Comfortable hotel with spacious, elegant rooms and a green garden on the well-known thermal resort. My stay exceeded expectations! Hotel staff was very accommodating, meals were wonderful. The purpose of my stay was the group cycling. The ride leaders were fantastic! They safely guided us through the countryside to scenic and historical sights. The spa and pool facilities were great after a day of cycling. I highly recommend, and I would do this trip again!

A two night stay as a group of 17 business colleagues. Sadly no chance to use any wellness but the facilities look good. Outdoor pool not open before breakfast if you want to start your day with a swim. Excellent breakfast selection. Something to suit everyone. The rooms are large, spacious and airy. The area is quiet and with blinds for the window you will get a good nights sleep. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Excellent service and good food. Only disappointment was that we asked for a lower floor and were allocated a top floor room. Beautiful, comfortable, clean room, but we had to keep the curtains closed and we could not use the balcony because of my fear of heights.

This was a really terrible experience. The toilet broke twice, there were shower issues. The restaurant does not treat non-italian speakers very well. I felt very judged and unwelcomed. They made me switch rooms in the middle of the night and directed me to a room that was under construction.

We were traveling Italy and needed some downtime for massages and rest! This stop was perfect, from the great selection of treatments at the spas or just hanging out in the thermal waters. Also, the dinning was a great experience, we dinned in our robes and didn’t have to worry about getting dressed up. The breakfast is also amazing and included. They have a 5:00 snack to hold over until dinner. We look forward to going back and exploring the town next time! A definite stop on our next trip!

Just a wonderful stay with great amenities and at a reasonable price. Many hotels in Fiuggi are charging astronomical amounts and pricing out most people. Silva is focused on customer service and we had an amazing experience, will definitely be back.
