I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ghiffa! The private beach on Lake Maggiore is the perfect place to relax, and the food at the restaurant was simply amazing. Family run hotel in an old building once occupied by the local bishop. Welcoming and accommodating staff with a wholesome meal for dinner. Beautiful garden as well

It is a beautiful location, the rooms are pleasant and very clean with a nice view if you ask for the lake side. The staff is also very friendly. The restaurant is outdated.

A good location, an old family house with stunning views from the terrace and garden, a very hostpitable and accommodating host.

The apartment is just perfect. The view from the terrace and the winter garden is simply breathtaking. Everything was very modern and yet antique. I recommend the apartment with a winter garden.

The view was lovely, the room was delightful and the owner was more helpful than any other Airbnb owner that I have come across. The room was also well stocked with jam, some Nutella, coffee, tea, bread and wine as well some other edibles. It was, all in all, a great experience.

Location near Verbania with amazing views of Lake Maggiore You can easily drive up to the well-secured facility by car. Everything is totally green... Parking spaces are available for each apartment... we rented a fewo... the balcony and the view are just beautiful... the room, rather the flat lower standard ... but with Style... means... ok from the look, but on closer inspection a lot of things were...

Nice location for a short vacation. Very well-kept facility. Magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. Calm. The apartments, however, quite noisy. However, there are no shops within walking distance.

Paola is wonderful! Such a lovely person. Speaks great English. Recommended on sights and beaches. Let us put our lugagge before check in and keep it after. Brought us a fan when we requested as there was a weird heat wave in Italy. Our kids enjoyed the small pool at the yard. The view is amazing and it is literaly 4 minutes walk to the beach, as close as it gets. High value for money.

Charming house, very close to the lake, with an own little pool and a parking lot in a few meters. We felt very spoiled by the owner and her big breakfast for only 3-4 rooms so 6-8 guests.

I do not give 5 stars just because the bathroom was not in the room (as long as it is for private use) and to reach it you have to cross a common corridor

Jarno is the best host we’ve encountered in a long time, he made us food and drinks, when the nearby bar was closed

We were made very welcome by Jarno. He met us at the parking spot and assisted us down to the B & B. He showed us to our accommodation which was on the top floor. He made us some delicious pizza on our first evening with a nice cold glass of wine. Jarno made a lovely breakfast which set us up for the day. The accommodation was traditional, very spacious, clean and well equipped with balcony views...

We were allowed to stay 2 nights at this special location. The B&B is located in the mountains about 8 km from the town of Verbania and 10 km from Lake Maggiore. The road from Verbania to Aurano is narrow and steep in places, making it an adventure in itself. The surroundings and the view become more and more beautiful as you drive up. Once we arrived at the parking lot we were met and warmly welcomed...

Outstanding accomondation and surrounding area. The view in the valley is the best you can have, rooms are spacy and clean. The housekeeper is very hospital and polite. We can recommend the b&b 100%! Greets from Stuttgart

A home in a magical place out in the mountains surrounding Lago Maggiore. Had an amazing stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the views were amazing, and Jarno the owner was attentive and friendly. Definitely worth the drive. :)
