The hallways and elevators are really small, you can barely pull your suitcase there. The room was very basic but very clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. In the morning they had two drivers waiting in the lobby to transport customers which was very nice and convenient. The hotel does not have a restaurant except for breakfast and that was something I missed.

Naples was not my fav city we visited but the hotel staff was great. There desserts and small pizzas supplied. The staff helped us a lot and we really appreciate it.

Nice hotel but location wasn’t the safest for a family. Staff friendly and helpful with organising taxis and advice on where to go for food. Rooms were clean and tidy with no issues. Children would have liked a better range at breakfast but had to remind them of the fact they weren’t at home for local fries etc 😂

I had a really bad experience in this hotel…I went out to explore the city I came back and my luggage was missing..the staff didn’t help at all..somehow we managed to check the cctv and we found their house keeping staff took one of our luggage piece…we had full proof but still got nothing..and the hotel manager just said that he will mail and try to do something..very pathetic service…WITH FULL VIDEO OF THE HOUSEKEEPING LADY TAKING OUR ITEM OUT OF THE ROOM STILL NO ACTION AGAINST IT…and when they saw the video they shut their system and didn’t show it again or let us take a picture of the proof…

My husband and I were only here for the night as we came from Positano and were heading to Santorini the next morning (today)! I apologise, I forgot the gentlemen’s name who checked us in, but if he’s reading this, we are the couple with the very tall man. You were delightful and so, so kind to us after just a hectic few hours trying to get to Naples. You were selfless and allowed us to take our time to understand the protocols of the hotel and supported us to get to the airport the following morning. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Although it’s not located in the best part of Naples, the convenience from the train station is one to consider, especially if you’re in Naples for a night or two. While you’re there, go around the corner (about a 90-100m walk) and go to Gaetano Adamo… the best food we have eaten in Italy and we had already been in Italy for 2 weeks at this point! Thank you, Best Western! Ciao for now.

Worst place i have ever stayed, area is terrible we did not feel safe there, hotel was very old fashion nothing new, rooms was not clean enough, not in standards of best western hotels ever, noparking

Staff were not professional and surrounding area is not safe
My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel while we were travelling around Italy.
We did not like the area at all, it felt unsafe and we were warned about theft of the area.
The receptionist was lovey and very welcoming. The issue was with the staff managing the breakfast.
When we arrived on the breakfast floor there were few people but it was not busy (4-8 give or take, already seated and eating).
We were not welcomed by any member of staff upon entering and we saw two of them talking in the corner (away from the breakfast counter), but it did not bother us too much.
We were a little unsure on how to get our breakfast due to covid restrictions. We had saw someone get their own and as the breakfast counter was facing out forwards customers rather than be-hide so only staff could serve we assumed that was the case and they just keep an eye on you.
So my wife went up and got her breakfast and came back while I stayed with our stuff.
So I then approached the counter and I picked up the tongs and started to look at the selection, however one of the members of staff came running over to me screaming ‘Mister! Mister!’.
She took the tongs and said ‘what do you want?’ Whilst pointed at the food.
This took me by surprise and I felt embarrassed as everyone was now staring at me. It made me think that the situation was not handled in a proper manner; if the staff were doing their job instead of talking from the start the situation could have been avoided; they did not seem to be taking covid too seriously as they do not have a member of staff managing the food & drink at all times.
By that point I just wanted to leave so I replied I changed my mind and did not want anything and I went back to my table with my wife so she could finish and then we would leave.
The other staff member then approached me making excuses for that outburst, it was clear they were not meant to be talking in the corner. It came across to me that they were not really interested in looking after visitors and they just want to relax and chat with each other, this is not a cheap place and is rated 4 stars, so I would not expect that sort of behaviour or attitude.
I will never come here again.

This is an outstanding hotel. It was just a 15 minute easy walk from the train station. The hotel is bright and appealing from the outside, clean and organized on the inside. The room was normal, the breakfast was good, the employees were cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to walk to various attractions in Naples. I was very happy to find this hotel and would certainly recommend it to others.
