We only booked a beach day and had lunch at the restaurant. Everyone was SO friendly. The food was actually so good. The private beach was a big plus. Everything nearby is so crowded. Water is included which I love. Thank you for the amazing birthday beach day. It’s 50 mins from Rome.

SO much potential but quite dissapoiting.. The property is lovely but the hotel smells and is musty and prob moldy. The food is only fair and certainly not as good as il pelicano. The only thing that can be wrong, and it is not the hotel, is how complicated it can be to go by public transport from this town to Fiumicino airport, located a short distance away, but without direct communication, which forces you to go to Rome, passing almost next to the airport, and then return from Rome to the airport....

Beautiful setting and very friendly service. Our booking was somehow mixed up through booking.com but the owner and his staff were very accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing and I can definitely recommend staying here for a few nights. Close to the sea and in the lovely landscape surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees. Very nicely situated location, certainly not a classic hotel. Very suitable for couples looking for peace and quiet. If you can get involved in it super pleasant, but more like staying with friends and not to be compared with a business hotel. The driveway is rather unsuitable for sports cars. This was the most beautiful surprise in our trip to Italy. We stayed the last day here preparing for our flight back home. It was great for the kids who had a blast on the beach. Lots of activities, delicious food at the club restaurant. The staff are so friendly, the room is super clean. Will definitely come back for a longer stay at this resort .

The hotel was an ok stay to visit Rome, you still have to drive an approximate hour to Rome but that I could accept. We had a beautiful view on or chamber at the third flour, and we could see the sea. Something I didn't really like was the swimming pool, which wasn't very clean, and the food, because there was not any real Italian food. Overall decent.

The room and bathroom are beautiful. Walking to the pool area all you can smell is flowers, they have lots of plants really nice. The staff is super friendly..... and the view to the ocean was very romantic. If I could, I will live here 😁🌴🌅☕

Property is wonderful. Not really good for those who don’t have a car, we arrived by train. Restaurant and amenities are a fair distance away.

It's a very nice place for summer holiday, crystal clear water, if you like swimming. Staff are very helpful, the manager go out of his way to organised a lift to the near by Transport to Rome or other cities. Transport is not convenient, plenty of parkings. onsite.

It's a religious place within a noons convent. The beach area is nice and quiet. Mainly used by old people, it gives you the feeling to be back at school on a summer camp. You can hear EVERYTHING from a room to another. Beds and bathroom are basic. A/c self turns off after 2 hours, ackward.

We stayed in the hotel as part of a student group, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, all the amenities. Good breakfast buffet and supper. The hotel also provided bagged breakfasts for our early departure one morning.

This is a fantastic service easily accessible from Terminal 3 at Rome airport. Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight. I have stayed here many times and have been able to observe a decline. The walls in our room where very dirty and the buffet breakfast was really quite poor with a limited selection. I found the younger staff members at check in and check out the be very unprofessional and very dissmissive. I did find one of the staff members at reception to be very professional Angelo.

I stayed centrally located in Rome in another hotel. I used this hotel because it is convenient location for the exiting day out of Rome. This is an option if you want to avoid crowds on a Metro in route to the airport. The Metro ride is cheap but not hassle free. Friendly staff, clean and minimalistic room.

It might be cheaper to arrange a pick up from the airport through the hotel as it cost us 40€ with a taxi, but 20€ to get back to the airport (arranged by hotel).
