Very nice hotel with a super comfortable bed and great services — we even stayed an extra night because it was so special. The spa was good too, and we really appreciated having parking included along with the convenient shuttle service.

We enjoyed our stay here, right on the water. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected with this location. Loved the breakfasts. Lots of fresh choices. The pastries were delightful! We also loved the thermal pool and spa. Next time I’d come off season. Too many people in Sirmione in the summer!

This is a lovely hotel - it is certainly expensive (by my standards) but we visited for a special treat and it was well worth it. The Positives The hotel is well placed in a quiet spot outside the centre of Sirmione. It is about 30 minutes to walk right into the centre with plenty of shade, and hotels/ bars/ restaurants on route. There is also what is described as a shuttle bus but do not be fooled: this is a public bus and you have to walk to a stop to get it. We stayed here during our Titan tour of Lake Garda. The staff were extremely attentive and help us get the best from the local area. The food was a set menu with a choice of each course. Being a vegetarian they served me with alternative dishes to those on the group menu.

Stayed here for a week on a tour. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffets were amazing. I didn't find that coffee overly strong but a minor issue - I live in Spain where the coffee is hardcore! There was a good choice of dinner too

As the 3 stars says.. It's OK. It was chosen for us in a three centre holiday. The room was quite basic but had air con and a ceiling fan, so was quite good sleeping in the 37 degree heat we had the three nights we were there. The food I couldn't fault. There was quite an extensive range. It just needs a bit of modern overhaul, then it would get another star at least off me.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Ocelle Thermae & Spa. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the lake. The rooms are updated and clean, and the spa pools were relaxing. The best part was the hotel staff, who were all incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay!

Amazing Boutique Hotel ! The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, even before we had arrived they were messaging to ensure we had the best start to our honeymoon. We had a wonderful week here. We really enjoyed the thermal sulphur pool, which was lovely to sit in and watch the rain. The wellness centre was also well used by us, with the different saunas, steam rooms and herbal tea station. Great hotel in easy reach of the lake, (literally a 2 min walk to lake access where can swim. 5 min walk to nearest bars and restaurants and about a 20-25 min walk into Sirmione. Perfect location, right between the shops and restaurants, with the beaches to the other side. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean with minor aesthetic scuffs. However, a little cramp even for me (5'8"), as I turn to close the bedroom door, I would bang my elbow into the hallway closest doors. If I were to come back, I'd definitely have this place in mind.

Stayed here a couple of times in a family room in July. Nice small friendly hotel with a resident cat. The swimming pool is massive, not so many chairs/umberellas but we always seemed to find some one spare. Simple continental breakfast but good and fresh. We will be back next July I hope.

We had a lovely stay on Sirmione. The hotel staff were kind, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are clean and minimalist, however the bathrooms could be updated. The room was OK, with a large balcony with a view, but it was shared with 2 other rooms. The facilities were OK, but the toilet smelled. There was no kettle. The hotel elevator was terrible. The hotel had free parking. There were also bicycles for rent. The breakfast was good.
