100% recommend!! Had a layover here for an early morning international flight from FCO, and couldn't have picked a better place. The hosts were very welcoming and even have us a packed breakfast the next day when we left the hotel at 4:00AM. Best location for flights from FCO, and still in a lively area, in the evening we walked around and grabbed ice cream.

We booked this place from Expedia and the pictures they had posted definitely did not do it justice. I was expecting much less than what we got for the few Euros we spent. The lower rates are to be expected for the winter and spring months, I guess. This place was easy to find, easy to get to and parking was not a problem. This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony overlooking the water for free and had late check out available. If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! The staff was so nice and were so helpful.

Not happy about the fact that I paid for a room with ocean view instead they gave me a room with the view to apartments in the back. Both rooms have balconies. One with ocean view and the other one to the apartments in the back. Not happy at all

We were served by Papi, a worker, on Friday night, and he treated us wonderfully, helping us at all times and making everything easy for us. He is a very good worker and a great person. If Papi could be given 100 stars, he would.

Expect a 2 star, be happy. Room was small and dark, but perfectly functional and clean. I slept very well. No AC wasn't a problem on a cooler evening in June. I'm glad I didn't get a beach view, the music at the beach across the street was quite loud late, but didn't keep me up. Front desk was pleasant and competent. I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. I also decided to celebrate my birthday in this place and chose this hotel. On my birthday there was no compliment from the hotel. In addition, the girl at the reception did not even say the basic words happy birthday, On the same day, they didn’t have time to clean the room when I returned from the beach (5 pm), then the cleaning service...

The facilities in the room are old and broken, but the price is low, there is nothing we can do about it.

We stayed here because we wanted to see the Archaeological Park at Ostia and then go to the airport the next day. The room was fine, no complaints. This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing fancy about it, but I didn't have any of the issues other reviewers did. Only down side is the location, it's a bit tough to walk anywhere from there, though I was able to walk to the Ostia Antica park, you can wind through the back streets. Overall good experience!

OK hotel but no way near 4 star. The building is old and in a desperate need for renovation. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a roof damaged from a recent fire so the view was quite awful. Standard triple room was a disappointment with minimal space. Upgrade to a junior suite was a must. There are only two of them so we got lucky. The view from the "Olga" suite was nice. We had a buffet in the room downstairs, which is really elegant. The food and drinking was great. Highly recommended. The car parking is big, but a bit far from the hotel.

We have spent the Last 4 days at the Hotel Aris Garden. All in All, a fairly impressive Hotel from the outside not very presentable, the Interior is rather "old-fashioned". The rooms are nicely decorated, but could use a new coat of paint.At first glance, well cleaned, maybe the window should be cleaned...The bathroom.....well.... Is the toilet cleaned, shower ....oh my God....It takes a small eternity...

It was a great visit there. Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our stay...

A really nice hotel providing cozy rooms for transfer passengers of Fiumicino Airport. Although there are not many facilities inside the rooms, guests can still find everything essential. Conclusively, it is a clean and quiet place to rest.

Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

A few kilometers from Ostia Antica, Ostia and Rome is this little gem of a hotel. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We were pampered on our honeymoon. Definitely comfortable because it is located on the seafront, but otherwise it is a dated structure with an uncomfortable bathroom where the spaces are tiny, the room is comfortable enough, however, to reach it there is no lift, only stairs .....

The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. This hotel is a little quiet boutique hotel with clean rooms, a decent breakfast included, great parking, and located near a bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Two restaurants were near and a grocery. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall is reasonable if you need airport transfers. Other than that, interior of hotel eg reception and room is old though functioning well.

Only good for location. Restaurant was not good. Shuttles run every 15 mins. Our flight was from T1 but shuttle driver dropped us at T3. In the end we found the way to T1 from T3. Shuttle driver wasn’t kind enough to explain, she just kept saying T3, T3… nothing wrong with the hotel about this. Restaurant was ordinary. This level of meal can be provided anywhere. Not special.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The only reason to book this hotel is we arrived at 2330 nighttime and to catch an early train the next morning. Very easy to find the free shuttle bus stop. Right on the opposite road of entrance/exit 3 in Terminal 3. The hotel is super clean. And can get on the shuttle to airport the next morning. Only marina is worth going to in Rome. Shallow entrance that allowed probably yachts with draft up to 3 m and 50m lenght. Restaurant and food is fantastic and staff really freandly.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, there is parking around the square next to the hotel, the balcony is spacious, there are electric folding windows, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, and there are McDonald's and steak restaurants nearby.

Clean, but the place is old, there is no bathtub, and the bath water is weak and gets cold quickly. The service is good. The place is very remote, and the transportation in Rome is very poor, so you should go there if you are not in a hurry.

There were seven of us and we booked three rooms. At breakfast there was a table for 7 people, I think they did it for us without asking. Thank you. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very pleasant. If the transport workers are on strike, it is an option to take a taxi to the airport and from there take the Leonardo train into the city.

The location in Ostia is very good. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff at night/early morning were very friendly, as was the one who was there when we arrived around noon. The best thing about the hotel was the maintenance man. We had a problem with a door, and he resolved it quickly. I recommend the hotel for its value. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, about €35 by taxi.

This is a 4 star hotel but I’ll give it a 5 star rating - location is great, if you’re trying to just do the beach and local area it’s got a view of the water. Breakfast is just fine and good and filling, just not super fancy. Rooms are small but well decorated and comfortable; the bathrooms do not leak water from the shower and are clean and modern. Highly recommended!
