Clean room in a very very beautiful area. the check in was quick and very nice. and also the lady during check out was very nice and friendly! we could even stay after check out in the hotels gym and pool area to train and enjoy the sun and to plan our next stop on our road trip through Italy. An exceptional hotel. Characterful but relatively low key. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but with Pisa on the doorstep and Florence, Volterra and so much more to visit in the area. Nice accommodation in an old style villa with enjoyable garden. Position is quite nice. Staff is helpful and breakfast good and varied. Only negative point is the lack of wifi in some rooms.

Actually I'd like to give this hotel 4.5 stars because of the extra point from their quality of breakfast which I'm impressed so much especially in delicious croissants. Let's keep the quality of service minds and food so I sincerely suggest to any travellers for good Euro hotel.

I stayed with a group here for a night. It is an old fashion hotel but it was ok for one night. We had no problems. The lady at the reception, Lara was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok, but they give plastic plates to use and we didn’t like it. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The bedspreads seem old (and who wants a bedspread in the time of COVID?) the mattresses are hard, and the shower stall is tiny. I will say that...

This is a wonderful, quiet country house owned by very lovely people who made me feel very welcome, even though my flight was delayed and I was late.... Comfortable bed, breakfast was all homemade, with fresh eggs. I would certainly come back!

Surprisingly comfortable B&B which was a bit hard to find at first. Very pleasant hostess, Beatrice, who prepared a wonderful breakfast. From the B&B easy to get to lovely places, such as Pisa, Lucca, Marina di Pisa, and even Firenze.

I have stayed more than once at the structure, pre and post covid, in the attic room of a 3-storey terraced house. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, quiet, the double bed equipped with excellent mattresses. Various towels are provided for the bathroom, bright and spacious, large shower. Excellent breakfast, better pre covid, but you know, with the restrictions ... The owner is fantastically...

Family-run B&B, the rooms are those that were once occupied by family members. It's like being at home. Excellent breakfast and great courtesy and availability of the property.

Great b & b, as the reception of Mrs. Claudia, the only flaw the lack of air conditioner .... we suffered very hot despite having 2 fans in the room !!!! The cleaning of the room, but especially of the bathroom is excellent, but the curtain in the shower to Me personally does not like. Recommended

The studio is just outside the town of Pisa, so we were lucky to watch the famous tower many times just passing by. The host is great and you will miss nothing.

Suburb of Pisa, good price, newly furnished, air conditioning. Wonderful room with kitchen and bathroom. There is no possibility to cook, however there is a large refrigerator.

The owner very friendly. Everything new, clean and modern. It has a kitchen area with a table, a microwave refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine that is great. He leaves you coffees at €0.50, which has saved us breakfast. 😁 The great bathroom. The rooms are large and comfortable.
