Situated on Cervia's seafront, the Hotel Conchiglia is a lovely experience that starts with the reception staff. We were greeted with a broad smile and a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. Relaxing, impressive, spotlessly clean, with ample balconies off their ensuite rooms. Would I return? Absolutely!

This hotel is beautiful! The cleanliness of the rooms, common areas, pool area, and property are exceptional. All staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying experience than the one we had. Special thanks to Vladia, Cristina, Alexander, Douglas, and Denis, who went beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

Superior amenities, impeccable service and staff ensure a truly exceptional experience. The beautiful rooms, especially those facing the sea, offer priceless views. A la carte restaurant with excellent dishes and affordable prices. In my experience, definitely one of the best, if not the best hotel in Cervia. Recommended without reservation.

Amazing hotel and incredibly helpful staff! When my AC was making noises, they managed to fix it within half an hour. When people were advised not to leave their homes during the thunderstorm on Ironman weekend, they organized food for the guests (even though the restaurant was closed). Fantastic!! If you come to do the race, you will be right in the middle between Ironman Start and Transition. I would stay here again anytime!

The owners put the dog to scary a 2 years old kid playing on the playground on the beach. They left the dog with the kid crying for many minutes even after his mother came. The owner said this is her home after the mom came to take the kid. I was witnessed the whole scene.

Very good Hotel. Nice location, friendly staff, fantastic service, great rooms, especially the sea-view ones, super clean, average breakfast. I would definitely recommend it. The only unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay extra (€22) to use the beach. As it's a very expensive hotel, we expected that to be included in the price. Nice expetience in general.
