We came here in an emergency and last minute after we found ourselves a little stranded and after hearing the airport closes at midnight, we checked into this hotel just after 11pm. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast a little limited to a few cornettos, ham & cheese and a few desserts.
The hotel is a 9 minute drive to the airport but if you get the hotel to book you a taxi they will book you the most expensive taxi service at €60, however if you get the FREENOW app it'll be around €28.

The rooms are alright. TV, nice bed, the bathroom is just fine and has some sort of hair dryer. However, the location couldn't be worse. You could just go to the industrial zone of your city and get the same experience. The service is also terrible. The receptionists and the servers at the restaurant speak almost no English, so communication is non existent.

Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :)
Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

Great staff. Place little dated though, but emergency visit so can't really fully comment. Very close to airport not da vinci one though

This beautiful hotel was surprisingly very nice with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and they even ordered for us to have food delivered, but it is not the nicest areas of Rome.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in a great location! The inviting rooms with good space, delightful food, and convenient position made our stay truly memorable.

Extremely strange hotel. Almost no AC. Plan to sweat if you are desperate enough to go there. And they don't care that you sweat. They act like/or say that it is full. But it is empty. The lobby is always empty. The front desk guys act like they are busy, always looking at the computer, but I have no idea what they are looking at. I agree the breakfast is lacking. But the women are very nice.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room, air conditioning was very noisy and ineffective, pillows in bedroom were poor quality and no option to add additional pillows. We checked in at about 20:30 and there was no food available (absolutely nothing). To charge 90 Euro's for this hotel is a disgrace as it looks like it was constructed in the 60's/70's and it hasn't been touched since. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Clean, room with enough space. Nice breakfast. Location far from the city center, it depends on where you have to go.
