Villa Signorini Hotel

I honestly cannot express how totally and utterly disappointed I am with this hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to go all over the world, I’ve stayed in top notch hotels and slummed it in rather questionable hostels.
Simply, the hotel is an aesthetic; a facade. Scratch beneath its rather gorgeous veneer and it’s totally hollow. 4 stars is just unimaginable as a rating it’s a 3 in my opinion.
Everything restoration wise has been done as a basic MDF, wood effect, hinge falling off job. Nothing works! There are holes in the curtains, stains on the couch, 4 coat hangers for 3 people in a suite, paint splashed over everything, the view is off a car park, not that you can see it because the windows are FILTHY!!!
The breakfast element is laughable!
The service is non existent, the options are really very, very poor indeed.
I’ve been all over Italy, and I love it. I hate this hotel for ruining my holiday. I would not come back. I’m genuinely GUTTED! :(

The folks on the front desk have been amazingly helpful! A young lady in particular, we cannot thank you enough. I will ask your name before I leave.
You have comfortably earned your employer another star. You are possibly the only good thing in this place.

The breakfast is still unforgivable.

We did last minute booking, could not check properly the room pics and we definitely disappointed. Roof atic rooms very small and there is only 1 windows which is top of the roof. Despite of details there is No AC in this season and room temperature was 25/26 C with opened window. There are tons of mosquitoes , we couldn’t sleep until 4 AM. Hotel itself very old, Breakfast good enough but I wouldn’t recommend dinner. I ordered a soup and it came without water in it. And fish was too tasteless. Also very long nails of one of the waiter of the restaurant took my appetite away. Vila was good looking but I think it deserves better business.
