The hotel is well located near the city, has a gorgeous view and it is very quiet place during night. The pool Needs better care and to be heated, it is too cold in April, the garden needs a better maintenance and the service staff restaurant needs a more polite supervisor Asap.

Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. We recently spent two weeks at the end of May at this delightful hotel. Authentic family run hotel. One of the best kept secrets in San Gimignano . Beautiful gardens, great location, delicious food friendly helpful staff. A lovely charming and old fashioned feel. A definite 10/10. Thank you to all the staff who made our first time in Tuscany a wonderful experience .

Very nice hotel, good breakfast (including savory food) and very friendly staff. Andreas in particular was brilliant and he provided a shuttle service for a fair fee. Would have been nice to have a shorter walk into the old town from the hotel as quite a long detour walk (very scenic and beautiful though) had to be taken each day as public busses were not at all reliable. This is a lovely family hotel surrounded by vineyards and amazing views. It is tranquil, bus stop right outside so we could reach it without a car. The staff is amazing! Everyone were so kind, especially the owner Donatella. Very professional and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. If you're arriving with a car, there are more than enough parking spaces. On the other hand, I really hope that the owner will change all the room doors because the noise they're making is unbearable. For anyone with poor fitness skills, I don't recommend going to San Gimignano on foot...

This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

Good walking distance from the historical San Gimignano sites. The room was always clean and the staffs were very friendly. The iconic towers are visible from the hotel pool side.

There are plenty of parking spaces. It is a distance from the town. The courtyard on the first floor is quite large, but there are still problems with insects. I killed four mosquito-like insects in one night, although they did not bite people...

Everything is very clean, great breakfast. There is a parking lot. If you need to get to the restaurant, then book in advance.

The hotel is in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, and the scenery should be more beautiful in autumn. There are many villages with nice scenery within dozens of kilometers. The breakfast is not bad, the coffee is delicious, there are many desserts, and there are many kinds of cheese. Continental breakfast.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, easy to find by car, and very close to San Gimignano. Walking on the path to the old town, the scenery is very beautiful, fully reflecting the unique natural environment of Tuscany.

We enjoyed this amazing hotel near San Gimignano. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to San Gimignano if you don’t want to worry about finding parking. There’s also a Michelin Star restaurant on-site, which serves delicious Tuscan food for a decent price. The owner and his family are great people and We will definitely be back soon!

I have nothing negative to say! The staff were always friendly and always happy to help with anything! The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The location couldn't be more perfect and the parking was a huge bonus. Breakfast was great and again with great staff. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel if you go to San Gimignano.

What a beautiful property just inside the main gate! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a balcony with an amazing view of the countryside! The breakfast and dinner were excellent! I cannot say enough about the wine steward. He is classy and refreshing! What a Gentleman! We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Nice hotel in the heart of this fabulous town. We had a room with a shared veranda, which had a fantastic view over the town and local countryside. Only downside of the visit was that we were not able to get a table at the restaurant for dinner. Not much effort from the hotel reception desk to fit us in

Staff was friendly although didn’t offer much in the way of helpful advice or suggestions .Room was quite modern and clean. Breakfast was mediocre and some details were lacking: Many of the “clean” plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty with stuck-on food. Town had very limited things to see and do. This hotel gets extra points for value. It is very affordable and for what I paid it was a great place to shower and sleep. Plus the staff was extra nice.

Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

Excellent experience and starting point for visiting Siena San Gimignano Arezzo and other beautiful places. The top is in the kindness of the staff, but also in the cleanliness of the rooms, in the garage under the structure and in the varied breakfast.

The property is beautiful and in a central location for reaching Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The breakfast room ladies were delightful as were the ladies in the Cardinale restaurant. Mina was an extremely affable and polite head waitress whose standard of courtesy is hard to come across in service industries anymore.

My husband and I stayed for a week at the beginning of October. This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation ever. Right off the bat, when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even provided an upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We had full access to heating and ac. The breakfast is 8 euros per person but in our opinion, definitely worth trying...

Beautiful setting. Room is very spacious….bed is average. Room is cleaned daily. Breakfast has many varieties. Room was dark and dreary. Nowhere to sit except a hard leather couch that is very uncomfortable. Internet requires a new login almost every time it’s used. Very annoying after a few days.
