Lovely hotel with a great spa. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was small in the European style, but certainly comfortable enough, with adequate air conditioning. There's a large parking lot situated adjacent to the hotel that can fill up on weekends. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff and a wide selection of continental breakfast fare, There was also a small selection of hot foods available. The grounds are well kept and while not expansive are peaceful. The spa was a highlight of this stay and was very enjoyable. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but old town is a bit further away,

Gode værelser, men Aircon er gammlet og man kan ikke regulerer dem, enten køre de, ellers er de slukket, ikke optimalt for regulering af indeklima.
Morgenmad var ikke imponerende og kunne forbedres i forhold til udvalg og kvalitet.

We had an amazing time here in this beautiful and luxurious structure! The hotel is located in Fiuggi’s centre and you can reach it by car or by public transports!
We’ve started our journey from the Heaven SPA…and let me tell you is a proper heaven! The staff is very friendly and very prepared! I had 2 massages by Paola (magia dei sensi and pulizia del viso) and omg I was living for it! Last massage (linfodrenatico) was performed by Tania…I went back home relaxed and happy!
You can have the access to the sauna, the thermal bath, the waterfalls in the swimming pool and many more rooms!
After the relaxing time it was time for dinner and we’ve been served by Gianfranco and in my opinion one of the best waiter here!

Seemed new, exceptionally clean and nice. Staff was professional, nothing more nothing less. They could've been more informative at check in, we had to ask for all information ourselves about the spa, breakfast etc. Spa was a nice touch for our last night in Italy.
