Actually I'd like to give this hotel 4.5 stars because of the extra point from their quality of breakfast which I'm impressed so much especially in delicious croissants. Let's keep the quality of service minds and food so I sincerely suggest to any travellers for good Euro hotel.

I stayed with a group here for a night. It is an old fashion hotel but it was ok for one night. We had no problems. The lady at the reception, Lara was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok, but they give plastic plates to use and we didn’t like it. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The bedspreads seem old (and who wants a bedspread in the time of COVID?) the mattresses are hard, and the shower stall is tiny. I will say that...

hotel a little dated despite the renovation, but it guarantees the basic comfort for those who travel: free parking, cleanliness, 24-hour service at the reception, satisfactory breakfast, comfortable beds. Some problems with the electrical outlets and the mini bar was missing, however the overall opinion is positive. I point out the proximity to the Virgo Center for those who should go to this site

Not bad. In a convenient area to move around and with convenient free parking in front of the hotel upon return. Rooms a little small, bathroom adequate instead. Breakfast a little sparse on the savory good on the sweet. Ciao

This is a wonderful, quiet country house owned by very lovely people who made me feel very welcome, even though my flight was delayed and I was late.... Comfortable bed, breakfast was all homemade, with fresh eggs. I would certainly come back!

Super resort in a countryside of Pisa. Amazing view of Monti Pisani perfect for trekking mountain bike ecc. Excellent quality of rooms. I highly recommend those who come to visit the area to stay at the Cantuccio where you can appreciate the Tuscan hospitality. You will be welcomed with cordiality and sympathy pampered and made to feel at ease. In the morning, an abundant and varied breakfast will allow you to face the new day with the right energy.

The studio is just outside the town of Pisa, so we were lucky to watch the famous tower many times just passing by. The host is great and you will miss nothing.

I have stayed more than once at the structure, pre and post covid, in the attic room of a 3-storey terraced house. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, quiet, the double bed equipped with excellent mattresses. Various towels are provided for the bathroom, bright and spacious, large shower. Excellent breakfast, better pre covid, but you know, with the restrictions ... The owner is fantastically...

Pisa vicinity overnight Amazing wonderful breakfast with homemade baked goods and jam. Only one AC for both rooms, so bedroom was a tad warm. Parking was tricky at first but got easier later in the day. Staff was very engaging and friendly.

I recommend this house. Noemi is very good host. Very nice breakfast with tomatoes from home Farm. The upper floor for guests has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious sitting room and typical kitchen with huge table for 8-10 people. Noemi give you also some good recommendations about sand beaches, restaurants or places.

Agriturismo Rosselmini was a beautiful relaxed jewel in the crown of Tuscany.....we felt we were there for a month, not a week. I've been there in summer time with my kids, it's a relaxing oasi out of city life: pool, garden, barbecues, silence, cicadas... The owners live close by in a wonderful villa of many centuries ago. Everything was more or less as it should be in Tuscany, I felt to be in the movie Under the Tuscan Sun! It is 15 minutes far away from Pisa and the airport; from here you could easily go to Florence, Siena...

We stayed at B&B Hotels Pisa for a short trip and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist who provided good service and was always happy to help — including calling taxis for us when needed. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety to start the day. However, we were given a room with an accessible toilet, which we did not request and weren’t informed...

We had a lovely stay here for my 21st birthday! The hotel was basic but clean and did the job. There is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel making transport to and from central Pisa very easy! Staff on reception from 7am-11pm and are very attentive ready to ask any questions. Overall would recommend this hotel for a cheap but nice stay in Pisa.

Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

Clear instructions from booking till key retrieval. The friendliness of the hosts, and I loved seeing Alessandro every morning. Quiet neighborhood. I love walking! I walked from the train station, and enjoyed the walk along the river to the Leaning Tower, but you may find this quite a distance on a hot day. I would stay here again!

Highly recommended for its location both for resting and for visiting the cities, good cleanliness and excellent structure, especially with children, lots of space.

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! A charming b&b is intimate and quiet. As the seat is referred to San Giuliano Terme when in reality' and' at the gates of Pisa , about a km from the Cisanello hospital! Owner very kind and available. The rooms are nice and tidy and above all very clean. The breakfast is made with hot drinks and packaged products. Highly recommended

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

It is a 10-minute drive from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are charging stations in the outdoor parking lot, and the outdoor parking lot is free. There is also a paid underground parking lot.
