The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes...

I was a guest of the hotel with my wife for only two days but if I return to Foligno I will certainly stay in this facility again. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room a little dark but comfortable, the breakfast very well assorted.

They give you the keys and then there is no one there to refer to, you have to call them in case of need, there can be the negative side if you have an urgent need but also the positive because you feel more free, like in an apartment. Frederica and Marco are very hospitable and kind. Appartment is very cute and clean. Garden and place aroud the swimming pool is beautifully decorated and very clean. Quiet surroundings, but all beautiful cities nearby. Delicious breakfast - home made marmelade, salami and cheese and traditional pastry. Perfect dinner made by Marco. We recommend to buy their home made olive oil there.

The location is excellent for visiting several beautiful villages (Spoleto, Montefiascone, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Rasiglia, Spello, Assisi). Guests have access to the swimming pool for the whole day, the recently renovated apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort; cleaning is very accurate...
