Location is fantastic if you have a day in Pisa and want to explore a little, walking distance to many places to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and the room was ok. Good price - quality ratio. Would recommend it to anyone

Wonderful hotel only 2km from the leaning tower. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were really nice and modern also quite spacious. Breakfast spread would also really nice .

Pretty average hotel. Not much else in Pisa other than the tower which is somewhat far from the hotel despite having a nearby buss. There was construction going on outside our room that was loud. Litterly felt like someone standing by our window. Not sure if the aircon worked. But the service was nice.

Staff at check in was nice. Rooms were quite good size with big bathrooms. There is free parking available. To stay near airport- best option

Great location, with the bus being easy enough to use pretty much from a stop that was on their doorstep.
The bedroom we had for a family of 4 was a pretty decent size, with a quality smart T.V. along with a Lavazza coffee machine too, a kettle and a mini fridge they had stocked up regularly with water as well.
My highlight though was their absolutely delightful buffet breakfast room, which was stocked to the brim with so many Italian specialities.
The staff were friendly too and it was generally well worth the price we paid, even though we expected there to be on-site spa facilities, but there wasn't after all. As we had kids though, we were happy visiting a nice nearby beach on a bus from the main central station instead for an afternoon, along with our trip into Pisa city and a bite to eat from a restaurant over the road from this hotel, that was also a tasty place to visit.

The worst hotel of our trip. We stayed in about 5 hotels whilst in Italy and this was awful. If you want a good quiet nights sleep don’t bother to stay here. Constant buzzing from something in the bathroom which is so loud that wakes you up. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The cleaners come shouting and yapping at each other at 0730 in the morning which is ridiculous. I’d never stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is about 30 mins bus ride from the centre which isn’t close.
The room had a musky smell and it’s right near the main road where you can’t have a window open as there’s so much traffic noise.

It's a lovely hotel, a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. There is a local bus service into the town just outside the hotel, and it runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Pisa has so much to offer over and above the leaning tower, which is stunning. There's an arboretum, museums and so many wonderful restaurants. There's also a regular train to Florence, which takes an hour, so that's an easy day out. All of it is well recommended.

This hotel is one complete disappointment.
When I arrived they gave me room that was not even been vacumed, black hair all over the place and I am.blonde, full of dust and stains on the table, they gave me a new room.
This 4* property hotel does not have a single English TV program and the breakfast is really poor, not so much to choose from.
I order the cab from the hotel on the 2nd day nad nobody told me that there is a surcharge of 7 euros if the hotel calls (2.3 km= 18 eur)
And then last night I got food poisoning, throwing up and diarrhea, at 3 am I realized that I am really weak and tried to call reception again, no way, phone not working.
I tried to make some tea, kettle not working, managed 2 hours later to dress to get some warm water, the guy at the reception does not know a word in English, not one, Asking for warm water...barely standing.
This is just exhausting that one 4* property has souch a bad service.
To conclude, rhis hotel has arrived best 2*.

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and well-organized. If you want breakfast, it only costs +10 euros, and the breakfast is excellent. The front desk is very welcoming and you can store your luggage for free.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, breakfast was sufficient (hot and cold selection) our room however was not on par with a 4 star hotel. It was a very dark brown colour which made the room feel old and dark, quite shabby in places, ceiling vent was dirty, shower had mould in places and the wooden toilet seat was chipped and worn, I struggled to understand why this hadn't been replaced as they are very easy and affordable to purchase and would improve the quality of the room?! Overall a good base for exploring Pisa but probably wouldn't return/recommend.
