Very cute 3 stars hotel. Very well situated. In the center but still in a quiet area. Also 5 min from the train station. Super clean. Well maintained. The room are big and comfy. Nice large bathroom as well. Much room around the bed with a great mattress and perfect memory foam pillows. I’m very satisfied and will come again for sure

Our train got cancelled last minutes and we end up staying in this hotel. Its in the perfect location and not too noisy and the breakfast is good.

A great find. Perfectly located close enough to the station on a beautiful street. Close to the town centre too. Martina was a very good friendly receptionist who greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. As early as we were she was able to find us a room. Great sized room, great bathroom, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend to stay here and base yourself for day trips to the great towns just a short train ride away including Perugia and Assisi. Definitely stay there. Will definitely be back.

Amazing central location in Foligno. Right next to the train station (not noisy)
The rooms are excellent and renovated.
Great service, and friendly staff.
They also have a private garage that you can use to park your car or motorcycle.

Very close to the train station, the staff is very warm and welcome and the Roma are comfortable.

The room was recently renovated and clean, modern and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Yes we had access to their parking which is in a small garage behind the hotel. We like the location, just slightly out of the centre of town, 100 m from the center. Overall we were very satisfied with our short stay

Thank you all for a lovely stay. The position is perfect. One step to the center and one step to the trainstation. Rooms and hotel Interieur is new and modern style. You have a fridge, airconditioning and really quite rooms (isolated windows)
Breakfast was fantastic with all kind of sweet bakery, freshly cut fruit, juices, Joghurts and Italian coffee served as you wish as much as you wish (grazie per I mille Café Che ho presto)
In the surroundings you can do lovely walks in the hills. Transportation is quite good and cheap. The hotel staff is very friendly helpful and knows well about the area.. Everybody was young and motivated and obviously liked their job. I really enjoyed all the five days! Even if from outdoors you won't expect such a nice place, just book it and see inside. I couldn't image a better place for a stay in Umbria

Great location, good rooms, nice reception area. BUT, noisy. Window had to stay closed all the time! Room not clean and the hallways, the staircase and the breakfast area look outdated. Feels like they've renovated the reception and rooms but stopped there. Parking below the hotel felt quirky.
