The room was cozy, the hotel was in a very beautiful town, the restaurant downstairs was convenient, and parking was free. Thumbs up! 👍

Lovely hotel but go in season if you want AC.
Hotel is a bit out of the way but that suited us.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff but not much English spoken.
Main issue was the Air Conditioning, or lack of it. They do have in all the rooms but when i asked how to work it they said it is not turned on yet as is not the season! Our room was really hot. We opening the balcony door but as it is on a very busy road the noise was too loud. Such a shame.

Good renovated rooms. Kindly reception person. Rooms can be better sound proofed. It was a lot of disturbance during night.

Very nice hotel. Rooms big, clean and light. Bathroom nice as well. One of the best breakfast. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting lakes or going to Switzerland

Had a great stay for 1 night with our little ones! Highly recommend. The owner had thought of every comfortable detail! We'd be back should our travels take us again through the area.

I gave this 1 star because of its location. If you are planning on using this to visit Lake Como, you are making a MISTAKE!!! If you are using it as a hotel to spend the night on way elsewhere, then it's 5 stars. I read somewhere that it was 30 mins to Como. I didn't know that Como is different than Lake Como, which is where I planned on visiting for 2 days. It's 90 MINS from Lake Como, and the roads are tough. You travel approx 30 mins in confined, dark tunnels that traverse under mountains. Once you get through that it's an hour of local roads with over 25 roundabouts that aren't easy to navigate through. Combine this with Italian drivers who drive up to your bumper and motorcycles passing you on the left and bicycles on the right, it was white knuckle driving. It was HORRIBLE. The hotel itself is great. It's new, neat, the staff is great and the food is good. The only issue I had was that they blasted techno music in the dining room area for breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm not a fan of techno, but it was especially annoying in the morning. There is only one other restaurant in the area and it's difficult to get a taxi. The views are wonderful. When we were walking up the street to find another place because the other one booked a party, I asked a worker if there was any other places besides our hotel, he laughed and said, "No, this place is a hole.' He meant there was nothing around anywhere; he was right. The hotel is wonderful but don't use it to frequent Lake Como.

Excellent hotel, strategically placed for excursions to Lake Como , the Valtellina valley or Switzerland. Up to date facilities, courteous staff spotless air conditioned rooms, sky tv, fridge safe and fridge and surprisingly good value.

Nice hotel, very polite staff. The air-conditioning was bad! It just blow out warm air. You don't need more hot air when it is 32 degrees outside. The breakfast was easy. Did not lov it.

This was an excellent experience. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Gojko and his team were wonderful. All in all a perfect place to stay at.
