Borgobianco Resort & Spa – MGallery Hotel Collection

My husband and I spent 3 days in puglia and Borgobianco resort and spa was honestly the best.

We had the best service everyone was super friendly and always willing to help and give us suggestions, Valentina especially at reception was great. We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as ferragosto ( big public holiday in Italy) and had a beautiful dinner and entertainment organised by the resort. We absolutely loved it !!

Nice resort a bit out of the way. Transit into Polignano is useful but the last return back needs to be later than 10.30. Not really 5 star accommodation but staff are helpful and breakfast is good. Should let guests in pool before 10am though.

We just ended a wonderful 3 night stay at Borgobianco. We stayed there with our 1 1/2 year old daughter and had the best time. The location, the staff, the service, the food, the pool, everything was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel! We had a great night at the borgo party with typical music and food.

Highly Recommended - We spent 5 wonderful nights here It was the first part of our Summer Vacation from Los Angeles - For us this was the perfect resort and a great choice as our base to visit the surrounding local towns and cities of interest.
They offer a Free shuttle to Polignano a mare which we took advantage of so we didn't have to fight for parking - glad we did - very convenient and 100% free ! We had rented a car at the Bari Airport when we arrived so we did everything on our own schedule. Everywhere was a short drive from here, including Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and our favorite city was Matera - WOW ! Be sure to see at night - it becomes another world - We used the pool every day before driving out to visit the towns later in the day after it cooled down and was bearable to walk around etc. The AC in the rooms was good ! but not best - Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Thank you Alejandro for making a special breakfast birthday surprise for my wife - it was VERY thoughtful and VERY much appreciated - Very grateful to all the staff - they made our visit so memorable and we felt looked after !
The resort is a bit out of the way and some google Maps can send you on a wild goose chase but it is a wonderful part of the country side - The property is nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland !

Beautiful hotel, looks like an hacienda, a bit underwhelmed by the bedding which was hard and not very comfortable, and the breakfast which was just nice , I’ll put it as a 4star+ hotel. It’s about 15mn drive inland from the coast

We stayed at the Borgobianco as our second stop on our Puglia trip and it was a lovely hotel. The white stucco exterior is picturesque. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The pool was a must during the hot summer. And the hotel bar was a nice place to end the night. The rooms are a bit outdated to be categorized as a five-star hotel, but it was clean and spacious. The hotel is further inland down some narrow roads, but pretty close to towns such as Monopoli and Pogliano.

Lovely resort with excellent service. Food and wine at their on site were delicious. Rooms were comfortable. Well run, all employees were well trained and knowledgeable.

We loved our 3 day stay. The hotel has a great aesthetic and is beautiful. Staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially the breakfast which is outstanding. Lots of delicious vegetables if you have health concerns and eat them for breakfast as I do. The free hour at the sauna, steam room and indoor spa came in handy on a rainy afternoon. Loved this hotel and highly recommend.

I very much enjoyed staying at Borgobianco. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would definitely return to them or one of their partner properties. The restaurant was amazing, better than many Michelin’s I’ve had. My only mistake was not staying long enough. I would ignore the negative reviews - if you’re in Puglia, be sure you have a car as there’s no way to experience everything without one.
