Friendly and helpful staff for any information. The place in addition clean has been furnished with great taste and there is the possibility where required of adding a bed without affecting the reservation. I also reached easily from the train station by shuttle bus service, following the advice give by the owner. Very good site where you can make the reservation . But it was clean.

Clear instructions from booking till key retrieval. The friendliness of the hosts, and I loved seeing Alessandro every morning. Quiet neighborhood. I love walking! I walked from the train station, and enjoyed the walk along the river to the Leaning Tower, but you may find this quite a distance on a hot day. I would stay here again!

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! A charming b&b is intimate and quiet. As the seat is referred to San Giuliano Terme when in reality' and' at the gates of Pisa , about a km from the Cisanello hospital! Owner very kind and available. The rooms are nice and tidy and above all very clean. The breakfast is made with hot drinks and packaged products. Highly recommended

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

It is a 10-minute drive from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are charging stations in the outdoor parking lot, and the outdoor parking lot is free. There is also a paid underground parking lot. The staff service is very good 👍, the room is clean and tidy, for a solo address more remote, fortunately we drive, there is free parking service. The breakfast food choices are relatively small, but the parma ham is good 😋

We only stayed one night. Check in was smooth, room was okay bed was comfy and there were 2 breakfast options; sweet or savoury. We chose savoury - (cured meats, bread, coffee). The pool was quite impressive and immaculately kept - unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to take a swim.

Stayed here for one night and so wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were so lovely and helpful too. Room was clean and rustic and had AC ! Lovely walk to local restaurant. Pool was very clean and pool area was amazing. Would love to come back for longer.

We have been there for 3 days..sister and brother running the agritorismo. They are very friendly. The room and swimming pool are great. Free Wi-Fi included. Its realy wonderful to be there. What an amazing place, great hosts and very authentic, I will definitely be back. Fantastic setting with an amazing pool, Family run and always there for you if you need anything. Daily cleaning, playground if you have kids or an adult that wants to be a kid, bbq and implements there for you to use. A must stop whether traveling through or just peace 😚

Great place, very nice host. Tasty breakfast. Strongly recommended. We went there by foot as the line for taxi in the airport was at least hundred people long. It's not far away, about half an hour so if you don't have heavy luggage you can consider walking.

The place that you take shower is really tiny and with bathroom curtains that stick on you. But despite of that the owner is very kind and polite. Pretty average hotel. Not much else in Pisa other than the tower which is somewhat far from the hotel despite having a nearby buss. There was construction going on outside our room that was loud. Litterly felt like someone standing by our window. Not sure if the aircon worked. But the service was nice.

Great location, with the bus being easy enough to use pretty much from a stop that was on their doorstep. The bedroom we had for a family of 4 was a pretty decent size, with a quality smart T.V. along with a Lavazza coffee machine too, a kettle and a mini fridge they had stocked up regularly with water as well. The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and well-organized. If you want breakfast, it only costs +10 euros, and the breakfast is excellent. The front desk is very welcoming and you can store your luggage for free.

Close to the centre and the airport

Very convenient for the airport which was a 15 minute straight forward, flat walkway. The room was clean with a mini balcony. Breakfast was very reasonable and set us up for the day. My only criticism is the drains in the en-suite. The smell was overpowering and we had to keep the door closed overnight. Perhaps we caught it at a bad time, but it could have been a health hazard.

A bit off the city center. The building is relatively old and the room is more like a motel than an actual hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Overall - decent place, nothing fancy and not too bad.

Such nice people and a lovely place to stay, was done up 4 years ago so very new and clean. However it still keeps its heritage with historical artifacts. We love this great B&B. Price wise, value for money. Close to the airport and clean. We've used a couple of times on trips to Tuscany as close to Pisa Airport. Great hosts.

The room was otherwise nice but the heat pump went always off and we had to ask frequently the staff to put it on. Thus the room was often hot. The staff told us to close the windows but it did not help. So, avoid this hotel during hot season. The help yourself breakfast was ok.

Rooms are spacious but poorly equipped. When we arrived we had 2 problems, the shower was broken and only working on the top cap so you couldn't use it without washing your hair. The second problem was that the drain for the sink was not working and I had to spend like 30 minutes trying to remove the cover.

Simple rooms with bathroom. Great location for going to the airport. The rooms were tidy and air conditioned (the room temperature was already excellent upon arrival thankfully!) The street is a bit narrow for unloading luggage and it is out of the way to get to the center. Excellent as a pre-flight stop. Prices a bit high but for the period and the location it is difficult to find better.

Decent place with airBNB feel ... Room had amenities like laundry, oven, decent sized restroom, access to terrace. Pretty hard to find. Owners are nice.
