Ambasciatori Place Hotel in Fiuggi

After a long day of traveling this was an easy stop to book on the internet & came w/ a good price. Touted as a wellness hotel, but I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. I was too tired & just wanted to sleep. There was lots of activity back and forth to the spa so I could tell others enjoyed it. The room was large had all the amenities you would need for forgotten bathroom goodies. I did consider the benefits stiff. Nice thick robes were provided if you chose to use the spa. The dinner was hit & miss. One entree was great while the other I had to contemplate : (
Fresh turn around in the morning with a nice great breakfast. Lots of healthy choices, fresh juices AND AMAZING COFFEE prepared by a "professional" barista. That guy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was a whirlwind: focused, highly skilled.. very ambidextrous ... Remarkable maestro, xoxo!

Great hotel, but has an awfully unstable wifi. Ultra annoying if there for work.

Staying here at the moment and would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It’s right in the centre of Fiuggi . Very high standards throughout, service, decor , cleanliness. The breakfast is ample and the food we have eaten in the restaurant was fantastic.you would think it would be expensive but it’s very reasonable. 2 Euro for coffee , the spa is perfect and the outside jaquzzi’s are wonderful especially in the evening with the terrace lit with pretty fairy lights .It’s lovely weather already , maybe too hot in the summer months I would say . But for an early break sampling the local food and local ambiance it’s wonderful .

I had an excellent stay here. With a guided mountainbike ride, comfortable bed and bath, and amazing spa services. The location is a walk away from the bus, and lots of local eateries and cafes.

Overall a wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable bed, fast Internet, decent breakfast with plenty of coffee choices if that's your thing. Activities and spa services as well. Nice size bathroom for a European hotel. Room size was above average as well. My only issue is the HVAC does nothing. We like to sleep on the cool side and the AC did nothing more than blow air. Opening the windows did not provide enough circulation to lower the temperature to the desired level either. It's fall so we can make it work, but would prefer full room temperature control. Recommend.

It was an amazing experience. Staff super friendly and always ready to help. All of them but I remember two Raffaele and Natasha they were super helpful and professional.

I have been to the Ambasciatore in various occasions even only for a day at the spa . I love it and go whenever I can . It is found right in the heart of Fiuggi . The interior decoration is very elegant and all very tidy and clean. I personally enjoy coming because of the Spa. I feel very comfortable and at ease because everything is so professionally managed . Hope to be back soon. Thank you !

i was with my family for 5 days and everything was good, a nice buffet for the breakfast, the personal very friendly, a nice energy from the begining until the end. The place is great, the city is beautiful, is peacefull and the people are soooo nice. Is necessary to visit Fiuggi and to stay at Ambasciatori.

The reception was professional, courteous and friendly. At the restaurant they have always been very attentive to my food problems. They always made changes to the dishes provided, bringing me real delicacies. The opportunities of the Spa are many. In the internal part there is the sauna, the frigidarium, the hammam, the swimming pool with multiple types of hydromassage and water beds for relaxation. In the structure they offer various types of massage. I did foot reflexology on the last day; I couldn't do the floating tub which recreates the Dead Sea experience. The three outdoor pools overlooking the Palazzo di Fiuggi have a temperature of 37 degrees and are exceptional. You can sit there chatting in hot water, sipping a gin and tonic and eating the local hot white pizza. Those at the bar, like all the hotel staff, are very good. We went with a tour operator from Vicenza and we also had a Yoga and Pilates course, given by competent people. The trip included a group and a professional guide who was part of the hotel and who took us on the path of San Benedetto. The walk did not have a religious motivation, but rather justified the 22 km covered in 2 days and produced the curiosity that places like this arouse. The rooms were very warm and clean. On New Year's Eve I would have expected music for all ages. I must say that as good as it was, I would like something different for New Year's Eve dinner.
