+ The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. It is close to central train station and so easy to access to different part of Italy. I love the breakfast too. There are staff to serve you breakfast, and guests just have to point to the staff what you want on the buffet spread table.

Eclectic. That's the best way to describe this location. A three minute walk from the train station through a makeshift homeless encampment with beds and all. The street is dirty and not well lit at night either. The hotel itself has a lovely front and appears to be a top notch establishment.
Then you enter and find the strangest collection of art and knick knacks. Our hall was decorated as if it was old Naples - replete with people hanging out their windows and awnings over the doors. We even had a doorbell! Inside was more art and a decent space. It was the first bathtub we had on our trip.
On the other hand, it felt as if we may have walked into a space closely related to the Bates Motel. Empty hallways. Strange art. Lit but abandoned restaurant (that should have been open for another hour).
I'm just not sure how better to describe it. The staff was helpful and I'm sure with more time we would have discovered more of it's character.

We stayed in February and got fairly inexpensive rates. We wanted somewhere close to the train station as we were only there for one evening, and this hotel is directly across the street from the train. Not the safest part of town to stay in, and certainly doesn't quiet down at night (that's Naples for you) but we felt safe enough as the hotel is really big. The hotel itself was adequate, but nothing more. Our shower got the entire bathroom floor wet, the bed wasn't too comfortable, and breakfast was a little lame. But it satisfied our need of a cheap place to stay near the train. Next time will look somewhere else.
