The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds/pillows. We stayed here our first night in italy since we landed late and didnt want to hit rome. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The shuttle was easy and the room was perfect with a grear view of the ocean. We plan to stay again on our last night!

Not all superior rooms are created equal, the one in the photo is not representative as some of them are too small and dark but very clean. Nice toiletries, good breakfast. Reception said that system was busy at 1am and asked us to come down in half an hour to complete check in. The location is perfect for everything. Overall overpriced.

The hotel was small but comfortable for a short stay yo catch early morning flight. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There's shuttle bus to airport with fee that make it convenient for passenger to get to airport.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony overlooking the water for free and had late check out available. If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! Not happy about the fact that I paid for a room with ocean view instead they gave me a room with the view to apartments in the back. Both rooms have balconies. One with ocean view and the other one to the apartments in the back. Not happy at all

We were served by Papi, a worker, on Friday night, and he treated us wonderfully, helping us at all times and making everything easy for us. He is a very good worker and a great person. If Papi could be given 100 stars, he would.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Manager Jan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent location, exceptional staff. Given our very early departure, we weren't able to enjoy breakfast. However, the super-friendly staff prepared a breakfast basket for us and our baby. The location in Ostia is very good. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff at night/early morning were very friendly, as was the one who was there when we arrived around noon. The best thing about the hotel was the maintenance man. We had a problem with a door, and he resolved it quickly. I recommend the hotel for its value. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, about €35 by taxi.

Basic hotel, basic breakfast, luckily the staff was very friendly and polite. Location is excellent, 5' across the road from the beach, 10' from the train station to Rome, 20' from centre of Ostia, perfect for sun bathing or daily trips to central Rome.

The front desk staffs are very kind. It takes 20min from the international airport by bus and walk 10min on foot. The breakfast is OK, there are lots of tea flavour choice.
