Location excellent!
Room quality was okay+
Room 204 in particular has a very strong water leakage when showering. It floods the entire bathroom when showering.
The hotel name printed on every power plug is very excessive and gives the room a cheaper look. I recommend removing the branding on the power plugs.
Service was pretty good. Reception was polite and storing luggage after checkout was a breeze. It should be pointed out that the luggage storage is publicly accessible in the lobby. A room only accessable by staff members would be a much safer option.
Door locks seem a bit gentle, a safer option would be dead bolts especially when leaving the hotel during the day.
All in all a good stay with room for improvement. Because of the location some security improvements would definitely be of benefit to customers' experience.

This was our second time in Venice and first time at the Venice Times Hotel.
Upon entering, the lobby is small but quite nice. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and very helpful with questions we had.
Our room was ready so up to our room we went. The door was easy to open, but hard to shut so it'd lock. Which is concerning, but after some playing around, would eventually lock.
The fridge in the room didn't go cold at all. You get a couple things in the fridge but they don't replenish during your stay which isn't the best. So you're stuck going out for water or whatever, or pay a premium at the hotel.
The bed was ok, it was a double bed, not a queen. The walls were plain, not artwork or anything. The lotion didn't have a great smell, so I didn't bother using it either. The last issue we had was the walls, you could hear everything through them at night.
The bathroom was quite nice. Not a lot of counter space but the shower was beautiful.
The location was pretty good. It's nice cause it's near the train station and bus station but 40 min walk from Piazza San Marco, which is fine with us but might not be for everyone. No view out the windows, so don't expect one.
Breakfast was pretty good. Compared to the other hotels we went to in Italy, the breakfast was poor, but it is definitely good enough to get you started.
Overall, there were too many negatives to us. Full disclosure, we didn't bring up any of these that the property could remedy because we didn't have a lot of time in Venice so we didn't want to waste the time we did have.
Won't be returning to this property next time.

Perfect location from the Train Station and Bus Terminal. 5min Walk.
Hotel was tucked down a side alley very quite. Reception was amazing on arrival he couldn't do another to help.
Room 304
Bed was firm, Room was very clean, Shower had good pressure and was hot.
Not much storage space in room, ready needed a hook or 2.
2 complementary bottles of water.
Room had a safe, Kettle and a fridge
Breakfast was small but plenty.
Fruit, Cereals, Pastries, Toast, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon. Breakfast staff were lovely.
Room Tax was 4.50euro pppn
I would definitely recommend and we stay again on my next visit.

Stayed here for two nights. The location is very good. Not far from the train station so you do not have to drag your bags far. The rooms were very nice, peaceful area, very modern and the hotel has helpful and friendly staffs!

The staff were 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and always available for information and extras.
The breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal and continental style offerings (panna cotta was very nice) and lots of very nice coffee.
For our room (upstairs in the no lift section) they took our luggage up to our room for us.
ALSO no steps to get from the railway station to the hotel! Definitely will stay there again if we get back to Venice.

Amazing Boutique Hotel, close to everything and the staff and service was amazing. Lovely rooms, great breakfast! Alberto the concierge was second to none, best attraction advice and amazing restaurants for dinner ♥️ Made our trip amazing ♥️

This was a wonderful boutique hotel that was SUPER close to the train station - which is great because you do not want to have to lug your luggage around Venice for long.
Although the rooms were a tad small (but that’s what you get in Venice), they were extremely clean. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels each day. The air conditioning is a big bonus (especially after extremely hot days travelling/walking throughout venice).
Definitely recommend getting the breakfast included as it was a fantastic experience. The food is consistently getting replenished and they have everything from croissants, to various bread, to eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, and fruit.
Elda and Gammy who work at the restaurant at breakfast were absolutely wonderful. So kind, attentive, and even remembered our drink orders and brought it to us as we arrived for breakfast the second day. A special thank you to Elda and Gammy for making our stay special.

We booked this hotel because it was markedly cheaper than other hotels with views of the river. We were very happy to stay here. It is located near the Venice train station, down a little alley away from the crowds. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants, arranged a boat tour of the islands of Murano and Burano, and provided some historical information. Breakfast was bountiful. There is a cute little courtyard to sit in the morning or evening. The rooms were very nice, the A/C works great. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Alberto was super friendly and helpful, and the location is great. It’s a 30 minute walk to San Marco square, with lots of restaurants and shops on the way. It was the perfect location for us and we had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and really made an effort to get to know the guests. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic location. Close enough to everything you need, and less than a minute from the canal and the water shuttles. Rooms are immaculate and on the large size (for Italy). Breakfast was fairly standard for Italy, including very well made Cappuccinos. Service was as good as I’ve had at any hotel, any level. Alberto at the front desk went over and above to ensure we knew all the tips and tricks for a 3-night stay in Venice and helped us with our navigation of the city and dinner plans. The back courtyard garden was a quiet oasis in a busy city and a fantastic place to eat breakfast and have an outstanding Negroni after getting back from dinner. You could pay a lot more for a lot less. This hotel is an easy choice in Venice and we’ll be back.
