Very cute 3 stars hotel. Very well situated. In the center but still in a quiet area. Also 5 min from the train station. Super clean. Well maintained. The room are big and comfy. Nice large bathroom as well. Much room around the bed with a great mattress and perfect memory foam pillows. I’m very satisfied and will come again for sure

Our train got cancelled last minutes and we end up staying in this hotel. Its in the perfect location and not too noisy and the breakfast is good.

Amazing central location in Foligno. Right next to the train station (not noisy)
The rooms are excellent and renovated.

They also have a private garage that you can use to park your car or motorcycle.

Very close to the train station, the staff is very warm and welcome and the Roma are comfortable.

The room was recently renovated and clean, modern and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Yes we had access to their parking which is in a small garage behind the hotel. We like the location, just slightly out of the centre of town, 100 m from the center. Overall we were very satisfied with our short stay

Thank you all for a lovely stay. The position is perfect. One step to the center and one step to the trainstation. Rooms and hotel Interieur is new and modern style. You have a fridge, airconditioning and really quite rooms (isolated windows)
Breakfast was fantastic with all kind of sweet bakery, freshly cut fruit, juices, Joghurts and Italian coffee served as you wish as much as you wish (grazie per I mille Café Che ho presto)
In the surroundings you can do lovely walks in the hills. Transportation is quite good and cheap. The hotel staff is very friendly helpful and knows well about the area.. Everybody was young and motivated and obviously liked their job. I really enjoyed all the five days! Even if from outdoors you won't expect such a nice place, just book it and see inside. I couldn't image a better place for a stay in Umbria

We enjoyed our stay here for one month.... and all the facilities and the staff were really good .... special thanks to Alessandro and he helped us in all aspects and also to communicate in English.... Alessandro Grazie...Mille... Except few hiccups in Internet for some days rest all is absolutely fine.... and we would love to see you again if time permits...Ciao....
