Stayed 30/06/2024 to 5/07/2024….. This hotel is outstanding, all the staff are absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to help out, hotel clean and food was great, I for one can’t see why people have to put a bad review because what you are saying is not true, I suggest you stay in the city and try being nicer to the staff before you say they are rude, they are 100% professional loved my time at this hotel. A massive big thank you to Mariana, Sina the receptionists and Vince the barman you guys are amazing. Definitely stay here again

Don’t stay here. There are no bars or restaurants anywhere near the hotel (2 hour walk) the staff don’t seem to care about anything. There is an over priced bar that serves you drinks when they feel like it. They close the pool when ever they feel like it with no warning. The mosquitoes are ridiculous and the hotel offers no form of deterrent what so ever. The reason there is no bars ect is because of the criminal element so be warned. There is rubbish everywhere and drug addicts sleeping in bushes.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the airport, requiring a €65 transfer fee despite advertising a free shuttle that doesn't exist. While the rooms are clean and the staff friendly, the amenities don't match their descriptions; the pool was out of service, and the only available pool table was old. Additionally, the breakfast offered was quite simple. Overall, the location is decent, but there are discrepancies between what's promised and what's delivered."

Main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool however the pool has been out of service for ‘maintenance’ yet we’ve not seen one person working on the pool and have been told everyday since being here ‘will be open tomorrow’
No staff ever on the bar so have to wait for someone from the restaurant on floor 5 to come down to ground floor to order a drink.
Lovely outside seating area on top floor to enjoy your food & drinks however we weren’t actually allowed to sit there.
Vending machine out of service which made it even more difficult to get refreshments.
If you’re expecting a good game of pool bring your own chalk because theres not one in sight.
Most staff are friendly but there was a handful of rude & unapproachable members of staff.
Rooms are ok however no plugs to charge phone unless you unplug the tv, get fresh towel’s everyday which is a plus to this hotel but mattress is very uncomfortable.
Basically every aspect that makes this hotel worth while coming to is ‘out of service’
Location if far from city centre cost €75 for a taxi each way but the metro (subway/train) takes half the time & cost £7 for the day but it is a little hard to find

The Rooms are quite nice especially what you expect with a 4* however during the time of our stay despite 28°C weather the pool was closed with no indication that it would have been closed while booking. The location leaves alot to be desired the neighborhood around the hotel seems unsafe at night and is not very well lit which isn't the hotels fault but something to mention and you have to do down back alleyways in order to get to and from the train station. Other then that it's about 25 minutes journey into the centre. If your looking for a budget hotel that your just going to sleep in while your in the city it's a good choice just hope that you don't leave anything in the room as it's not so easy to go back and forth.

Good hotel, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There are two train stations nearby, so it’s easy to go anywhere. However, there is no coffe and milk or even a kettle in the bedroom. If you want to, you can buy a coffe using the machine in the reception.

Just arrived, hotel looks ok, basic but clean, we used to high end hotels, about a 3 hour walk to the center or a 30/40 minutes taxi or metro train 🚊
About 10 minutes walk to the metro and €3.5 euros to the city centre each way per person. (Fairly easy to use and fast service every 10 minutes)

Rooms and all are fine and this was pretty decent to stay . In the summer it was super cool . They have gym , 8 ball , excellent staff and a swimming pool as well long talk short , try it you won't be disappointed . One think it is 20 min away from the actual city. If you want some indepth indie side must try .

Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful (spoke English very well). The hotel is in a good location. Cons: beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Also the air conditioning was broken in the building.

I'm really confused with all the bad reviews that this hotel has been given, it's really not as bad as people say it is. We saw the reviews beforehand and we were really worried to come and even thought of looking for another hotel due to the reviews but gave it a chance and we just checked in yesterday and everything is great, staff are great, room is lovely, warm, cozy. Everything works as it should. The only thing is the distance to Rome, it's a bit far from everything, however, we can get there quite quick in the underground, the station is Torre Angela just 10 min walk from the hotel. Great for the money too if you're not looking to spend to much, would defenetly rate it a 4⭐️ hotel.
