A fine experience but nothing special. I would have rather gone somewhere else. My partner and I did a night which included a light dinner and spa entry.
The spa:
My biggest complaint is the mildew smell, it made me wonder how clean everything was…
-The outdoor jacuzzis were not hot enough
-Indoor pool did not have many massage nets workings and the pressure was very weak
-Staff did not seem very attentive to guests
-They lack a hand rail going down to the spa which is a huge safety hazard
Light dinner:
A big disappointment. The quality was not good and selection was awful. Come on, how is hummus and vegetables considered “light dinner”? I suggest you call it an aperitivo and not dinner to prevent let down. We arrived early for dinner and we’re the only ones there but they make you sit at a pre selected table and they put us in the middle of the room. After 5 minutes, another couple walks in and go figure, out of 30 empty tables, they sit them right next to us.!
Room:
The bed was very large and comfy and bathroom very clean. The walls has marks all over them and there wasn’t even coffee or anything stoked in the fridge that we could purchase. The TV was just sitting on the desk in the corner of the room and was very small so a movie night after the spa isn’t that great…
Location is good and check in was easy but overall I wouldn’t come back.

We had a business retreat at this hotel, the food and especially the dinner was good. Was very dissppointed about the sharp deterioration of the state of the city:-(.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Centrally located so we just walked around to reach some parks, restaurants and shops.
The Spa is well maintained and has a relaxing ambiance. Had really relaxing massage! The best I tried so far in Italy.
Breakfast is really amazing! They offer a wide variety of choices from american breakfast to typical Italian breakfast (Cornetto e cappuccino), cereals, fruits, fresh orange juice, cakes, biscuits, ecc.
The room is clean.
The Restaurant is very romantic and elegant. Perfect for a dinner date after an afternoon at a spa.
The staff are friendly.

Hotel seems to be luxurious but the catering is not so good

Very comfortable hotel. Conveniently located in Fiuggi. You can have your relax time from spa, steam tube, and sauna. Also water bedding are available and open air spa to enjoy. Food is perfectly in Italian style. Breakfast is ok with both continental and typical Italian coffee and cappuccino. The parking slot isn't that large, but it's for free and the doorman helps you to find your parking place.
Recommended for a romantic weekend escape where you can find yourself.

The hotel seems very pretty and well furnished in the common areas, but the room I've stayed in has been sub-par, and when I asked about the shortcomings I was given weird excuses.

One of The Best hotel in Fiuggi. Fantastic breakfast And dinner. Nice spa, solarium and relax facilities. Rooms May Not deserve 5 star Now But They are renewing them. It's 5 star To encourage them. Parking available, Even if Not that Big.

The hotel "Ambassiatori" just Super!!!
