It's a lovely hotel, a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. There is a local bus service into the town just outside the hotel, and it runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Pisa has so much to offer over and above the leaning tower, which is stunning. There's an arboretum, museums and so many wonderful restaurants. There's also a regular train to Florence, which takes an hour, so that's an easy day out. All of it is well recommended.

This hotel is one complete disappointment.
When I arrived they gave me room that was not even been vacumed, black hair all over the place and I am.blonde, full of dust and stains on the table, they gave me a new room.
This 4* property hotel does not have a single English TV program and the breakfast is really poor, not so much to choose from.
I order the cab from the hotel on the 2nd day nad nobody told me that there is a surcharge of 7 euros if the hotel calls (2.3 km= 18 eur)
And then last night I got food poisoning, throwing up and diarrhea, at 3 am I realized that I am really weak and tried to call reception again, no way, phone not working.
I tried to make some tea, kettle not working, managed 2 hours later to dress to get some warm water, the guy at the reception does not know a word in English, not one, Asking for warm water...barely standing.
This is just exhausting that one 4* property has souch a bad service.
To conclude, rhis hotel has arrived best 2*.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, breakfast was sufficient (hot and cold selection) our room however was not on par with a 4 star hotel. It was a very dark brown colour which made the room feel old and dark, quite shabby in places, ceiling vent was dirty, shower had mould in places and the wooden toilet seat was chipped and worn, I struggled to understand why this hadn't been replaced as they are very easy and affordable to purchase and would improve the quality of the room?! Overall a good base for exploring Pisa but probably wouldn't return/recommend.

A bit expensive for the quality. It's 40min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa and doesn't have a gym.
Decent big rooms but not a 4 star hotel. I would not pay close to 100€ for this.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. You can put your bags for free near the reception area.
Not many things to do around. I won't recommend but give it a try and make your judgement!

A little further out than the tourist hotels, but really friendly and caring staff. A larger than average room and bathroom - at a reasonable price.
A really good menu for food and drinks.

The hotel is very clean. The employees are very kind. The beds are very big and relaxing. 5 stars for confort, service, and employees

The hotel is located in the opposite part of the tower witch you can get to by changing 3 buses(40 minutes ride) or by taxi, to the train station you have 1 bus(10 minutes ride) to the airport u can take taxi (10 minutes drive and 10 to 15 euro) or bus to train station and a 5 euro train.
Resuming, bed was completely uncomfortable, bathroom okish with a bidet and all you need including intimate gel/soap for the ladies, breakfast poor with 4 choices for protein and if u came in the last hour on service, none, from 9+ the choices diminished by the client.
Free 4 0.5l bottles of water in the room and a proper working fridge.

Stayed at the hotel while touring around Tuscany and it was a very pleasurable stay. The airconditioned rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were disabled friendly. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel served all three meals, if you want to stay in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You also get complementary water for each night you stay which was very good given the climate in the area. Only downside was the buses to the hotel which isn't 24 hours, so you need to get the last bus leaving Pisa Central by 20:30.

We spent one night there before leaving Pisa. The hotel is very clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff.
The water in the mini bar is compliment of the house.
Plenty of places to eat around as well as in the hotel.
If you have an early flight like we did, this is perfect because is about 15 mins drive to the airport.

Excellent buffet breakfast, good location - an easy walk into the city centre / Leaning Tower, great staff, comfortable, clean rooms, free parking.
