Excellent structure, located in the historic center of Giarre. From the balconies and terraces you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Etna, the sea and the beautiful square embellished by the majestic and elegant Duomo. Very nice rooms, all with large and modern bathrooms, furnished with excellent taste and very comfortable. We recommend the choice for both a short and a long vacation.

The hostess was extremely kind. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was extensive, and the granita was lovely!

Maria is a great host. Though I cannot communicate with her in Italian, but she is quite understand what a guest need. And she reposed to our request of adding a bed and prepared the room on the particular day. I am very appreciated of her service.

Even if the landlady complained of our late arrival (which in my view isn't justified when informed about landing hours) and obliged us to check out quite early after a short night, we enjoyed the great breakfast and fresh airconditioned room. Landlady was also nice after all.

My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. A fantastic pelargonium nursery in Sicily. The staff where really friendly and took their time to take us around and explain each flower. We bought 3 beautiful pelargoniums. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is 2 minutes from Garrie/Reposto and the around Etna small railway stations. Salvatore is a great host nothing was too much providing a very nice breakfast and tasty treats in the fridge. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable, there is a super roof area which is ideal for relaxing or lounging in the sun, with a distant sea view and My Etna looming large.

The owner, Salvatore, is a very friendly man, who provided us with excellent breakfasts (granita) and service in general during our stay. I honestly think that there aren't any better options to stay in this region if you would like to experience the classic Sicilian culture. Furthermore, the train station is close to the bed and breakfast, making it ideal to travel between Taormina and Siracusa

We stayed at “Alcova” apartments and it’s so cozy, we loved it. Roberto and his lovely wife did everything for our stay to be comfortable and so it was indeed. La Baronessa was the perfect place to stay in Riposto. It is located in a neighborhood where we easily could walk to the cafes, the port and markets. Giovanni was so helpful. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. Roberto was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very personable and gave great advice on places to visit and good eateries in the city. The breakfast was fantastic, yet perfect for filling our appetites before heading off for the day around Etna. Facilities were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and hope to one day...

Andrea and Ethel were so nice during our journey in Sicily. We enjoyed the BnB so Much that it was difficult to find motivation to visit the area. Andrea is devoted to give you all the tips on the area (wonderful restaurant close to the BnB, tours, beaches etc...) I fully recommand this place
