A nice, quiet place to wait for your flight. Conveniently located close to terminals. You have to follow the signs for hotel and you will find it easily. The lounge is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small but clean, and they offer a nice place to rest overnight before an early flight. They leave slippers and a small bag of shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. I had dinner here and the food was what you would expect from an airport restaurant, but not terrible at all. Overall pleased with the experience.

We booked online prior to arrival, 3 hours at HelloSky lounge as our flight was over night and we needed a comfortable place to relax/sleep, eat and refresh. Here is the reason for 1 star review:
1. Broken chairs
2. Buffet is just basic snacks, if you want even basic meal e.g. pizza you have to pay.
3. Bread toaster is broken
4. Flush in the bathroom is not working
5. As the place is open, it was very noisy as a group of people didn't stop talking and laughing all time
6. The worse thing was they don't allow guests to lay down!!
I have travelled the world and used all kind of airport lounges and this is the first time I see an airport lounge not allowing guests to lay down and relax "after over night flight that is what I needed the most!"
I told them my son couldn't sleep all night in the airplane and he needs to lay down and sleep, they refused!!!!
They claimed that this was mentioned in the terms of use, I have checked it again and it is not mentioned.
Even their chairs are not that comfortable as what an airport lounge should have (see photo).
So do NOT waste your money on such lounge, just sit in any cafe at the airport!

Review for Air Lounge – June 1st, 2025
I had a very disappointing experience at the Air Lounge. I went at 6:00 p.m. to inquire about shower access for my family of five, and I was told that no more than two members of my group could use the showers, despite there being multiple facilities available. Since they were closing at 7:00 p.m., I agreed to bring just two people from my group as requested.
However, when we returned shortly after, I encountered another frustrating situation. Two staff members at the front desk (a man and a woman) engaged in a long discussion in Italian while ignoring us. Eventually, they told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes. I waited until 6:30 p.m., but no one followed up, reassured us, or offered any explanation for the delay. It felt as if they had no intention of honoring the service at all.
Overall, I left feeling mistreated. The staff was unhelpful, impolite, and gave the impression they simply didn’t want to accommodate us. This was a poor experience, and I would not recommend relying on this lounge for shower access or respectful service.

Booked a sleeping room to have a place to shower and sleep before an early flight the next day. For that purpose, it served decently well. The location and ease of just walking right into the terminal is the reason to stay here. Check-in process was easy. The room itself was just adequate. Small but decently comfortable bed. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and was a bit gross. Rust and hard water stains on the faucet, and the shower floor was also discolored and looked like it needed to be thoroughly cleaned. It served the purpose of being in a very convenient location, but it's certainly overpriced for the room itself.

This is a fantastic service easily accessible from Terminal 3 at Rome airport. The staff were fantastic and even though I did not have a booking I rang them cold and they ushered me and my family straight through and we had a shower. It was fantastic because we had to exit our hotel in the morning, we then walked around Rome and got sweaty during the day (as you do) and this was a great way for us to freshen up before our evening flight, on Emirates home. It was about €20 per person. For a small amount further you can stay and use the lounge but we did not need to do that.

I honestly don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. It is beyond convenient located right inside the airport, 3min walk from train station and 2min walk to either terminal. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot. Actually had AC. Check in took 2min. One of the more comfortable beds we have had too. And they have a lobby with drink options at a reasonable price. Don’t let the reviews scare you and definitely book this if you have a morning flight the next day.

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight.

Very low maintenance, water were dripping outside the shower door, beds were noisy (springs), not comfortable, lights from the airport were on all night and shades were very poor quality.
No minibar in the room.

Comfortable room, super close to all terminals. No food at the hotel when we were there as they were too crowded and had no control over room A/C--had to call front desk for adjustments. Very, very expensive, but convenient.

Very practical but not very clean. The bed was fine, sheets clean, but no mattress cover. When we got in there was a spot in the toilet (even with the cleansing guarantee ribbon). Then the shower had hairs in it and a lot of mold in the corners, some calcium in the windows. We asked for a new cleanup and it was done but honestly... Didn't change much. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a sort of chair in it which we didn't use but I saw it was also full of calcium and hair. Let's just say it's roughly cleaned but definitely not well maintained.
