back, when the service I received was impeccable, this time it was awful. Although the staff that I directly interacted...
Best location with walkway from Terminal to Hotel. Outstanding service at check-in, ease of checking in, and knowledgeable staff. Rooms are very clean, well equipped, and quiet for resting. Special thanks to the food and beverage staff on the hotel restaurant, especially the server Maria and the restaurant supervisor/manager. Excellent food and five-star service. I highly recommend this hotel...
We stayed one night at the Hilton located at the Rome Airport. We used it as a stop over when flying from Sicily back to the US at the end of our trip. The Hotel was also a conference center so the amenities are geared towards business people instead of families. There is a pool but it was configured for lane swimming as opposed to relaxing/play. There is also a nice fitness center on the property...
What a great hotel! Stayed on our last night in Italy. Everything from check in, room, amenities and restaurant exceeded our expectations. Staff friendly and efficient. Facility was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. Room quiet and well appointed and breakfast buffet was overwhelming in the number of options, all fresh and delicious. Easy 10 min walk to airport check in, van ride offered...
Very nice hotel. Our room was very modern, maybe some are outdated.. as I see mixed reviews. I stayed here for one night before flying out of Rome early the next morning. I checked in at 11pm with no issues and then was able to drop my key in a box at 5am. The walk to the terminal is super easy, 10 minutes in an air conditioner walkway with moving sidewalks. The employees are professional, lol I needed...
HHonors members so possibly made the difference. Received an email before arriving from the manager and answered all my questions beforehand. Upon arrival there was a smooth priority check in to the room of my choice, nice executive floor access to the executive dining room. Gentlemen server was extremely nice helpful, and worked very diligently, as tourists, mostly Americans would come in and out...

The hotel is all right for one night before a flight. Quick room reception. Very good breakfast from 6:00. The hotel is a bit old, reasonable cleanliness. Personally, I was very disturbed by the weak lighting in the room The location is very convenient for people who rent a car at Centauro which is located just across the road
Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near Leonardo da Vinci Airport We recently stayed at this hotel, which is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Italy. To get there, you need to go to Terminal 3, specifically Gate 3, where you can catch a shuttle that takes you to the hotel for a modest fee of 6 euros per person. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, both from the airport...
It was a decent experience; people are so friendly at the hotel, the rooms are OK, and the location is OK for one day of transit, but if it is more than one day, it is so boring to stay there. The hotel has a nice pool, there are two grocery stores close by and couple of coffee shops. The breakfast was OK, even though it looks a busy hotel but there are always free tables for breakfast.
Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road. I say because signage is very bad and the map is confusing and has no 'you are here' sign.
Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.
They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying, and they weren’t even talking loudly. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I needed a place to stay for a morning international flight out of Rome as I was traveling from Abruzzo by bus. Comfortable and clean I only wish the pricing was explained on the phone for the shuttle service as I assumed it was included in the room.
Located 1.5 miles from Fiumicino Airport. Hotel will schedule $6 shuttle service to Fiumicino Airport. Rate was moderate, but important to remember add cost of the airport shuttle - $6 each way.

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight. Will go back for sure!
Comfortable room, super close to all terminals. No food at the hotel when we were there as they were too crowded and had no control over room A/C--had to call front desk for adjustments. Very, very expensive, but convenient.
I honestly don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. It is beyond convenient located right inside the airport, 3min walk from train station and 2min walk to either terminal. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot. Actually had AC. Check in took 2min. One of the more comfortable beds we have had too. And they have a lobby with drink options at a reasonable price. Don’t let the reviews...
Very practical but not very clean. The bed was fine, sheets clean, but no mattress cover. When we got in there was a spot in the toilet (even with the cleansing guarantee ribbon). Then the shower had hairs in it and a lot of mold in the corners, some calcium in the windows. We asked for a new cleanup and it was done but honestly... Didn't change much. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a...
Very convenient being next to the airport and having a very early morning flight. Staff were helpful and our stay was pleasant.
Gets the job done, especially if you have a 5am international flight. Comfortable and quiet rooms easily walkable from Terminal 3. Lounge has hydration and snacks and wifi works. Check in early and take a local taxi to the super charming seaside town of Fiumicino. (Stressful travel day turned into one of our favorite adventures of the trip)

