The property is beautiful and in a central location for reaching Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The breakfast room ladies were delightful as were the ladies in the Cardinale restaurant. Mina was an extremely affable and polite head waitress whose standard of courtesy is hard to come across in service industries anymore.

This hotel gets extra points for value. It is very affordable and for what I paid it was a great place to shower and sleep. Plus the staff was extra nice.

Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

We enjoyed this amazing hotel near San Gimignano. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to San Gimignano if you don’t want to worry about finding parking. There’s also a Michelin Star restaurant on-site, which serves delicious Tuscan food for a decent price. The owner and his family are great people and We will definitely be back soon!

Would have been nice to have a shorter walk into the old town from the hotel as quite a long detour walk (very scenic and beautiful though) had to be taken each day as public busses were not at all reliable. This is a lovely family hotel surrounded by vineyards and amazing views. It is tranquil, bus stop right outside so we could reach it without a car. The staff is amazing! Everyone were so kind, especially the owner Donatella. Very professional and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. If you're arriving with a car, there are more than enough parking spaces. On the other hand, I really hope that the owner will change all the room doors because the noise they're making is unbearable. For anyone with poor fitness skills, I don't recommend going to San Gimignano on foot...

I have nothing negative to say! The staff were always friendly and always happy to help with anything! The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The location couldn't be more perfect and the parking was a huge bonus. Breakfast was great and again with great staff. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel if you go to San Gimignano.

What a beautiful property just inside the main gate! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a balcony with an amazing view of the countryside! The breakfast and dinner were excellent! Nice hotel in the heart of this fabulous town. We had a room with a shared veranda, which had a fantastic view over the town and local countryside. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. Beautiful place ! Stayed a few nights last year for our honeymoon. Great hotel! The staff is very kind. We had a baby that made a mess during breakfast and we asked for a broom to clean but the waiter rejected my request, saying that he will clean it.. It was a perfect apartment for a small family with a child. Very clean with everything you need. Swimming pool was just perfect and there were a lot of possibilities for excursions around the accommodation. We found a great play ground in Barberino Val d’Elsa. It is for all age categories and there is a bar for aperitivo or a small restaurant to eat right next to it. Our daughter loved it.
