A good place We overlooked a road that had walls surrounding an equestrian yard. Tiny shower but hot water.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious.Nice balcony with an amazing view and quiet area. Breakfast is very wel organised and includes freshly baked croissants. We are very happy to be back after our visit in 2016, we can definitely see the constant improvements that makes it interesting to see and exciting to experience.

Excellent Value This is a great hotel for the price. Not on the main islands of Venice; but, it’s just a short boat ride to the other islands. The hotel is walking distance from a beautiful sand beach.

Wonderful staff and extremely convenient to the public transit lines including the vaporettos. Buy a multiday pass and all of Venice is available to you in a short ride! You get the relaxed beach town vibes in Lido without hauling luggage across half of Venice by foot. The hotel is basic but absolutely everything you need to be comfortable. Overall this hostel was like someone took the best parts of other hostels and put them together. Staff were amazing, rooms had labeled beds, storage lockers for each person, there were free storage lockers at the front, and food and a bar on site.

Best place to stay for people visiting Italy. Comes at very reasonable price, in fact low with all the basic amenities including breakfast. Rooms are good with good view and surroundings. I'd definitely recommend it.

A modestly priced and presumably family owned hotel ten minutes walk from the Lido ferry. I've stayed here a few times and my rooms have been a reasonable size and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Narrow corridors and odds and ends of furniture and pictures can be a little off-putting at first but I think overall it's great value for what they charge.

Really good stay for my 2 boys and I. The sheets were crisp and clean and the room was spacious. Everything was as clean as it could be with the dated look and old carpet in the room. It would be nice if the rooms were as decorative as the hallways. Super price for everything we needed. Stellar location just a short distance from the water bus station. The shower door was hard to close shut it was two doors that came together in a corner which made the rest of the bathroom extremely wet, to use the toilet we had to wear our shoes and then dry them to come into the room. The area was great.

Very quiet peaceful hotel with large rooms and good air conditioning which is essential in august.

Staff very helpful. Property had unique character. only disappointment was related to restaurants in vicinity who probably were focused more on locals than accommodating tourists but we found a friendly and piazza place nearby eventually.

Wow! This place is incredible, take the 5.1 line of the vaporetto and the bus and you’re here. It’s super quiet and relaxing. Love how beautiful and thoughtful to the guest this is. I’m American and I’ve never seen any hotel I’ve been to have a towel warmer. You won’t regret this stay if you like peace and quiet.

The hotel lacked a sense of cleanliness. However, I was satisfied enough as a solo guest.

Went in 2018 for our wedding anniversary. Basic but nice apart from the ghost. We stayed in the room with the corner hottub (It didn't work so was just a bath). But the room was *******. Neither me or hubby would return.

I stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room. It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor. This is a great hotel in a very quiet area but only a short walk to beaches,restaurants,bars and the vaporetto stop from where you can get to Central Venice in about 25 minutes,the hotel and rooms are very comfortable and clean with great service

The location is about 10 minutes on foot from the ferry station on Lido Island. The staff's response is a little rough, but it might be suitable for those who like a proper frank feeling. It was difficult to find the entrance. I thought it was a little different from the building displayed on Google Map. Great location, 9 minutes from main vaporetto stop on the quiet side of town. Amazing 180 degree views of Venice and lagoon from spacious bedroom and living room picture windows. The numerous vaporettos from the Lido SME stop run every 2 or 3 minutes, including a less frequent night one and you are faster to St Marks square and Giardini than if you stayed on the Grand Canal. Don't know what happened here but Oasis is 5 star for everything, view, quality, location and friendlieness. The Lido is a great place to stay and this property is the best. A great base for exploring Venice

We had a wonderful experience, at the Roof Top suite! the welcoming was warm & the explaining briefly but straight to the point. Every day , we ordered a breakfast, which was served in the room at the desired hour. Although the residence wasn't main Venice city it was still easily accessible.

The main hotel portion where we stayed was quirky yet adequate. There were a few steps to our room. The hotel has a restaurant with a menu solely in Italian. A cozy room with the view of the sea through the tilting roof window ... The problem was the bathroom being under a spiral staircase, so much so that the suitcases were below it (you could not go up with them into the room). The host was attentive and helpful. Amazing place that I booked for my parents who don't speak any English. They were absoultely delighted by both the place and the owner Livia who went above and beyond to communicate with me/them & help my parents with anything they needed. My dad especially loved her wonderful breakfast - and he is not easy to please when it comes to food! :) If you get the chance to stay with Livia, don't hesitate

Great place! Comfortable spacious apartment (12) with two bathrooms and a luxurious terrace for breakfast and evening sitting with wine. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very comfortable beds in the bedrooms, on which you can rest well after a day full of experiences. I warmly recommend the accommodation. We will definitely be back.

Get a very large apartment (14). Car parking top. Way to the ferries 13 min walk. Very nice reception. Unfortunately no heating in October (really cold at night). Dishwasher didn't work, immediately received an offer for another apartment. Always my pleasure

The place is located at the southern tip of Venezia Lido but easily reachable with bus line A - Avoid the taxi as they are not only rude but utterly expencive...

The beaches of the Lido are close by if you need a rest from the bustle of Venice, but you can also be in San Marco in ten minutes by Vaporetto.