Roberta at the front desk was so helpful and friendly the entire time. I’m really grateful she took the time to help us and give us directions for anything we needed. The room was clean, the location was super convenient next to the pier with lots of restaurants, and I really don’t have anything bad to say.
Not a bad hotel but it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. No swimming pool, no business center, rooms are very basic. Good if you're staying a night but not longer.
The hotel it's quiet alright but be careful for extra charge. If you want something special like a drink or something when you arrive in your room its 40€ plus 20 € tax but they dont tell you anout 20€.They want to charge us when we left with 150€ for something extra but we didn't had anything. They don't deserve 4☆.
Lovely find, very nice staff, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed and can recommend this hotel. 👍
Thin walls. I'm sure the woman next door gave this place 5 stars. My TV didn't work either so we couldn't drown out the noise at all. Otherwise it was nice. Good location and affordable. The restaurant just down the way a bit near the docks deserves a look and the general atmosphere is more pleasant than Rome.
We stayed here our last night before flying home. The staff were incredible. So kind and helpful. The room was was very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the see and marina. Lots of restaurants near by and walkable. Roughly a 40 Euro taxi ride to the airport mostly due to traffic, but only 10 miles away.

Thank you so much for having your hotel The location is wonderful with sea views The reception team are great Francesco and Chiara, they are very warm wherever you come from and will choose the best conditions for you. An absolutely fine accommodation located right on the beach. It would definitely need a big renovation, as everything seems very old and worn, but rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious provided with neat washrooms. All facilities are provided in the room except coffee/tea making kit. But the restaurant staff are very rude and do not behave with customers politely.
The hotel is a 50 Euro taxi ride from FCO. The hotel was very nice, clean. Breakfast on Monday does not start until 7. The front desk was very helpful with taxis.
There nice restaurants around, especially i Gladiatori. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. A bit far away from the city and lacks predictable public transportation. Close to the sea.
The best place ever matching with other places, i rent apartment 2 bedroom furnished twice a week cleaning
Hotel is good. Familiar with Best Western chain. Located near a bus station to get you to and from city with public transit, but nor really close to airport or town, so sort of away from everything. Found a nice beach nearby coincidentally (need to take public transit). The room was great, and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
Rooms are decent and staff is good. Free WiFi only in lobby area. Overall experience was really good.

Visited this place in 2016. Most amazing place I've ever been. I will go back one day. The spa experience was beyond anything I've done before. Staff were so friendly and I felt very looked after.
If anyone out there is looking for deals for hotels and resorts browse through ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel on there and these guys had the absolute best rates worldwide! What an amazing place. Close to the airport also so secluded. The spa is wonderful. The staff so helpful and the resort is beautiful. Will definitely stay there when we travel again
A very beautiful place near the city of Fiumicino and very near to the airport. I went there for a realxing massage and i am very satisfied. There's also a 5 star hotel and the next I'l book a room for a we. Hope soon :P
Fantastic and relaxing experience upon arriving in Rome. An excellent way to decompress after a long flight, here you can walk around I your bathrobe and hop from hot tub, to sauna, to hot tub, not to be missed!!!!
It was great that it was so close to the airport. We really wanted to get there earlier in the day but we were still able to enjoy the beauty of the place in the nightime. The food and the service was excellant. Very attentive servers.

