l've been here for a week and I've been having a great time. The room is spacious and clean. The pools and the beaches are wonderful and the evening are always fun because of the music. There is good food but the dining area is a bit chaotic. The pasta is really good, the second dishes are good too but a bit repetitive. I never got desserts but they looked ok. Large hotel spread over many levels on steep hillside. Beach is about 200 metres away but across busy roads. Two good pools, but food was average. All inclusive is sold hard, but without it there is no easy way to get a drink in the evening. Seemed to be a distinctive shortage of staff. Reception staff were friendly by others quite brusque.

Friendly personnel and good attentive service. Food and alcohol are fine. Spectacular view! But the music sucks. Most people are in their 60s-80s but they play baby shark song or reggaeton.

Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend of doing nothing. Spacious rooms, delicious buffet restaurant and quick access to either pool or the nice beach of Letojanni. Not far from Taormina, the Etna volcano and the beautiful locations of Eastern Sicily although you will need a car to reach them (or rely on the hotel's planned excursions)

Just come back. Giovanna on reception is lovely, as is the restaurant host. Location fantastic. Never failed to get a sunbed, stunning sea views. Honest downsides. Only one restaurant to eat in, no options to book at another one on site as you often can with all inclusive. Food is fine but gets a bit boring by the end. The hotel is in a good location close to the beach. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly (especially Angelo, Stefano and the tall guy in the restaurant), on the arrival got upgraded as our original room was only for 2 people not 3 for some reason but the room was excellent. Enjoyed the stay and the food. Located in the heart of the lovely neighbourhood of Mazzeo. Right on the beach with wonderful views on the coast. Helpful staff and delicious food served their own unique way (worth to explore ! ).

Amazing food, attentive friendly staff Fantastic atmosphere. Lobster linguine and peppered mussels were the best I have had. Chips were perfect. Washed down with a limoncello. Great price.

Beautiful place to stay in. Prices are normal, even lower then in some parts of the Sicily. The cleaning service in the hotel is polite professional and always willing to help and answer your questions. Amazing Hotel located in a magic place in front of the seaside! Here you can taste a real Sicilian experience, starting from the delicious food to the warm welcoming staff :) Once you come here, you will wait for the time you will be back, for sure! A whole group of us stayed here last week for a Photoshoot. Francesco and his family could not have made us more welcome, and no request was too much trouble. We were here for work, but the beach is just 100m away. There is also a fantastic view of the bay and the Italian mainland. I’m absolutely impressed. This hotel got me. Beautiful calm place, access to beach immediately, with parasol and sunbed. Staff was gracious and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good position, almost at the beach. Breakfast tasty, rich, but - same selection every day. Staff very helpful and kind. Wifi very weak and slow. Store, ATM, restaurants nearby.

Very good hotel and clean rooms. The staff is great and very helpful. Also the breakfast is decent. Also make sure you get a room with a view over the sea. Overall the experience was very good. Oh and you get a free sun bed at the beach if you staying at the San Vincenzo.

Non è il primo anno che torno a Letojanni all’hotel Maniel. Confermo il gradimento di sempre. Location incantevole. Albergo di recente ristrutturazione. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni della struttura. Quest’anno sono mancati alcuni volti del personale che col loro sorriso rendevano il soggiorno ancor più piacevole.

Lovely food and great views right on the beach. Pizza was very nice but the toppings didn't seem so fresh. Still tasted great and very affordable.

Hotel Caparena was very nice with clean rooms and great staff, we had a lovely time in Toamina! The shuttle bus was excellent we used it every day a special thank you to Salvatore, Pipo and drivers! Hotel staff members are attentive, helpful, and very interested in ensuring you have a wonderful time. The suite with an ocean view is everything. The free shuttle into town and back must be reserved in advance so if you plan to use this service on the day/evening of your check in, you should call ahead to be added to the schedule. The hotel was good but the carpeting and elevators need replacement. The hotel is on the beach which is a great plus. They provide a shuttle to the center of town which is very convenient.

Slightly out of the main part of Taormina so its a cab ride or shuttle bus into the main part of town. Good sized pool which is gently heated and a pleasure to swim in. This hotel was very nice with an impressive lobby and was right on the beach. You just walk outside and down a short set of stairs, and you are on the beach. Really nice hotel on the beach in Sicily. Rooms clean and spacious and serviced everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic courtesy bus service to Taormina and return. Salvadore was a great driver and gentleman. Did a boat trip and jet ski which hotel staff organised from the beach.

Great location by the beach with well appointed, clean rooms. The host, Therese, was very friendly and looked after us extremely well. Short bus ride to Taormina from outside the door. Fantastic breakfast at the nearby Lido. A very comfortable place and a great experience overall.

Amazing place to stay if you travel solo or couple or more people. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. I was in apartment with big balcony ❤ it was full of flowers. Breakfast was simple but delicious and i liked the variety. Best on all above was lovely lady who runs the B&B, Rosa is amazing person, warmhearted caring ❤ I definitely recommend this place and i will return 😊

Located very close to the sea, a beautiful sight, the good room, a sore point near the room installed a water motor that periodically turned on in the night disturbing the rest, also the property is located adjacent to the road of the sea place to rest is not the best .
