We have been coming to this residence for years, since it was a hotel. Cleanliness and courtesy are the strengths. It is convenient for its proximity to the points of interest in Cesenatico. The only flaw, in some rooms the use of the shower and toilet is penalized by a step, which makes the services impractical for those with walking problems.

I have also been to the Hotel flawars always owned by them and to tell the truth I found myself better despite the fact that it had no shower cubicle. Unfortunately at the Zeus I had a very small room, I could not pass between the bed and the desk, the shower cubicle had a cracked door and very hard to close so it was as if a piece was missing...

the reservation was made on the reception at 3 A.M. In the bathroom, break the door from the shower corner, the head is broken. The door doesn't close, so the light from the hallway shines through all night. For a price of €125, this does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. I would highlight breakfast, which was great.

Great location for the beach, it’s a lovely maintained hotel with fabulous staff. The bar is great and well stocked. They have a spa on the fourth floor which was well worth the visit especially after visiting to San Marino - those stairs! Free bikes to ride up and down the coast are a great bonus. Came here for 10 days and every single day the service was absolutely amazing, very friendly people, easy to chit chat, and it was easy to communicate even though every one was from different parts of the world. The pool may not be huge but it's still great, the lifeguard is very friendly and really keeps the place safe. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Close to the station (but no noise), friendly manager who speaks good English, tasty (non-cooked) breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms (mine was a single) with regular and efficient cleaning. Coffee machine in every room!

Spent two nights and if I’m ever back in Cesenatico I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, modern, and good water pressure for the shower. It’s right next to the train station which was very convenient and an easy walk to the centre of the town and the beach. Franco was very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was really too small for us (we were five). The hygiene level is generally good. The food is quiet tasty, and I liked the most of the meals. Unfortunately the staff isn't so hearty, except for Tommaso (the waiter) and the cleaning woman of the first floor. So our hotel stay went discretely well after all.
