I honestly don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. It is beyond convenient located right inside the airport, 3min walk from train station and 2min walk to either terminal. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot. Actually had AC. Check in took 2min. One of the more comfortable beds we have had too. And they have a lobby with drink options at a reasonable price. Don’t let the reviews scare you and definitely book this if you have a morning flight the next day.

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight.

Very low maintenance, water were dripping outside the shower door, beds were noisy (springs), not comfortable, lights from the airport were on all night and shades were very poor quality.
No minibar in the room.
Can’t be a 4 stat hotel. Not more than 2 stars.

Comfortable room, super close to all terminals. No food at the hotel when we were there as they were too crowded and had no control over room A/C--had to call front desk for adjustments. Very, very expensive, but convenient.

Very practical but not very clean. The bed was fine, sheets clean, but no mattress cover. When we got in there was a spot in the toilet (even with the cleansing guarantee ribbon). Then the shower had hairs in it and a lot of mold in the corners, some calcium in the windows. We asked for a new cleanup and it was done but honestly... Didn't change much. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a sort of chair in it which we didn't use but I saw it was also full of calcium and hair. Let's just say it's roughly cleaned but definitely not well maintained.

Gets the job done, especially if you have a 5am international flight. Comfortable and quiet rooms easily walkable from Terminal 3. Lounge has hydration and snacks and wifi works. Check in early and take a local taxi to the super charming seaside town of Fiumicino. (Stressful travel day turned into one of our favorite adventures of the trip)

Very convenient being next to the airport and having a very early morning flight. Staff were helpful and our stay was pleasant.

Perfect hotel for the post red-eye flight or if your flight is in the early morning. Clean room, good bed, all the right things.

For a day room type of hotel it is very good. Very clean, great bathroom. Dark and quiet so you can sleep.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We came through with our large dog, flying him back to the United States before we came back for a few months, we came back a week and a half later exhausted and jet lagged and booked a day room to nap for six hours. Both times the staff were very helpful and accommodating, it was free to eat, and most convenient of all, it is located right inside the airport. I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through Rome!
