Second visit as a large group in recent years. Good sized rooms, great setting and nearly all rooms benefit from a poolside view. Staff efficient and fantastic spot to explore the area - Etna, Alcantara, Taormina, Giardini Naxos & Catania. Thank you for having us!

It is a small village with nothing to see but the sea. The apartment house is a 10-minute walk from the sea. Pebble beach, long, very clean water.The appartment house is not very modern, but very clean. Large rooms with large balcony. Breakfast okay, half board okay. It is a family business, so there are few staff and very slow. Almost no one speaks English. Nobody speaks foreign languages at the reception...

Absolutely amazing stay, food and quality of service. I'm from England and they were very respectful and spoke perfect understandable English. The cleaners are superb and the rooms are spectacular! Member of The Spires College Student

It was a bit expensive but the view of mount Etna was amazing and the heaters and the showers were also very nice

Great rooms for families or large groups, very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant serves excellent authentic food, and the owner is extremely generous and friendly. Anything you need, you can get it here. Would absolutely stay again.

Great view. You can see Mount Etna from your balcony if you are on the back side or if you are looking around the right side of the front of the building. Watch out for traffic when you are walking across the road to the beach though, because they go fast on that road. The dinner was bad and my whole group agreed.

Grazia and tino are number ONE hostes ❣️ The garden is beautiful and very well lighted, around the nice pool. Nice view of Etna. Ideally located to walk to the beach or center in a quiet residential area. Really useful Parking included inside the property. BQ and AC nicely appreciated!

Everything was perfect. Housekeeper are so helpfull and kind, it was really nice to spend some time with them.

50 minutes and 80 euro ride on a taxi from Catania airport. Free parking. No cleaning, no soap in the shower, no towel change. Kitchen equiped only with the basic stuff. 5 minutes walk to the beach amd to the closest small market. 10 minutes on a car to Lidle. Mascali its a very small town with almost no night life.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Pozzo Antico, really friendly hosts, amazing view of the Etna and great food at the restaurant in the evening. We got there by train from Mascali station, it's about 20 minutes to walk (but possible to take a big shortcut if you're willing to climb a fence). It's a cozy place with great view of Etna Montain and very good food, that made us go there for second time. A lot of beautiful places in the area, easy to reach by car.

We stayed three nights there. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. Rosi, the owner, is perfectly friendly and we enjoyed it very much. We had also the breakfast and it's delicious, with homemade bread, croissants, jams and fresh fruit and tomatoes, eggs. :) The dinner is also excellent, Pizza, Pasta, Meat, Fish ... everythings is supergood! Nice, calm place with good food in the middle of lemon and orange trees. Walk to the beach along the road is 30 minutes. Enjoy. Relax.

Great place with perfect food, especially fresh pasta, delicious pizza and seafood. Very nice and helpful host. Quite far from the town but this is what you should expect from agriturismo. Place with a nice view to Etna, close to all interesting places on the east side of Sicily. We highly recommend.

As a regular visitor to "Il pozzo antico" in Mascali I have always without exception found the staff to be more than welcoming, even without a pre-booked reservation. We had a great time, the owners are kind, they took great care of us throughout our stay. Unparalleled hospitality, a family atmosphere. The kind and courteous staff, always ready to satisfy every need. Clean room, wifi network available. Animals in the structure well kept. Swimming pool also suitable for those with small children, abundant and good breakfast. A quiet and relaxing place, my daughter had a great time and I would never tire of staying here.
