It's a beautiful and relaxing place with panoramic views and a good pool with comfortable sunbeds. Be careful while choosing the room because not all rooms look freshly renovated. I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. What an amazing experience we had at La Collegiata. Driving up to the old monastery along the beautifully tree lined driveway and arriving in this magnificent greenery and impeccably maintained gardens around the whole property. A wonderful hotel, full of charm and real character with outstanding, knowledgeable service. A quick 20 minute walk into San Gimignano where Stephano recommended terrific restaurants for lunch or dinner, and also other towns to visit. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are decent. Wifi is terrible. Our biggest issue was with the lack of food available on the premises. We were on a cycling tour and besides breakfast, it is unclear if there is any food to be had for the rest of the day. Since we got caught here during a very rainy day, we had to taxi (40 euros) to San Gimignano eat lunch and bring home dinner for later-...

We stayed at Molino di Foci for the second time. We love the small boutique hotel, friendly atmosphere and nice food. At Molino you can relax and they make you feel like a real guest.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are super nice and super super clean. The staff is friendly and very very nice. The hotel is located in a small valley and has a very nice Toscan view. Every few night you can have a special dinner at the hotel. This is highly recommended. The food is great and it's a perfect way to end a day.

Amazing! The views were stunning, staff friendly and helpful, centrally located. Our room was clean and a nice size. The delicious authentic Italian daily included breakfast in the sunroom was the perfect start to our day. A lil chilly to jump in the pool but enjoyed lounging by the pool.

Stayed here in July 2021 after staying here back in 2000. My how things have changed. The hotel got an update but it only feels partially done. The location is great, but be aware of the drive to get into the hotel. Amazing view and highly recommend a room with a balcony to enjoy the marvelous views of the Tuscany hillside.

We were so happy that we had booked this hotel for the two nights we stayed in San Gimignano. This is the very best place in town. Of course, you cannot park inside the walls but you can drive to the hotel to drop your things and get checked in, and then park in one of the convenient lots outside the walls. No problem. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is a distance from the town. The courtyard on the first floor is quite large, but there are still problems with insects. I killed four mosquito-like insects in one night, although they did not bite people...

The hotel is in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, and the scenery should be more beautiful in autumn. There are many villages with nice scenery within dozens of kilometers. The hotel is in a very strategic location, easy to find by car, and very close to San Gimignano. Walking on the path to the old town, the scenery is very beautiful, fully reflecting the unique natural environment of Tuscany.

We enjoyed this amazing hotel near San Gimignano. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to San Gimignano if you don’t want to worry about finding parking. There’s also a Michelin Star restaurant on-site, which serves delicious Tuscan food for a decent price. The owner and his family are great people and We will definitely be back soon!

The hotel is in the plaza de la Cisterna, very large room and bathroom, the views to the country side from our room was fantastic. Everything is so close cafes, restaurants, shops. Points of interest. The staff is really nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Totally recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of this fabulous town. We had a room with a shared veranda, which had a fantastic view over the town and local countryside. Only downside of the visit was that we were not able to get a table at the restaurant for dinner. Not much effort from the hotel reception desk to fit us in

This is a lovely family hotel surrounded by vineyards and amazing views. It is tranquil, bus stop right outside so we could reach it without a car. The staff is amazing! Everyone were so kind, especially the owner Donatella. We specifically enjoyed Nina the dog as well ☺️ We had wine tasting in the hotel, strolled around the vineyards and received explanations from Donatella, the wine was delicious...

Very professional and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. If you're arriving with a car, there are more than enough parking spaces. On the other hand, I really hope that the owner will change all the room doors because the noise they're making is unbearable. For anyone with poor fitness skills, I don't recommend going to San Gimignano on foot...

Very good traditional Italian and Toscan restaurant using excellent product and serving original dishes which is good once you have spend several days in Toscana and tested already all the specialties. Simple place and decoration, the most value is in the food and the service.

Wonderful staff - very accommodating and helpful. Clean comfortable room with an excellent view of the city. Easy walking distance to the city - but just far enough to be quiet at night. Lovely breakfast indoors or out in a covered courtyard. Free high speed Internet that is actually fast. We will return.

Excellent for dinner if you are staying at the Relais hotel next door. Managed to get in without a reservation on a busy Tuesday night, probably need to book in the season.

The location of the hotel was absolutely exception! What a view. The hotel staff were really kind and happy to help. The room has everything you needed, including a fridge, even if it all was a bit dated!

Hotel is spotlessly clean, the host/owners are friendly and very helpful and they have a beautiful pool with knockout views! We happened here by chance and found hospitality and courtesy from the staff. The apartment we were assigned was clean and spacious, beds with comfortable mattresses, a beautiful swimming pool available which enjoyed a fantastic view. A perfect place to relax and to visit this part of Tuscany.
