Recently stayed her for 4 nights on a visit to Lido and couldn’t have been happier with the stay and the fantastic service from the staff. From start to finish was delighted with our stay beautiful clean rooms and great breakfast. Only a short spin away from Venice and 2 minute walk from where you get the boat. Restaurant is fantastic and we ate here twice, the waiters are fantastic and very attentive. Couldn’t be happier with our stay

We had a lovely time here, the hotel was so fancy and luxurious, the staff were so nice, great selection at breakfast, and so close to the vaporetto station to get into Venice! Lido is a lovely quiet calm island away from the business of Venice, and the trip into Venice is lovely as you travel by water and can see all the lovely scenery on your way and it only takes 15 minutes to get to san marco, 40 minutes to get to the train station but it’s a lovely trip. Great hotel and great island! Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel in Lido. Friendly and very attentive staff, and fun too. Definitely our go to hotel when we visit Venice again. So close to Venice too. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fast wifi and great breakfast. Check-out time at 11AM is very fair and lets you ease into the day before leaving.
The location is a solid 4,5/5. It's not in the city center, which has its pros and cons. One the one hand, you're about 45-55 min. away from San Marco and the more scenic areas. On the other hand however, those are still easy to reach by boat. Lido is ideal for those who want to escape the busier, more touristy areas of Venice, still offering plenty of nice restaurants and cafés.
Would love to come back one day!

This hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the service is outstanding. Estella at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The rooms were fine. The decor in the restaurant is a bit tacky… I would have given a higher score but the service was not great - the nights in September got cold and there was no blanket in the room. I asked the reception for one but they never brought one 😔

This review is just about the restaurant, not the hotel. Me and my girlfriend were having holiday at Lido. We were dining here almost every evening, because:
- nice, friendly, professional staff
- we never had to wait even a minute to be seated, they even set up new tables if needed
- delicous drinks and food - best pizza in town!
- nice atmosphere, even with live music!
- friendly prices
We had some bad experiences at other restaurants here, but this one is a definitive recommendation. Thumbs up!

And again one of those restaurants where nice people work, but which is completely devalued by the behavior of the head waiter. He obviously enjoys keeping a family with two overtired children waiting on purpose and showing them who's boss. He was demonstratively standing at the counter, less than two meters away from us, looking at photos on his mobile phone. We asked for the bill multiple times, he always said "yes yes" but kept looking at photos. He just completely ignored us. And that for over 10 minutes.
Sure - in Venice a waiter can behave like this without consequences. The tourists will come anyway.

My wife and her sisters stayed here this week, what a gem. Our rooms were comfortable and very spacious there is tea, coffee and a kettles at your disposal. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and delicious. There is a restaurant on site with a marvelous play ground at the back for the children. What a good idea. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the desk clerks were excellent especially Martucci ( I hope the name is correct) he was just so funny and cared for the customers comfort. We are so happy to have found this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our 4th visit to Venice. It is on Lido Island which is a fun place and one boat away from Venice central.