Exceptional service & very helpful reception desk staff. 24hr bar a real bonus. Lively Pizza restaurant next door open in the evenings, also serves other dishes. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool area. Parking. Breakfast basic lacking fresh fruit.
We stayed here because we wanted to see the Archaeological Park at Ostia and then go to the airport the next day. The room was fine, no complaints. Bed was comfortable, lots of convenient shelf space, modern bathroom with a nice walk in shower (no tub). BUT... it was over a kilometer to the Archaeological Park, and the most direct way to walk there was along a busy highway with no sidewalks. There...
This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing fancy about it, but I didn't have any of the issues other reviewers did. Only down side is the location, it's a bit tough to walk anywhere from there, though I was able to walk to the Ostia Antica park, you can wind through the back streets. Overall good experience!
This hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. My room had a balcony which had a great view. There are not many options within walking distance for food, but the hotel staff helped me order from a nearby restaurant which was good. The staff were certainly helpful and we were easily able to arrange transport to the airport through them.
Pretty close to the airport, about a 20 minute ride with no traffic. The room was OK, no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner and breakfast is about 7 euro per person. Breakfast was decent, standard for Europe. They do offer an airport shuttle which cost the three of us about 35 Euro. I think you can get an Uber for that cost. It is close to the airport and the price was reasonable if you're just...

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. We had a buffet in the room downstairs, which is really elegant. The food and drinking was great. Highly recommended. The car parking is big, but a bit far from the hotel.

Hotel with rooms style years 70,maybe a little chic, but spacious and with all comforts. Breakfast was exceptional! Staff very helpful and friendly. Quality/price ratio high. Recommended
We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". We had a splendid time here! I'm already planning to come back next summer. We stayed in the Leonardo plus and it was very comfy and clean. We took the bus into town and the path to the...
Fabulous Village is the fourth resort of the Human group we are staying and I have to say that it is amazing! Also the way the staff handles our questions and issues is great. This has the feel of a classic old-school seaside family hotel - a bit aging but clean, quirky, and warm. Amazing balcony view over the sea. The manager was very nice and everyone seemed friendly. There were seven of us and we booked three rooms. At breakfast there was a table for 7 people, I think they did it for us without asking. Thank you. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very pleasant. If the transport workers are on strike, it is an option to take a taxi to the airport and from there take the Leonardo train into the city.
Excellent location very convenient from FCO. Roof top patio view of the ocean very calming. Breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The automated cappuccino machine made surprisingly good espresso and cappuccino. Highly recommended hotel.

It is also a tobacconist, bar, bakery. The rooms are clean, spacious, ditto the bathroom, cool due to the presence of air conditioning. Taken enough. The only flaw: when you remove the card from the slot and go out, nothing is...
The room was great for the price - clean, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, air conditioning and small balcony. The location is perfect if you are there to visit the archeological site or go to the beach. Breakfast is served in the bar below and you can choose whatever you want from what they have available (pastries, coffee, sandwich etc). The bar is serving food all day and we ate there a few times...
Room was ok and had basic amenities. We was on the first floor and could hear everything all the people on our floor was saying and was woken various times during the night with door slamming or the handle of our room being tried. Staff and food in the bakery was fantastic. Breakfast you're limited to pizza/pastries but its still nice. Not far from local bus stop into town, its not far but you can...
Clean. Neat. Good rates. Excellent Service. Excellent Chow Right down stairs. All of Rome is a short walk away to the Bus stop and Train station. It's our Second Home when visiting Rome... Shuttle to Fiumicino is 25 euro. Don't bother with a cab. 20 Min train ride to Roma Centrale and you're on a Freccia train to Firenze that only takes 2 hours. It's perfect, unpretentious, and has the Best Calzone...
Clean, comfortable, beautiful. When you arrive, check in is at the bar/ restaurant (Ario). The English speakers at the restaurant are amazing, lovely people. The food at Ario is fantastic, local fare. Just a great experience all around!
It's a place a little out of hand with respect to the center of Rome, but this is a great place away from the chaos and traffic. The rooms are new and very nice. The hospitality is exceptional. I found it really good.
