We needed to book 5 rooms, they told us they were available but need to be booked through the site. Room after room, the prices increased and at the end the 5th room was very expensive and the direction told us it is why they ask us to use the website. In my case, very bad smell inside the bathroom and small insects. Minimalist room. Breakfast with paper glass to drink juice and plastic spoon to eat yogurt. Staff was nice and helpful.

The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.

Near main train station so very convenient. Rooms very basic. Staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK.. good choice but bread was stale. Great if you have an early train to catch to get out of Naples.

The rooms were minimalist but clean. However, there were no glasses provided in the room or bathroom. The air conditioning was only moderately effective, and the rooms were quite noisy.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant next to the lobby where you can have dinner spontaneously, and it also serves as the breakfast room.
The breakfast was okay, with a lot of pastries available. You get two complimentary hot beverages, but the third one comes at a cost.
The location is excellent and very central. It’s a 5-minute walk to the main train station and a 12-minute walk to Pizzeria Da Michele.
Overall, it’s a solid hotel for a fair price.

Throughout our trip we have encountered lots of red flags entering the place. Such as having a family of 5 and not accommodating 4 bedroom, lots of hassle, and etc.

They need to change the curtains. We try to move them aside and a metal piece felt, fortunately not in our head.

Old, dirty rooms with bedbugs. optional room had main door that did not even close. waiter Andrea was super rude and even the Manager Luis said that he did not care about bad reviews. if you book online you may be charged twice and get the wrong room and dont forget to pray at night because if something breaks they only have 1 person to do all things in the hotel for the night shift. this is by far the worst hotel i have visited in 50 countries. this "4 star" hotel should not even be a 1 star. don't stay in this dumpster!

The hotel room smelled bad, and the smell of cheap parfum in the toilet was so strong that it made us dizzy. I booked a room with two double beds, but there was only one bed, and they gave us a sofa bed!! This is completely different from the original order! When we told them it’s totally different from my booked, they just said they would gave us a single bed in our room…🙄 The only good thing about this hotel is that the cleaning Madame and Monsieur were more friendly and responsive to our issues than the front desk staffs… sincerely only thank you both! Mon étoile ⭐️ c’est donnez-vous deux!!

We paid for a double room and ended up in a single room because they were fully booked as they said. The room was not so clean, there were holes and marks on the bed sheets, not good insolation and poor breakfast (mostly pasties every day). Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The place is not worth not even a single broken star, BOOKING should remove this hotel from their list and recommendation, stayed my group for 3 nights, rooms are all filthy, taxes were charged twice to us, and empty bottles and used dirty plates are scattered on the hall.. The 4th group to arrived on the day after was cancelled without even sending them emails or calls, on my 30 years travel, this is the worst of it all, avoid this hotel🤨
