Given that we did not know this structure and it was a weekend with my family. It was a very beautiful experience from all points of view.

Fantastic hotel with a swimming pool with different uses, the rooms are not the best: we had some problems with the bidet but it was later resolved, same thing with the shower, but the sea view is amazing. I have never found such kind staff, especially the very kind, courteous and friendly waiters, you can see that there is a chef in the kitchen because the dishes are made with fantastic and beautiful combinations, I will definitely return next year.

Another great experience at the hotel. Comfy rooms, helpful staff, excellent food and perfect positioning next to beach and tennis.

Owners and staff attentive to customer needs, impeccable cleanliness, excellent location and delicious food .. suitable for families with children but without the chaos of a family hotel .. every time we return it is always a guarantee of a special stay!

Great place at a lovely resort.

Hotel where I have been coming for years with friends to take a relaxing weekend. I have always had a great time and also this time I found myself in an excellent way both as a structure and above all as a reception staff. Excellent breakfast and they do not take advantage of the anticovid rules to ration the service as almost all hoteliers are doing. Particular attention is paid to people with mobility impairments or handicaps. From this year they have a swimming pool which is extraordinary and very comfortable especially for those who, like me, do not love the beach and use the pool area also to work with the PC.
But I want to make a couple of notes because you can always improve. The first is a criticism of the wifi system, which is really poor and slow: in 2021 this detail cannot be overlooked for those like me who still have a bit of work to do.
The second criticism is a little more serious: the rooms were practically never done. Never cleaned the sanitary ware, never washed the floors, never, above all, changed the sheets for eight evenings. This frankly, considering the excellent level of all the other services, we found, in proportion to the price spent, really serious.

Hotel rated 3 stars S but it is in all respects 4 stars for me. Few times I have found a Hotel that satisfies me on all aspects and I must say that the Hotel BRASIL has succeeded. Impeccable service from both waiters and service staff. I used a standard room with a partial pool and sea view: spotless and perfectly functional. Great beds that made me sleep really well. The unbeatable thing is the swimming pool: BLUE floral mosaic in the bottom with lights, very clean and heated water. Large tub with whirlpool integrated into the pool, cascade of water and swimming against the current all under personal control. No restrictions in the sense that you could go there when you wanted and even if it rains ... super. But the thing that surprised me was the availability of the managers who go out of their way to ensure everyone a free parking space in front of the hotel with a pass for the ZTL. Finally, gym and free bicycles, breakfast from 7.30 to 10 am served in the garden, complete with sweet, salty and freshly cooked. Last gem not to be missed are the blackberries grown directly by the manager and the related jam. Price: more than fair !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Ah .. I forgot the position: facing the sea in a closed road that ends on the beach: only people who go around on foot or bicycle and lots of sea air.
